A slight note before we start. Whilst I'm happy to run this quite rules light (you all seem to have a long history with the site), try to keep the setting in mind. Don't have the Prince constantly letting you off unless it makes sense, and be ready to have other players turn NPC's against you where it makes sense. (Hardly be a World of Darkness game without betrayal and treachery amongst Kindred.) That being said whilst I'm happy for you to control NPC's made by another player to an extent be reasonable. Don't go having the Nosferatu they've been working for in order to get information turn on them just because you think it's funny. On the other hand if you and another player are both sucking up to the Prince in order to get a favour and you feel you've done more then you could certainly have the Prince rebuff the other player.

Any conflicts over this sort of thing can be handled in the OOC, and I'll make a final call if things get too contentious. Besides that standard RP rules apply, don't control other characters without asking, don't be too Overpowered, etc.

NB: For those who didn't find this through the interest check this RP is set in the World of Darkness/Vampire the Masquerade setting by White Wolf Publishing. Feel free to apply if you're interested, but some knowledge of the setting is required.

We've always wanted to slap a prince with a fish. (nah, not really thinking of making a fishmalk...)

There any restrictions on generations? (beyond not super-powerful)

Still accepting? I've never managed to find a VtM game that lasted beyond one session, so hopefully Guild RP will work better.

Sorry I haven't been very active. I've just moved house and getting the internet set up is proving to be a huge pain.

That being said, I'm definitely accepting new characters, and I'm hoping to get the internet fixed by next week at the latest (I'll check in using data until then).

As for playing a Malkavian they're always fun to have around. As for generation I'd call it at 5th, maybe 4th if you could really justify it. Just keep in mind that if you make a low generation character to not make them too overpowered when you play them (at least when dealing with other players, don't just dominate everyone all the time for instance).

RL should always come first.

We will look into the sort of Malkavian to craft. The generation decision should after all be fitted to the character, not the other way around. Its not fun to be overpowered compared to everyone else.

Hmm... Mr. Monk as a Vampire, his obsession was the number 10 and if he couldn't find a way to make 10 work out he'd go nuts

My Character is known to have no Childer, she instead surrounds herself with mortals whose lives she observes as a form of art.
