Whileshe walked through her shop, she heard him answering her questions. He asked questions too and that made her even more curious about him. She smiled and laid the flowers on her work table. "Kellie, nice to meet you"she said and shook his hand. She waited a second and then started working on his flowers.

"Would it sound cocky if I say I rather work alone? A employee is someone that you must keep a eye on.. See if they respect the flowers, see if they put enough effort in their work and if they treat costumers nicely" she said. While she talked, her hands almost flew over her work table. She unpacked the flowers from their plastic wrapper, diagonally cutted the bottoms of the stem and started to combine the flowers together.

She looked at him and once she was done she showed him the bouquet. "What do you think of this?" she asked. She hoped he would like it.

Ray smiled at Kellie as she shook his hand which felt soft to the touch as he followed her along the store until they were at the counter once more. He watched as she started to cut the bottoms off of the flowers and started to put them into the bouquet, which was very beautiful Ray knew that his mother would really like it. "Looks perfect she would really like this." Raymond said as his eyes went and met Kellie's for a moment.

"I could understand that, working with others is a bit of a pain." Ray said with a light laugh as he thought for a moment and wondered if she was dating anyone or not. "I was going to get some coffee, would you like some?" Ray asked looking over at Kellie for a moment he wanted to get to know the woman a little bit better. "That's if you aren't busy that is." Raymond said.

Kellie gave him the bouquet. When their eyes met, she felt a light blush running over her cheeks but she didn't want to look away. She smiled when he said something about coffee and secretlyshe was curious about why he wanted to have this coffee with her.

She thought for a moment as she cleaned up the counter. "Coffee sounds good, I can close the shop for a little moment. That's no problem" she said and looked at the clock. "Flowers are costing you nothing by the way" she said. She walked to the back and in a minute she came back with a jacket and a little wooden sign.

She wrote down something on it and grabbed her keys, which were laying next to the register. "Ready when you are sir Raymond" she said with a little giggle.

Raymond smiled when Kellie agreed to go out for some coffee, he knew a good coffee place a few blocks away. "Well at least let me pay for your drink then." Ray said with a smile as she watched Kellie turn around and headed out back for a moment. He waited for a little bit until Kellie came back carrying a small wooden sign.

"I know a nice place just down the street." Ray said as he turned and started out of the shop, he waited for a little bit until Kellie was done closing up the store. And started to make his way down the sidewalk he looked back at her and gave her a slight smile, once they were there Ray opened the door to the coffee shop to let her in first. "What would you like?" Ray asked as he pulled out his wallet to pay since the flowers were free he might as well at least pay for their meal.

"Well..." She said a teasing smile around her lips. "Alright, you get to pay to the coffee" she said. She closed the shop and walked up to Raymond. She smiled and knew the coffee shop that was just a few stores away.

She was a regular costumer there since she was always busy and did tend to forget to get new coffee when grocery shopping. As they walked in she smiled. "My regular drink is kinda hard to explain, but if you go and tell the girl you want one 'kellies-coffee', she knows what to do. Then I will find us a seat" she said.

She waited for a moment and then looked around, she spotted a free table and walked towards it. She hang her coat on it and decided to walk back to Ray. "Table is claimed, I wanna see your face when she is making that coffee" she said.

Raymond smiled and gave Kellie a friendly nod and smile. "I'm fine with paying for it then." He said as they walked down the street, it wasn't that far of a walk as they went past some store fronts until they were finally inside the building. Ray looked over at Kellie as she mentioned her coffee to him, he was slightly curious what she actually wanted in it.

"I'll put the order in then." Ray said as he watched Kellie walking off to a nearby table putting her coat on it, he smiled when she came back and stood in line, a few minutes later they were up. "I'll have uh one of Kellie's Coffee, and also just a regular black one for me." He said to the barista as he looked over at Kellie. "So what goes in it anyway?"

"Well.. That is a secret but since you're so nice..My" Kellie said and pointed toward the barista. "First, she takes the caramel syrup and fills the mug with it. Then she adds a small hot chocolatemilk and fills up the rest of the mug with coffee" she said with a soft smile.

"You can have a taste of mine if you want" she said. When the barista gave them their coffee she also gave them a piece of the apple pie. "Because you just opened your shop, and because of the awesome thing you did with our flowers" the young female said with a smile. Kellie shook her head with a smile. "Silly girl" she said and looked at Raymond. Then she walked towards their table and sat down.

Raymond looked over towards Kellie as she started to tell him what would go into her coffee, which did actually sound pretty good to him. As Ray stood there he watched as the barista started to make their drinks. When they were finished Raymond looked at Kellie and smiled at her and gave her a slight nod. "Sure I wouldn't mind giving it a try." Ray said with a smile towards her, he then saw the barista giving them a piece of apple pie for free.

Ray looked at her for a moment surprised by the free slice of pie and it was due to some flowers that she had made them awhile back, he then started to follow behind her and then sat down across from Kellie as he took a drink of his coffee. "So are you seeing anyone by any chance?" Raymond asked looking at her, she was attractive enough and cute as well, and he was curious if she did have a boyfriend or not.

After Kellie placed down her mug and apple pie on the table. she sat down herself and looked at Ray. He was a nice looking guy and she felt kinda happy to be here with him. She smiled when he said he would like to give it a try. ''I must say, it can be pretty sweet the first time so you need to take at least two sips'' she said with a soft giggle.

She had enjoyed the surprised look on his face when they got the apple pie slices. She looked at him and just took a sip when he asked her if she was seeing someone. She swallowed her sip, which was still a little too warm but she didn't mind. She looked at him. ''Yes.. You'' she said with a straight face but then started to chuckle. ''No.. I am not seeing someone if you mean to ask if I have a boyfriend or something.. I sell flowers to couples in love, boys that are trying to just hook up and couple's that sometimes have been married for longer than I live on this thing called earth'' she said and took a napkin because she was sure that she was having a little coffee mustache. ''The point is.. I see a lot of love during the day, I like it but.. Mister right is hiding I guess.. Or I am just working too much'' she said and smiled some, taking a new sip of her coffee

Raymond took a sip of the coffee and was surprised at how sweet it actually was and he actually did enjoy it, he leaned back in the chair as he started to listen to Kellie as she started to answer his question. He was pretty surprised that no one was actually dating her yet, she was really attractive and cute as well. "I'm surprised no one has ever asked you out yet." Raymond said as he took a bite out of the pie that was given to them, he enjoyed it as he looked around the people there before turning his attention back towards Kellie. "I haven't found the right person either yet, just been a bit busy with work though things are slowing down now with my job now that I have more time to try dating again." Raymond said giving her a friendly smile.

Kellie listened to what this, quite attractive man was saying and she smiled. ''Sounds like you are quite the workaholic'' she said and chuckled a bit. She understood the workaholic-type of people more than most people thought. After all, she was one herself too. ''I didn't mean that the wrong way by the way... I am a workaholic too'' she said and took another sip of her drink.

''As for dating, I did date before.. It's just, no one until now really understood the fact that having your own business is hard work'' she said, she had been staring at her drink just now and now looked back up with her brown eyes and gave Ray a warm smile. ''I am sure you will find someone you would like to date, and if you do, then come by because I always have plenty of roses'' Kellie said and stirred her drink a bit more. Make a move then Kel.. Come on, you know you like this guy.. she thought to herself but somehow the normal so confident women, now wasn't so confident at all

Raymond looked towards Kellie and chuckled slightly and shook his head as he took a sip of his drink. "Theres a lot that goes into reporting, and takes a lot of hours to do the research, which is a pain in the ass sometimes." Raymond said as he gave Kellie a friendly smile as he leaned forward and looked at her, she was really cute. "Well, maybe we could have a few more dates like this?" Raymond asked, the girl before him was really cute and he did want to know her a little bit more.

Raymond then started to try and think of something else to say awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck for a moment as he started to figure out what else to keep her interested. He really didn't have much dating experience his last date was, then he started to think of another date that they could go on. "Uhm are you doing anything tonight or tomorrow evening, maybe see a movie?" Ray asked Kellie.

Kellie was just about to take another sip but for a moment her cup stopped moving towards her lips mid air. She looked surprised at the male in front of her, she kinda only had accepted this because, he looked good and seemed friendly but this wasn't something she expected. She swallowed and placed her cup down on the table when she noticed it must be looking really weird that it was just hanging there.

She looked at the male in front of her and when she saw his struggle, she couldn't help it but to think how cute he actually looked now. ''I eh, I would really like to go to the movies with you'' she said and a blush had slightly appeared on the blond female's face. She looked at him. ''How about tomorrow? You still need to bring some flowers away I believe and eh, I have my shop that needs to be closed'' she said and now finally took the sip of her drink she had wanted to take.

Raymond looked at Kellie when she held her cup in front of her lips for a little bit longer then she had intended to do, which did look a little bit funny as well as cute at the same time. As Ray smiled even more when Kellie said that she accepted which was great, he didn't have anything planned tomorrow night. He was also free from work tomorrow as well, so he had a lot of stuff that he could plan for that evening. "It's a date then." Raymond said.

As he took another sip from the coffee, and leaned back in the chair as he tried to think of something else to say, meeting her gaze once more. "What kind of flowers do you like?" Ray asked, he wanted to make sure that he got the flowers that she liked for their date tomorrow he was going to have to make sure that he stopped by the shop when she wasn't around and maybe get some more information on what else Kellie liked.

Kellie looked at him with a little smile and a slight surprised look, he asked her what flowers she liked? No one ever asked her that before, mostly because she worked as a florist people thought she didn't have a favorite. She thought about the answer for a moment. ''Well.. I like peonies the most'' she said and nodded a bit. ''Yeah.. Peonies are the most beautiful'' she said and smiled a bit. ''Eh, what I wondered, how late do you wanna pick me up? Or do you just wanna meet somewhere? Cause, tomorrow my mother works at the store because I am going to the flower market and run some other errands for the shop'' she said. The blonde female looked at him, and smiled some, she finished her coffee and then took another bite of the pie.

"Peonies it is then." Raymond said giving her a friendly smile, he knew he would probably get them from another store, after all it would really just be weird getting a bouquet of flowers from the very store that you worked from. "Whenever you are free, you can text me when the time is good for you." Ray said giving Kellie a friendly smile as he finished up the rest of his coffee, which was surprisingly really good and enjoyed it quiet a bit setting the empty cup down.

''If you give me your number, I can give you a call or a text once I am almost done, then you can come to the store to pick me up... I literally live at work.. My apartment is above the store'' Kelly said with a soft giggle and she finished her drink herself too. She then looked at him and smiled friendly. She had never thought this morning, that she would end up in the coffee shop with a incredible handsome man like he was. If she had known, she had probably not even opened up today because Kelly has had a fair share of guys that just used her, and she kind of was wary but sure wanted to give him a chance. She then looked at him and saw that his cup also was empty.

''Shall we, eh.. head back? Your flowers are still at the shop and I think you would like it to be on time at the hospital.. Before visiting hour is over I mean...'' Kellie said and didn't want to be rude or anything as he said the flowers were for someone that was slowly dying and she really hoped the bouquet she had made would cheer up this person, who she assumed was a female though she didn't know for sure.
