They haven't attacked other Provinces since, though there have been threats when food shipments are delayed.
You should really talk to Corvinus about that. His province is the major player is the provision of basic resources. Laurensia tends to deal more with specialty items and bespoke orders, such as enchanted items which might have previously belonged to someone else. Someone else who hasn't noticed they're missing yet.
Name: Kamahl Forest Walker, son of War chief Kam'Till Green Blade, War Priest of the goddess Rosamund.
Age: 26
Rank: Priest and Noble
Title: War Priest
Features: Kamahl is a strong and intimidating man, standing 6’6” and weighing close to 250 Lbs. His tan muscular body is adorned with many battle scars and ritual tattoos that spiral across his body in shapes reminiscent of vines and flowers. His emerald green eyes can be soft at times while piercing during most other instances. He has shoulder-length brown hair pulled back into a pony tail with a long black braded beard. Kamahl speaks with a deep commanding voice that one would expect from a warrior, however when in the right company he can be gentle with his voice and tone.
One can find the man dressing in clothing better suited to help one survive rather than look good, normally wearing leather armor under heavy clothes meant to protect the wearer from the elements. The under clothes tend to be brightly colored with unique patterns, while the outer layers are normally darker and more natural to help one better hide in the wilderness.
Kamahl
Shaman Robes
Strengths: + Jewel and Metal Appraiser – being that his people are known for mining and retrieving materials of value from deep and hidden caves through their territory, and that he has personally spent some time in the mines himself. Because of this, Kamahl is well versed in determining what kind of jewel and metal it is by touch and look, as well as value and at times where it came from. + Battle Master – Only the strong have the right to live. Nothing in life is guaranteed for them, from the moment they can walk they are trained to be hunters and warriors. These skills are essential for the nomadic peoples of the great forest, their skill in both aspects ensures the survival and benefit of the clan. Kamahl has excelled in this, he has slain many worthy opponents, from great beasts to noble knights, and he has proved himself again and again in the art of combat and warfare. + Primal Sorcery – Although unrefined, his magical prowess is powerful but taxing. Specialized in natural and elemental magic, he has spent the better part of the last nine years of his life practicing the use of his magic and combining it with his combative skills. All magic users are highly regarded as having been touched by the goddess and as such normally gain the status of priest or shaman, if they so choose.
Weaknesses: - Culture Shock – Kamahl has never been to these foreign lands and has only started learning their languages within the last two years. Because of this he still has trouble with some words when it comes to talking and reading. He is also known to be rude as he does not know the proper edicate when it comes to these strange people, his opinions tend to also be unpopular as he is simply looking out for his people and hasn’t really grasped the big picture just yet. All in all, it’s simply going to take him some time to get used to these alien surroundings. - Enemys Abound – Being from the eastern tribes and the history that comes with it has made many despise him and his people. Many thinking it as an insult that he would even be invited to such a council is insanity. His religion is also unpopular throughout the masses being commonly confused with having human and blood sacrifices as well as its followers using dark magic, being cannibalistic, and at times practicing necromancy or summoning demons. - Unfamiliar Politics - He isn’t very well versed in the political world of the Kingdom, he doesn’t quite know what everyone’s end goal is or understand the significance of it. He has been warned to trust slowly with these people by his father. Kamahl is not accustomed to how politics are dealt with in this new realm either and doesn’t quite grasp the art of subtlety.
Bio: Growing up in the great untamed forest was harsh and strewn with dangers, but Kamahl was lucky, he was born into a strong clan with a smart leader. The leader Kam'Till Green Blade, his father, had made many enemies in his life. Enemy’s that tried to kill him and his family on many occasions. There were a few reasons for this, first is that his clan was strong and held the most territory as well as control of the three permanent settlements for the nomadic people. These cities were important as they held significant religious importance. The next reason was because his father did something that no other war chief had ever done, made a blood oath with the king of Viexmeur, this was unheard-of for his people and to many, showed weakness and was dishonorable. The king and his father had made a pact, that in defense of the crown they would be rewarded with trade and food, all they had to do was stop large groups of raiders from crossing the mountains while trying to unify the tribes to be allies toward the crown, if called upon answer to the call of war, and protect his blood line till either it is destroyed or the Kam clan is extinguished.
This led to many conflicts with many other clans, but these clans were small and held onto old beliefs. Those that did not wish to uphold the new way of things were exiled or killed. Kamahl grew up fast, he was a natural warrior with a drive to do right by his father and bring honor to the clan. He was a great hunter quickly learning the feel and rhythm of the forest, learning how to track, hunt, and survive. His favorite thing to do was hunt the great beasts that stalked through the forest, bringing pride and honor with each kill as well as food and rare furs.
However, his life of freedom was drastically changed when he learned that he had a gift, what many called the goddesses touch to wield what the outlanders called magic. This magic was not shunned but almost worshiped, he was approached by many shamans and priests of the goddess to test him, to see if he was worthy. After a few years of rigorous trials and long sessions of training he was accepted to begin his training as a priest. This was a great honor as magic was a powerful force that granted the clans great influence over the others, and so he accepted his new abilities and responsibility’s eventually attaining the right to call himself a war priest. A title reserved to only the best and strongest Priests, whose skills in warfare were equally matched by their magical prowess.
When news reached them of the king’s death, his father was worried and upset. He was unsure if his replacement would still honor their agreement or as he described it, those outlanders can be strange and at times go against their words. Kamahl didn’t understand it, he had only been learning their language and culture off and on for the better part of this last year. The man wasn’t at all surprised when he was told he would be going there to sit on some council to advise some child queen, the only thing he was told before he left was to be kind, careful, and be sure to keep their pact true.
Quote: "Are you to meet death, before your place is taken?"
Province Name: Territory of Kam
Province Ruler: War chief Kam'Till Green Blade
Position: Far East past the mountains, hidden within the expansive Aborim Forests
Notable Attributes: this territory is known for its exports of rare gems and metals harvested from deep underground in secret caves, rare furs and plants, as well as its great warriors. Although not having the numbers of grand armies, the Kam warriors make excellent strike teams and body guards, some entire family’s within the clan could be bought as mercenary’s or be tasked with capturing or killing some beast that were causing trouble.
Description: The Territory of Kam is a strange and distant place, surrounded by thick ancient forests, danger lurks around every corner and the weak never fair well without someone to back them up. To a member of the Territory their very existence is to serve the Clan in some way, this can be done by doing honorable things, by gathering food, mining for minerals, or anything that would benefit the clan or Territory. Because of this the people there are very open with each other and communal, most things are shared and there is little that is considered personal property within a family, everyone shares so that all may benefit.
Their culture and people are also accepting of other people of religious belief as long as they don’t try to convert others. The only ones who are outright shunned are those that meddle in dark magic’s or human sacrifices, as dark magic brings about bad luck and their goddess reserves all life to be precious. However, with this statement everything must also survive and the priests and shamans of the goddess always preach keeping a balance.
The majority of their people move through the vast forest in small family communities, moving their tent towns to follow the migrations of the animals and move to where the plants are in season. The few permanent cities are in the oldest parts of the forest, suspended into the elder trees by ropes and bridges. One could walk for miles without touching the ground. These places are sacred because of their importance to the goddess, three giant white trees that act as conduits of magic for the priests and shamans of the clans. All are welcome to visit and worship here, however any damage that may come to the trees is met with swift justice by the ever vigilant honor guards who tend to the trees. The clans that do not follow the new laws are exiled from the forest to the great plains between the forest and the mountains, occasionally these exiles will band together but before becoming too large either the Kam clan or other kingdoms will strike them down before they become too powerful.

Carmella de Laurensia: "I would just like to point out that any weapons or armour these tribes may be using most definitely did not come from the Laurensi. Especially not the ones inscribed with 'A Souvenir From The Laurensia Freeholdings'."
@Major Sharpe Will we be drawing up a map of Viexmeur at some point, or just playing it by ear as far as the geography goes?
I only ask since we already have Montisle on the northwest coast, Laurensia in the northeast forests, Vrelan in the eastern mountains and Kam in the far eastern jungles and we all seem to be bunched up quite closely to one another. Will other provinces be more spread out, covering the other regions around the central Crownlands?
If not, I could always move Laurensia to the south, and switch Carmella's associations to the Qazadi rather than the Foronians. Hilly forestlands along the Great River as well as the influence of Qazad's many religions would play well into the provincial spiritual beliefs, and the trade of spices and rare artifacts from the friendly south would work well for the residents' reputation as swindling charlatans well respected merchants of antiquities and curios.

I've considered drawing a map, but my lack of artistic talent gives me some reservation about making one. I'd be happy to write up a general description, which, along with what has been submitted about existing provinces, could be extrapolated into a map if someone volunteers to draw it. They could just fill in the blanks as they see fit.
And I've thought about the concentration of provinces in the north, and I think moving Laurensia to the south would be perfectly sensible, if you'd like to do that.
I'm planning for my province to be centrally south along the river if that helps :D
How far south?
I'm just in the process of moving my province down to the Great River to give Vrelan and Kem room to breath and was planning on settling it over to the east, on the shores of the great lake shown on the map I just posted.
Would your province also be on the Great River, or could it be on the banks of the smaller river just north of it on the map?
Hey guys, sorry about the delay. I will play nice and aim my family on the western coast where appropriate with regards to the others. Dropping my CS when it is worthy of scrutiny
