Cor's armor is much like the Kingsguard's own, with a mai hauberk instead of plate leggings to allow much more movement and maneuverability. The armor is silver in color with aquamarine tinted into the forging. The links making up the mail hauberk and leggings are made into seashells with the background color being aqua color as well. Plated boots and gloves finish the armor while a simple yet elegant helm with a small plume tops it. On his back is a aqua cape with the Velaryon sigil.
Cor's Tourney Armor is much more extravagant looking much like Ser Loras with silvery seahorses carved into the heavy plate set. A Plume of Aqua sits his head while a merman like helmet wraps around his face, the tail forming a faceguard.
Friendly * Arrogant * Loyal * Overprotective

Personality: Cor is an interesting enigma of a teenager. He's filled with the classic Teenage angst and attitude yet he tempers it with an intelligence beyond his years. Always willing to learn something new, the boy has a knack for staring and absorbing various activities should he ever have to do the task himself. A firm believer in knowledge being ones best weapon Cor spends a lot of time reading. He's a diplomat to the bone, mastering the subtleties and shadow games behind negotiations even at his young age. When he's not reading however he's training in the practice field with sword and shield. Cor developed a style of his own after watching many of the fighters in Driftmark. The style relies on using his opponents attacks against them, feinting and outsmarting his opponents into making mistakes that he can capitalize on. Like with his other activities it's his 'true sight' that allows him to perform with this style so well, able to truly observe every move his opponent is making and foresee their next moves based on previous information. The result is a very defensive and very calculating game of cat and mouse, that is until Corlys figures out his opponents fighting style. At that point it's usually to late.

Life Before House Lashton: Born amidst a dreary and rainy autumn day, Corlys was a ray of sunshine to the otherwise dreary year that had passed for House Velaryon. The second son to a second son Corlys was still fourth in line for the Seat of High Tide and title of Lord of the Tides. He was raised in the Castle Driftmark, where he led a relatively normal life, despite being a little spoiled by the servants who loved the platinum blonde haired boy. Most of his early childhood included swimming, school, exercises, and sleeping. But when he was eight the Maester at Driftmark felt that he would do better learning from a more experienced Maester as the young man was burning through books and lessons with a speed even a prospective Maester would find impressive. And thus Corlys was sent to foster at High Tide with his Aunt, and Uncle who was about to have their first child.
Cor flourished in the brighter and spacious Castle, impressing his teachers with his desire to learn. He was found to have a photographic memory when he was able to tell the Maester who he was schooling with exactly how many paintings were in the Great Hall and Library, as well as what the pictures were. Hailed as a sure candidate for Citadel Corlys quickly showed his feelings about being moved from his home and became a bit more rebellious, retreating from the public eye and only appearing to eat, or cause trouble. He spent much more time in the training ground with the Master at Arms where he developed his own style of fighting, using his brain more than his brawn. He became a charmer in the Courts of High Tide, doing his best to make the young ladies who visited go crazy and go home thinking of the platinum haired Valyrian boy on High Tide who stole their heart.
Nothing ever came of these games however and as Corlys entered his teenage years and puberty he was still not promised to any marriage alliance despite his father trying to force him to dance and court Shireen Baratheon at a feast one time. A much more silent figure in his early teenage years, the lack of a real friend his age made him all the more bookish as he would spend every waking moment reading or training.
On his thirteenth nameday however, Corlys was thrust out of his shore side castle abode and sent to House Lashton which bordered the Riverlands and Vale from the Crownlands while his younger brother was sent to Riverrun.
Life with House Lashton: Arriving when he was just thirteen, Corlys has been a relatively quiet teen through his two years in the hall of Renault Lashton, serving the middle aged Lord as Squire faithfully and dutifully. He spends most of his time practicing with Ser Kayne, and perfecting his form. Though when not outside in the practice yard he's reading or playing Cyvasse. With himself or with a random poor soul who looked a bit interested.
Thoughts on the current situation of the realm: Unlike his father Corlys realizes the importance of Diplomacy and thus far has ensured that he makes no movement to persuade Lord Lashton either way. He's only trying to survive this chaos and keep his House safe, despite what his fellow family do. He only hopes he can stay neutral should his Lord and Knight choose to side with one King or another.
