Asura nodded as things seemed to calm before the alarms sounded.

"then we have a agre...."

Alarms started blaring and sound of muffled thuds of battle distant beyond the meeting chambers and command centre to find the station.

"the adept can handle himself. Right now we have to defend this station. Chapter master. Will you help me hold the point, our new allies can prove them selves if reliable. "
Powering the blade of the gurdians spear and grabbing the heavy storm sheild locked ahead in the close qauters battle style of the warders. Advancing to defend the doorway Aura loaded held the spear ready to let loose a steam of explosive bolts at any foe of the emparor who dared stand against him.

Booming out with the helmet vox echoing down the corridor.

"enemies of the emparor. Your time has come to die."

Garock wasn't five whole steps into the ramshackle abode of the boss before he was beset by the larger ork. Garock looked up at the boss, though careful to not look the boss in the eyes, as Garocks had learnt already from other bosses he worked under that the bosses didn't like it when one of the boyz under them started acting like one of their equals, and Garocks didn't want to be seen as a rival by Kragot.

"I gotz myself an idea, and built a big an' shiny rapid shoota piece of kit." Now Garocks needed to be as clever as Mork, to make sure that the Boss bought the weapon for lots of teef. "I came in 'ere thinking one of da nobz might be around, and would like dis-" The mek said, shrugging the heavy multi barreled mess, "Didn't mean ta interrupt, if none of da nobz are in I'll be on me way." Garocks said, in a bid to catch the boss' interest.

Holding back his grin, Garocks said, "I'd 'ave to be some kind of stupid git to turn down an offa like dat." And passing the bulky laser weapon to the boss said, while pointing at various parts of the contraption, "Dis iz da bit you pull to shoot, dis little fing showz 'ow much powa is left, if it runz out ya gonna need to shove a new battery in, but wit itz current charge you should be fine for a few fights. On account of all the powa there's some kick, not dat you'll be noticin' much boss wit how strong you are." Garocks takes a step back, about to leave before saying, "Enjoy it boss, youz earned it."

Stepping out of the tent, and halfway back to Da Fortrezz Garocks mumbles under his breath, "Oh, and if itz starting to glow red dat means it might be about to explode, but dat's fine right boss? heheh" Of course, the odds of the weapon actually exploding in Kragot's hands weren't huge, and then the odds of it being lethal much less so, but there was the ever small chance that the various focusing crystals and conflicting power sources could end up leaving a crater as large as the boss' tent. Of course, Garocks wasn't dumb enough to tell that to the boss' face, and really, the odds weren't that high. Stepping into the back of Da Fortrezz Garocks ascended the ladder into his workshop and took a look over the scrap. If Kragot was telling the truth, than Garocks was looking forward to all the fings he could build soon.

Asura charged into the initial chaff of the chaos cultists, gurdians spear flashing and lighting arcing as every blade took life or limb with brutal efichancy. Centuries of training kicking in as every blow practiced 10,000 times was exacted without fuss, brutal powerful and with utter efichancy.

Chapter master. Right flank. The scum have breached the barricade.

Raising shield as bursts of fire crackled against the potant energy fields and booming out to intimidate the chaff.

Any here who challenge the emparors Pretorian!
Come face your death foul heretics.

Cornilious arrived at the armory and began his repairs along with a few magos and a techmarine. Both astartes and imperial guardsman protected it, but he knew the power of chaos. He had experienced it first hand through out his life... and it's effects on one using it.

The techmarine came to the part of the armory cornilious was at. "Sir, I must get you outa here, the chaos are almost through the defences, and we won't last much longer. Automatic turrets are holding, but scrapcode is infecting a few of them and blowing them to the warp. Astartes are suffori-""I don't care, they can't have the armory no matter what happens! I would rather them come and face my wrath and I die than letting them have the armory! Then an explosion in the wall disrupted the conversation.

The Legion's exiled Damned warrior

"In dedicato imperatum ultra artiulo mortis"
That phrase used to mean something, but what does it mean now?

Outside the array, it was a loosing battle. Imperium ships were heavily damaged or destroyed, and fire was every where. The chaos ripped through the fleet like it was nothing and were boarding the array. But not every thing was as it seems. In the same space, but on a different plane, an astartes terminus looking figurine was looking at the battle. He was clad in black armor, with white bone like decorations anointing him. His body was wreathed in a ghostly flame, as was his weapons. Another entity but in regular astartes armor came up to him. "What are you thinking?" "To go down there." "WHAT? You know we aren't allowed to do so unless it is a loosing battle with no chance of winning! Doing so would be forfeit to your very existence in the legion, and what would you do then, Hm?" "Who said I had to listen to the rules we made for ourselves? We have a duty to the emporor, even in death!
So you can sit here, but I'm going to were the battle is!"
and with that, fire enveloped him as he prepared for battle.

Tearogoth sensed a chaos presence that wasn't loyal to the dark gods, and needed to be extinguished. He physically told the champion to investigate the armory of the array.

Asura cut through the chaff till he faced several of the chaos arastes who where invading the station, grossly changed from there once noble forms, Armour corrupted and souls sold to the great enemy. There skills remained Leathley sharp.

Even for a custodes this was a enemy not to underestimate, they where still possessed the same lethal ability of loyalist brothers. Sometimes deadlier.
Chiming over the encrypted loyalist vox.

"chapter master. Someone needs to find the tech priest. His loss would hurt our war effort."

Cutting down one of the traitor marines he backed up sheild taking a barrage of bolt shells and was forced dangerously on the back foot, which such deadly warriors a split second mistake meant death.

The Inprisonment

As the forces of chaos descended on them, Cornilious became nervous. I have 3 choices: one, I could fight to the last man, two, rig explosives around the armory and attempt escape through ventilation, or three however dangerous it seems, call him As he helped with the defenses, he ordered the other mechanicum to make bombs and place them throughout the armory and open the ventilation grates. Then he heard a blood curdling cry. And he doesn't have blood.

The kidnapping

Tearogoth was tired of the delay and was controlling one of the marines psychically. He charged through the ranks defending the armory in search of the one with chaos surrounding him. Then, to his surprise, he came to him. With a jolt, a large dark chrome blade stuck out of the possessed warriors chest. The owner of that blade was...and adept? No, no regular adept, but one that served the enemy of his lord...William Cornilious. He..he..he..Hello Black Bill. What's it been? A millennium? and with that he cut off cornilious' left arm, and sweped his legs. Cornilious made a robotic grunt as he hit the ground, with surprise on his robotic face.

"Don't..call me...that you...bastard! My lord hasn't gave me orders in a while, so you can do what you wish. In this state, you've already won..." he said attempting to pick himself up, while grabbing his arm of the ground. The others were either dead or submitting to the chaos.

The Maid's Mess

Merdem saw the still living custode, and killed and destroyed the enemies of the Emperor of man. "Adeptus custodes,
assist me! We must secure the tainted one! He can delay this mess!"
he said in a phantasm voice. He killed more and more, burning them as he waited for the custode to the throne.

As all this happened, scrap fell from orbit hitting the planet, including the ork camp.

Asura saw the firey form of a marine, thr cursed saints some had come to know as legion of the damned, some others called the ainciant fire hawks. There had been much study but no answers. The Custodes warriors where briefed on every threat. Loyal and enemy alike. Only there own kin and master could be trusted.

The custode turned, Armour scarred and dented with its silvery layers glinting though the dark paint and took the head off a cultists without as much as a thought, powered blades barely regeisting a barrier. The master work power Armour was more akin to terminator plate then power Armour but the scars and damage taught humility.

The legionaries where legend. Though legend was on thr impirum side this day. And a tool of such power was not to be ignored. Turning to where the ainciant warrior stood the Custodes reloaded the bolter with fresh shells. Each one blessed in the ainciant forges of Terra.

"damned legionnaire. Tainted one... Such taint will be dealt with.

This station will fall. The principles must be rescued or silenced.

The impirums command must be maintained and secured"

The Revelation

"But the tainted one is not the chaos marines, but one of your leaders the chaos hate with a fiery passion." He said as he turned his head, seeing Yoven assisting them. Yoven was in shock when he saw the legionary. "Is that what I think it is?" "Yes you rude fool! But we must find Cornilious! He, as all of the Inquisition know, can stop this with but a few words of sin! He said this as he heard the unholy call of chaos call their names and chaos stopped fighting.

Yoven! Asura! and...a legionary?! Never the matter, you are going to stop right now, or watch your precious Hero of Mars, heretic of the Ommnisah, and the bane of Ares, now would you? Tearogoth said through the possessed marine. He had a chaos augmented boltor to the head of Cornilious, who had suffered grievous wounds. "Hey, don't worry about me! Cull these chaotic bastards! They insults the Emperor of man and wish ill for us all! Unle-Tearogoth knocked him in the back. Silence you old fool! You may have hid your true loyalties from most of the empire, but we all know the truth, Black Bill. Cornilious looked to Yoven with a begging look on his robotic face. Yoven sighed, thought for a moment, and nodded slowly. Cornilious' robotic face made what seemed to be a grin. He grabbed the charm on his neck with his remaining arm.I, William Cornilious, adept of cult mechanicum, servant of the Emperor, call on you my lord, for your enemies are here, and I need my true power, so their rotten caucuses can be littered about like birthday presents! A evil and ancient voice filled the air. HEHEHEHA! Why my favorite yet most annoying servant asks for the power he has? Well, have it, but make it a good show! "Thank you my anarchic lord...MALAL!!!" he said laughing maniacally. He stood and his entire appearance shifted, as well as his arm coming back and wounds repairing. He held his head, looking straight up, and anybody who approached him died. His armor grew spikes, his cloak turned black and white, with hints of red. His eyes turned bloodshot red, and then his head dropped down, and everything stopped. Then, Yoven said in a loud voice, "Y'all in trouble now, right...Black Bill?" "HEHEHEHHHAHAHAHAH!!!! and he grabbed his boltor and all of his dendrites came out, as well as his blade. he Turned to Tearogoth and said "We meet again, Straken Tearogoth of the Salamanders! Shall we greet each other? Yes?
Then let me start by saying you're going to need payed leave!
and he started cutting down the chaos with unknown fury.

It for some hilarious reason though blew up in his face right before scrap hit him and pinned him. He noticed Garock driving by. Garock! Get dis piece o' scrap of me! Whats ya' waitin' on?! Da' grass ta' grow?!"

The custodes did not know what he summoned but it's power was such, arcane powers where never to be trusted. Darker powers always had a price and corruption spread to the soul nd slowly that infection grew.

Such was the way of Heresey. Such dark powers broke a golden age.

The custodes very skin and soul though warded felt the darkness. Felt it tingle with somthing darker than any man. , embracing the emparors very athema in thr tiniest margin, few understood how close they where, there very genes where shaped by his. Each embraced his power and his strengh of will in thr smallest margin. But such was ernough to protect them.

"the warp has grave concquences"

Asura thought, to strike down bill, the very last word spoke of great and dread power none should possess. Turning to the others, the distraction. Ideal.

"grave but he shall not have all the purgibg"

Moving faster than human could seem to understand Asura engaged abother of the possessed marines. Monsters. Deadly beyond there kin and empowered by foul warp craft. The duel began with such ferocity, a blink of a eye and even the custodians blood bright red hit the floor as it healed almost instantly.

To spill the blood of a custodian spoke of the greatest of enemies, the most deadly of mankind's foes.

speakers amplifying voice dramaticly, a sonic wave of fury and rage.

"the enemies of man shall be at a end"

...

Aboard one of man's greatest warships, custodians own fleet of nightly warships, part battleship, part battle barge and crafted solely for the emparors closest sons. A centurian clad in almost mythical terminator plate saw a distress call ring out. Asura was assigned to that front. He had worked hard for decades to train the custodian, a process much artifice as there transformation.

He would not lose such a valuable asset.

Barking out the command. The great warship turned to the front to seek his apprentice, to others it would not be understood, but they where there own. There custom and tradition was secret to all but themselves.

Big Mech Garocks

Garocks had been staring lovingly at his assorted scrap and junk for a few moments before he realized that the best thing about his junk was doing stuff with it. He took a few strides over to his stool and sat down. It was a rusty old seat, welded onto the floor so as to keep it secure during motion, though if struck too hard the rust addled metal might just snap regardless. The top of the stool housed a thin, tattered cushion of leather make which at one point must have been red, though time had worn the color down to a near white.
Garocks picked up one of the various bits of scrap from the table. It was several random chunks of metal welded together, with a hand crank jutting out the side. While Garocks had no idea what it was, he looked forward to finding out as he grabbed more metal fragments and his welding torch. The mech had scarcely turned on his welding torch and lowered his goggles however before he heard a cataclysmic noise, akin to the fist of Mork himself crashing into some gits face, and then the entire workshop was shaking. Gids was howling in fear as he ran past Garocks, the little whelp rushing into the bowels of Da Fortezz. Clearly something was wrong. As Garocks chucked the pile of scrap into a nearby drawer and shut off the welding equipment he stood and opened the door leading to his balcony. Staring out over the camp the problem at hand was made apparent.

Garocks watched as space debris plummeted from orbit and devastated the not even finished being built orkish stronghold. Mouth agape the mech looked up to see a white hot piece of metal flying straight towards Da Fortrezz. The ork threw himself back and slammed shut the heavy metal door before the orbital junk made impact with Da Fortrezz. The collision shook the great war beast, and Garocks was instantly grabbing what tools he could as he rushed to the lower level. Falling down into the hold Garocks turned and threw open a hatch as he charged into the engine block. It most certainly didn't look good. For starters it was far brighter than it ought to have been, a case of the brand new hole in the hull. The piece of metal that bore that hole was lodged deeply into the engine, having carved through the engine upon impact. Garocks growled and huffed, in this state Da Fortrezz wasn't going anywhere! That's when Garocks spotted movement in the shadows, and the telltale beady little eyes... "Gids you git, stay 'ere and keep track of any more damages, I'm gettin' out of 'ere!"The gretchen piped in, "But what if I get 'it?" To which the big mech assured him, "You won't. If squeaks dies you'll be paying for it!" Garocks shouts as he hurries out of the engine room and then out of Da Fortrezz altogether.

Garocks stood outside in the face of the mayhem. It was total chaos, and not in the fashion that orks like! Raining scrap threatened to at any moment end a life, or destroy a building, and the ground was constantly shaking with the force of the repeated impacts. Somethin' happenin' up there dat's for sure. Garocks thought to himself as he rushed over to a nearby project of one of the lesser mechs who like to camp around Da Fortrezz. It was a piece of junk, even by ork standards, but as Garocks hopped into the driver seat of the warbuggy he had to admit, it was better than nothing. Slamming his foot down onto all the pedals Garocks and his buggy began zooming off.

That's when he heard it, an explosion. But not just that. It was an explosion, and then an impact, not the other way around like it tended to be. Turning the wheel the buggy made a turn far harder than the poor pile of scrap was capable of and soon the entire thing was on it's side, with Garocks pulling himself out of the smoking wreck. Jogging over to where he heard the explosion he saw the warboss himself, crushed under some rubble. "Garock! Get dis piece o' scrap of me! Whats ya' waitin' on?! Da' grass ta' grow?!" The big mech stared down at the pinned boss. And he realized, they were alone, and the boss was trapped. A twisted smile graced Garock's face as he stared down at the warboss. Kragots realized far too late what was happening when Garocks pulled out his twin linked shoota and leveled it on Kragot's face, and then held down the trigger. Blasting the ork warboss' face into the ground, and turning it into a sick paste of green and red, Garocks admired his work for only a moment before he started running.

Most of the other orks, if they were smart, would be fleeing towards the caves. A number of cave systems crisscrossed the area, and while many of them held molten lava within a few were cool enough to allow the orks to access them, though they had yet to be put to any real purpose yet. Running along Garocks was fortunate enough to spot one of the weaker nobs limping along, his leg filled with shrapnel. "Oi!" Garocks shouted over to the nob, who turned to look. Before he could utter anything though the mech opened fire on him, blasting the unsuspecting nob to the ground. Garocks then started dragging the corpse behind with him stating, "You been sentenced to execution for da crime of killing the warboss, you useless git."

Coming up onto one of the entrances to the caves and a group of orks who were hiding from the metal rain under the cover of the volcanic stone Garocks threw the body at them shouting, "Kragot is dead! And dis git is the one who did it!" Not giving the boyz time to respond Garocks bellowed, "And since I'm the biggest one here and am da one who killed da traitor I'm in charge, you gitz have any complaints about dat?" Once this small group of boyz were on side it would not take Garocks long to bring the rest of the WAAAGH under his banner, though that would have to wait until the rain let up.
