Army Materialisation: Praetor possesses the ability to summon literal armies of spectral clones based off various mental images. There are very few restrictions on exactly what kinds of constructs he can think up, except that there must be many copies. He can see through their eyes, using flocks of gold, shimmering ravens as recon drones, and dictate orders to them on the fly.
Multitasking: Controlling hundreds and hundreds of actions at once wouldn't be possible without superhuman levels of information processing. He can take in massive amounts of sensory processing from his clones, distribute specific orders to specific groups or even individual clones as fast as anyone else can give instructions to their own body.
Flight: In addition to his other powers, Praetor can fly, although not nearly as strong as most capes who can. In a straight line, he can manage roughly double the speed limit of cars on the road.

Archery Specialisation: Vector's tinker penchant is all things archery-related. This primarily covers bows. Her signature weapon is a heavily modified composite bow, augmented to fire energy bolts instead of arrows. This energy can be fire off under restrain to capture foes, or fully released to cook them alive. Her armour was designed by the Protectorate to give maximal movement while still providing defence, however the helmet was of her own making and comes equipped with a HUD capable of leading even parahuman targets from several blocks away.

Tinker Specialisation: Energy Optimisation in Armoured Platforms - Dealing primarily with the systems of heavy-duty mech suits, Pallas has crafted a number of impressive models, not unlike the kind of thing that Dragon can produce. The difference is, that while her crafts are unmanned, Pallas's are suits rather than drones, and always require an operator. He currently operates four main suits.
ZELUS - An 12-foot anti-Endbringer suit specialised in duelling single targets. With a great deal of difficulty, he has replicated Manton-protection for the pilot, protecting the interior of the cockpit from power activation. Comes equipped with a plasmic sword, shoulder-mounted cannons, a jetpack and water-pressure resistant alloy as standard.
NIKE - 8 foot, and the standard mech suit Pallas rolls with. As such, it's load-out is almost entirely customisable. With heel-mounted wheels allowing for speeds of up to 80MPH, it can be transformed into a bike, increasing the overall speed dramatically while exposing the pilot. Can be equipped with a machine-gun firing lethal or stun rounds, shoulder-mounted foam cannons, arm-mounted tear gas launchers and jetpacks.
KRATOS -When foam won't cut it, the big guns come out. An anti-Brute machine, this suit has slippery coating on the casing makes it harder to grip properly, fists that store kinetic energy to release in single punches, shoulder-mounted oil cannons for battlefield manipulation and the ability to release a sonic roar capable of disorientating foes at close range.
BIA - A support frame primarily for protection Wards on missions. Has hand-mounted energy guns firing shock rounds, shoulder-mounted foam sprayers, chest-loaded foam missile launchers and force-field generators embedded into detachable plates on back.

Power Absorption: Gestalt has the ability to absorb the powers of other parahumans upon physical skin-to-skin contact with them. This allows her to replicate - at full power - any ability of the person she touched. She can store up to three powers, and each one will last for around a day and a half. As time wears on, the powers will grow weaker and weaker, until they simply cease to function.

Hellbound: Able to summon a number of dark-red portals within a short distance of herself, these openings can pour forth shadowy hands to grapple foes. Should these appendages drag the target through the portal, however, things get interesting. Based on the kinds of things a target has done, their experience within the portals will be different - seemingly based on the Seven Circles of Hell in Christian myth. No-one can be sure exactly what causes the people to be placed in one version or another, but the PRT have slapped a Shaker 8 rating on her mostly out of fear.

Sharpness Alteration: Working on any object with a sharp edge - from conventional blades, to paper, and the like - Whetstone can enhance or dull the cutting potential of any object she has touched within what is roughly a twenty-four hour period. While not the most terrifying ability on its own, she is rather skilled with a sword, although only really comes into her own when working in conjunction with another Gladius parahuman, such as Arms Race. Paired with Vulcan, however, her ability becomes truly fearsome.

Metal Production: Vulcan can, upon touching any form of metal, create an infinite amount of the same material to burst forth from the touched object.
Metal Bending: Named after the Roman god of forging, Vulcan can bend any metal to create weapons, suits of armour or metal minions via a specific form of short-range control. While technically a form of telekinesis, it functions differently as he simply commands the metal to move and it follows his instructions. This effect continues to work outside of his field of control - as shown by his autonomous metal minions - but the mass of metal that can act this way is limited.
Metal Alteration: To put the cherry on the cake, he can also alter the base properties of the metal under his command, making it super-light, super-dense or heavy enough to crush a person under.
PRT Footnote: Vulcan's ratings have been provided as a warning. He is an incredibly versatile cape who is hard to restrain, hard to put down and is capable of using almost all of our equipment against us. Encounters with Vulcan should be immediately be called in to the Protectorate for assistance.

Vector Setting: After touching an object, Askaryan can then set that object's vector to stay constant until it leaves his (relatively small) range. He typically carries ball bearings, throwing a handful of armour-piercing metal balls to skewer opponents. His range is roughly 10 meters. After objects leave that field, air resistance begins to have an effect, and the objects will slow as though they were thrown normally from that point.
