@knifeman I wouldn't add anything, actually. But I would take off mover and leave her as all shaker, since nothing indicates that she improves her own mobility using the power. Moving objects via telekinesis is all shaker, mover is for being able to fly/move fast/teleport/any other way you can get yourself or others around.

@Duoya I'll note that power is a lot more Master than Stranger. Master is manipulating other things or living beings, like humans. It definitely has Stranger applications, though, but it's Master in how it functions. It is mentioned in canon that Master/Stranger is a common combo.
@Sickle-cell So, um. I wrote a bit more on her power. I try to cover every single aspect of her power that I could possibly think about, making the section... maybe a bit messy. But I randomly figured she can actually use her shaping to contain others, maybe. Er. Is this approved?
She has a helmet of similar fashion as the armor to hide her face when out, though the helmet lets her hair hang out under it behind. And the armor does not have a red dress in it, it’s armored legs instead.
Appearance: 172 cm tall, brown-reddish hair that is long enough to reach chest-height, that she tends to tie up as a pony-tail. Brown eyes. She’s decently fit, due to her own work to become so.
Her suit is partly a suit of armor that is supposed to protect her, along with a helmet with visors to allow her to see. It’s a bit stylized to allow her to look good, but it’s certainly made to move as well as possible.
She has a sword, to complete the knight image, but the edges are dulled to not actually kill anyone. A sword that hits like a baton, that is. If she actually wants to cut, she uses the Knight’s Sword aspect of her powers.

Personality: Knight is a generally kind-natured girl with a mild case of insecurity. She’s not the social butterfly nor the social recluse, but more the kind to stand close to the rest and privately hope she doesn’t have to speak. She’s most at home when there’s only a few around that she knows well and share a close partnership with. She doesn’t handle stress well, and may flounder if the objectives are unclear. Yet still, she wants to be the hero that defends the people.
Because of how her life developed, Knight wants to do her best as a Hero of the Protectorate. She feels proud of her father who once stood where she now stands, and wants to uphold his proud legacy. Despite this, she’s a little lazy and will avoid taking on additional non-essential duties if she can at all avoid it, her past as a girl who had everything shining through. Nevertheless, she reacts hopefully to all notions of stopping villains, becoming fully alert.
That said, while her power is capable, she’s not experienced quite yet. While Knight has had plenty of training and her body is fit, she has only had a minimal amount of actual encounters with villains. Also, these stalemates where the Protectorate are unable to just head out and deal with villains despite knowing they’re there confuse her considerably, and puts additional stress on her mind. She can but be wary, when will the time come to strike…? She can but wait and hope.
History:
Rosaline was born the daughter of a rather well-off man named Harold Buckner and his wife. They had made a minor empire in the world of transporting wares across the nation and the storing logistics behind it. Herself, Rosaline was raised a relatively normal girl, with friends and going to parties and such. She was aware of the cape-scene, but wouldn’t take part in it because she wasn’t concerned, mostly.
However, one day her father and his wife were attacked while driving in their car. No doubt the attackers thought to take the rich man and get rich of him when the car crashed from the attack. When they then approached the car, they found the car filled with blood. Not wanting to be associated with murder, the villains hightailed. The blood was that of Rosaline’s mother. She died, and Harold could do nothing but let himself be overcome with hatred. This was not what he told Rosaline. He told her he had triggered, and killed the assailants. She believed him.
The lie somehow went undetected, while Harold went through the motions. He managed to make himself contacted by Cauldron. He used a hefty amount of his fortune to earn himself his powers as soon as possible. Then, when he finally got his powers, Harold took the less-than-subtle name Retribution, left his company and became a Protectorate hero in Boston in order to find those that had killed his wife.
Rosaline, while of course sad over her mother’s death, supported her father and took over working at home while also going to school, intending to be the sunshine in her father’s otherwise very dangerous life, to always meet him with a smile. And it worked. For a while. They were happy together, and the villains knew Retribution as a formidable hero. Rosaline was proud of him, and hoped he’d always be there to defend the city…
After five years of service, Retribution vanished. He didn’t come home one night, and Rosaline had to continue life on her own. Day after day, she could simply hope her dad came back. She lived close to a supermarket, and to school, and money wasn’t really an issue. Then, one day, Harold was declared KIA due to extended absence. Perhaps, he had done something Cauldron did not approve of and they had him removed…?
Rosaline was crushed. She had now lost both her parents to villainy. What… would she do?
… After considerable searching on the internet, she received an email. It was… exactly what she had been looking for.
Just like with her father, Cauldron found a Buckner seeking powers on the internet. They never told her that her father had done the very same thing fairly recently. The rest of the story continues as could be expected. Rosaline used her considerable inheritance and spared no expense. Alone she had no need for the family mansion, and as long as she kept enough to seem like she was still reasonably wealthy it all still connected.
But, now she owes Cauldron a few favors, that may or may not come back to haunt her…
Honestly, compared to what she paid for, Rosaline’s power is a little lacking. The vial she got should have given her a stronger power. But what’s done is done, she isn’t about to complain.
Cauldron arranged a kidnapping to take place to explain her sudden triggering, hiring some villains to “kidnap” her and through that explain why Rosaline triggered. It was simple enough. She was a rich girl that was the child of a recently deceased rich man. An easy target. Going along with this and then “scaring away” her kidnappers, Rosaline had her explanation for why she got her powers. And then she was set.

It was clear to her. She was her father’s daughter. She had been taking self-defense classes even before this, but it was time to put it to good use. Alike to her father, Rosaline went to the Protectorate to enlist, wanting to make good on her father’s legacy.

Abilities
Shaker 5, Mover 2. A bit of a Brute when using Knight’s Armor.
Knight’s power allows her to pause time in a block of certain volume around her. This space becomes what essentially amounts to an immovable object, because the area of paused time allows nothing to penetrate it. However, that isn’t all of it. She can also shape said area that she forms to almost any shape she wants it to have, and can then telekinetically move it within a range around herself with considerable speed. She uses these in several different ways.
Her range lies at around 15 meters around her, while the total volume of frozen air she can make lies around a cubic meter. She can feel where her frozen air is, and controls its shape and movement through that link. The exact measurements and the force she can apply differs by the day and if her power feels like cooperating fully on said day. At peak efficiency she can be a fearsome opponent. The force of her telekinetic ability is comparable to the force of what a Brute 2 should be able to accomplish.
The shaping has dramatically less range, 5 meters tops for details, and is actually rearranging the shape of the objects inside the frozen time. She can’t add more frozen time to an already existing block, she’s limited in what’s already frozen, but as she mostly freezes air she can rearrange the air-molecules to make any shape she wants, like a weapon or a cage. She has a limit to how thin she can make it, so she can’t make excessively long and thin things, but assuming there’s nothing trapped in it she can direct it and shape as she likes. If she froze a block of wall, she cannot change it’s shape because the block is solid. Also, the shaping takes a bit of time, not long but enough for an enemy to potentially react before their arm is bound or something like that.
Because light cannot go through her frozen time, the blocks mostly appear somewhat dull blue from the nitrogen inside. It is possible for her to seal physical objects inside her frozen air, however, and if those are close to the surface then the color of those objects will be seen. If objects or air were in motion when she froze it, then upon releasing the frozen time the object will retain the motion and potentially come crashing out of it in the same manner it was frozen. She could, for instance, freeze an incoming projectile, turn it around 180 degrees and send it back, though.
If they don’t have too high volume, she’s able to create two or three fields at the same time. She can hold one Knight’s Sword while still being able to create a Knight’s Shield in front of her, or stand on her Knight’s Steed while still able to Shield or Sword as necessary. However, the size and telekinetic power she can apply on each when splitting up is decreased, and it will take more on her mind, as described in the final paragraph here. Depends slightly on if her power is working efficiently currently.
Different uses of her power.
Knight’s Shield - The area she creates is essentially an immovable object that she can control. By simply making it a wall, she can block enemy attacks and halt the progress of movement. She can also shift it around telekinetically, making it impact objects with certain amount of force and block the attacks of others. Or she can just smash the block into someone to try to hurt them, but then she’s better off using the next ability.
Knight’s Sword - She shapes a weapon in the air in front of her using paused time. She then grips it and telekinetically moves it, and she has a weapon of stopped time. Because she can shape it, she can make this into whatever bladed weapon she currently needs and make it really, really sharp. Also, with the illusion that she’s wielding it as a weapon, she hopes to make people forget she’s moving it telekinetically to slice in at an enemy from an unexpected angle as she can make it shape itself or leave her hand but still slice at will.
Knight’s Steed - Here’s why she’s a part Mover. She can freeze an area beneath herself that she then stands on as a platform, and then she makes it fly using her telekinetic control of said area. Of course, using said platform reduces the amount of focus she can give her other abilities, but the momentum allows her to carry herself and others to new places. While her acceleration is somewhat low compared to many fliers and damages her maneuverability when on the steed, she can focus said acceleration over time to actually build pretty good speed before air-resistance puts a stop to it.
Knight’s Armor - Knight’s most powerful ability. She completely seals herself in a thin stretch of frozen time around herself, and then shaped said stretch as she moves to accommodate her and then she can use her telekinesis to propel herself to attack. In this form, Knight becomes practically invulnerable to physical blows as they cannot pass through her barrier of frozen time. But, she does need two slits to see with her eyes, though she can seal those if necessary. However, she cannot use her other abilities when using this, meaning she’ll be unable to support team-mates or similar. Also, she doesn’t actually get stronger, so while she cannot be damaged enemies can restrain her still. In addition, doing this combines all aspects of her power and it puts considerable stress on her mind, refer to the final paragraph.
Knight’s Cage - Going on the base of Knight’s Armor, she can have her thin field move around someone else, and then lock them in place, make them unable to move. However, shaping to that degree requires close range, and she’ll probably be vulnerable to attacks from the outside as she focuses on the cage. However, by doing that, she could completely contain one or maybe multiple hostiles that were forced down in the same place, and then telekinetically move them with her powers to move her frozen fields until they can be successfully contained. But, of course, the same rules as with Knight’s Armor apply.
A fast application mid-combat could be a smaller version intended to but lock a part of them down to make them vulnerable, like shaping a bracelet around their wrist to make them unable to pull away. That would still need the target to stay still long enough for the time to have curve around their wrist, and the opponent is unlikely to let that happen if they can prevent it.
Limitations - She cannot pause time when there’s anything living inside the field she tries to pause. This includes humans and animals, but also things like plants and insects. This is Manton Effect working, and she cannot freeze herself either.
Also, while she can control things telekinetically, the force she moves it with can be countered by the strength of others. So although enemies cannot themselves move the immovable block she creates, they CAN stop her from moving it herself with their own strength. While she can freeze time around objects, she prefers simply using air. Because, if she freezes a part of a wall, she can’t move her frozen area because the rest of the wall resists the movement.
The shaping can be done anywhere within the range, but the finer arts of shaping can only be done close to her. While on a greater range she might be able to make a thick cube into a thin wall, but she needs to have it at least within five meters to shape the frozen time into a weapon of sorts, and basically point-blank range in order to achieve the Cage.
And then, of course, there’s her own limit. Every time she uses her power, a pressure is put on her mind which works to keep the time frozen. Every time she needs to shape or move the barriers of frozen time, the pressure works inside her head. If she tries to strain herself to do more, which she can, she’ll eventually feel an echoing, growing pain on her mentality. Her power has the potential to make her basically invincible… but that, is first at the price of considerable pain and pressure on a particular thread inside her mind, and that might one day snap.
@Duoya Heh, a little higher than Stranger 1, I'd say. He can just suddenly approach a hero team and go "I'M ON YOUR SIDE!" ... And you've now potentially successfully infiltrated the hero-team. Still Master, but that's way above Stranger 1. Haha.
Edit: Maybe I should just wait for the GM. ... But, yeah. I'd say Master/Stranger 4, if I'd give my personal opinion. That is, 4 in both.
@Kiddo It's definitely an amazing start. I've tried stuff like that, but it always defaults to a more comical style, unfortunately. Not that there's anything wrong with that imo.

@knifemanI would argue that she isn't a Stranger 1. While her ability does grant altered perceptions, Stranger ranks are exclusively to do with those that are hard to detect or powers that lend themselves to sneaking. Unless Geist can do that, in which case the Stranger rank is warranted. Other that that, I love it, and you can move her over to the character tab at your leisure.

@Sickle-cell It's mentioned at the end of his history, but Collin is mostly independent with an association to the Consortium. I feel like they'd want to maximize use of his abilities while keeping him as far as possible from their facilities to prevent him overhearing their own secrets.
@Sickle-cell Does a month as a hero sound about right? I want her to at least have arrived, the initial feeling of excitement to have waned somewhat, and that she'll be somewhat disturbed by seeming lack of control the Protectorate has, and it gives her two weeks of at least existing before the martial law came into effect. Hah.
Hm, maybe she should have been longer? Er, I'm unsure. I want her to be new, but not, like, EXTREMELY new, heh. Just inexperienced. Oh, well. I'll say a month.
