After playing much of dark souls, having struggled with self-consciousness and an existential crisis and just generally learning more about world building and writing, I have been creating a vast, dark world. I wish to try to help flesh it out with the help of my wonderful fellow roleplayers here on my favorite Forum and place to roleplay and make friends.

I welcome you to Pharodon (name pending and accepting suggestions), a world of Immortal men, a drastic hierarchy and a slowly dying world filling with evil. Is it truly the destruction of life, or the start of a world much crueler? Your players will be traveling ancient plains of existence, battling among or against powerful god-like humans unscathed by time, perhaps traveling the cosmos through stargates and learning about yourselves more and more.

The idea is still a spark in my head. I have many thoughts and concepts swirling within and I am just dying to get them out. Some of what I have mentioned above may not get into what I have promised but I can promise you a declining world with powerful entities and dungeons and dragons-like experience.

Your intro is huge.

If you could explain why darksouls as a starting point it would help to draw people in.

Because right now you have alot of excitement but no explanation.

@Gareth Really it just heavily inspired me to make this and whatever we make will be very darksoul-esque.

Don't see why this doesn't have more replies. As a diehard fan of the Soulsborne series, I'm all for this.

Well yeah. I don't know, it isn't very clear what I am pitching and it's an older post. It might be best that I rally and return when i have a better idea.

Fair enough. Message me whenever you decide to revamp it. Chances are I'll still be interested then.
