@Grey Probably something I should just leave up to Turbo's discretion. I doubt there will come a time in which Oly actually wants to use them in that manner, but we'll see.
Though from what it looks like, C is: "Cancel spells with a chant below two verses. Cannot defend against magecraft on the level of High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals."
and D is: "Cancels Single-Action spells. Magic Resistance of the same degree of an amulet that rejects magical energy."

*I mean Morgana's whole schtick is manipulation and either canceling or enhancing magecraft so... Give it a rank up or two. It might not be complete conflagration but at least its better then usual.
