BRIEF Bio: He remembers being raised in a small coal mining town in Virginia. As soon as he got out of high school he got a job working in the coal mines. His father had left him and his mother on their own and he also had a younger brother (Richard, currently 50 yrs old) he helped raise. He was approached when heading to a Marine recruiter's office by a man claiming he was with the government himself and looking for volunteers. This lead to the machinations that made him the Cyborg he is today.

Notes:

* Remembers being a kid during the Vietnam War in the 60's, the moon landing, Woodstock, and Nixon being elected President.

* Doesn't remember much of his time working in the mines or his teenage years but frequently uses a pick ax in combat.

* Would've actually been an earlier Cyborg in the 00 series, however there was a lot of trial and error with his flight systems and breathing underwater as well as high altitudes. His brain also suffered some damage and he lost many of his memories.

Additional Power: Super enhanced sensory/accuracy capabilities. Able to see and hear up to 4 kilometers away with 99.99% clarity. Nigel also can use all of this along with a targeting system implanted in his brain and left eye to be able to hit any target with any weapon with pinpoint accuracy. The only drawback is Nigel’s targeting system requires a second or two to line up the shot. Also, bright lights and/or incredibly loud noises can incapacitate Nigel for a moment.

BRIEF Bio: At one point in his life, Nigel Keane was considered one of the top men’s figure skaters in the world, and a favorite to gold the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville, France. The oldest of five children. Nigel lived a difficult life as despite his parents both working hard, the money was hard to come by and often the family struggled to make ends meet. Growing up in Essex Nigel often ended up doing a lot of work himself to keep the family together.

When he was 11 Nigel ended up going to a schoolmate birthday party at the local ice rink. There Nigel met for the first time Roger Hart, a former pro figure skater who worked at the facility as an instructor. Nigel watched Roger demonstrate his figure skating prowess and was the only one there that day who not only noticed, but be enthralled by the sport. Although he tried to quickly dismiss what he saw. He didn’t have the money to train or get ice skates normally, as his friend paid for his admission and skate rentals that day.

Soon though Nigel would scrape together whatever he could to go on his own, biking over to the ice rink to try and figure out the graceful moves he had seen that day. Eventually getting Roger’s attention. Roger saw Nigel’s heart and determination and decided to strike a deal. If Nigel was willing to help do work around Roger’s house for him, he’d be willing to help train Nigel in figure skating for free.

The two quickly developed a strong bond, as Nigel would visit each day after school to help Roger with his home, and then train until it was time to go home that night. His family noticed, eventually buying Nigel his own ice skates that Christmas. Soon Nigel was entered into competitions and simply dominated with his clean moves and axel combos. Eventually able to turn pro Nigel started to travel the world, although barely missing the cut for the 1988 Winter Olympics. Nigel learned quickly and was able to win the 1990 and 1991 Figure Skating World Championships. The first Englishman to accomplish the feat since 1939.

Shortly after the 1991 World Championships in Munich, Germany however, Nigel was traveling to Szczecin, Poland by taxi for a promotional shoot. It was late, around 2 am, and Nigel was asleep in the back of the taxi. The road they were on was a single lane, but police said when it was struck it seemed the accident should’ve been head on. Although the driver was killed, Nigel’s body and any bodies in the other vehicle vanished. The police were unaware those in the other vehicle were gone, with Nigel’s injured body, having completed their mission for Black Ghost.

Additional Power: Troublegum, a unique substance with many properties usually associated with bubble gum. It’s highly elastic, very strong, condensable, and adhesive. Luiza’s body has been modified to produce troublegum in absurd quantities, expelled from her pores. Additionally, her joints have been removed, leaving her body parts segmented and separated by troublegum, meaning her flexibility is unmatched and her body parts can stretch.

Appearance: Luiza is 5’4” with a lean muscular build. White skin, blonde hair, blue eyes, she’s the Aryan offspring her grandparents had hoped for.She keeps her bangs dyed a variety of colors, which may change week to week or even day to day, depending on whatever mood suits her. When not in her cyborg battle suit, Luiza likes to wear comfortable clothes that show off her style and flair, like torn jeans, tank tops, and sleeveless jackets.
BRIEF Bio: Born the granddaughter of Nazis who escaped to Brazil following the fallout of WWII, Luiza was a troubled youth. Her family taught her their doctrine, but made her swear never to talk about it in public, while she was taught in school that such people were the enemy of the world. But that couldn’t be right, they were her loving family! She was eventually disillusioned with her family when walking in one day to find them beating a black man to death, someone she knew from school to be a kind and gentle soul. She ran and never looked back, but eventually the public found out about her family ties and, assuming her to be like them, chased her down in the streets. After a long fight she was beaten to within an inch of her life, but kept surviving regardless. She took the experience and put it into cage matches, breaking jaws for cash. Eventually the wrong sort of people took interest in her, and she became a human experiment and rebuilt as cyborg 006.

Appearance: Adaoma is a mountain of a woman at 6 foot 6 inches and bulging with muscle. Part of this is due to the physical workout regimen she adhered to before conversion to cyborg, while part of it is due to being born biologically male. She was never able to properly finish her gender conversion before being abducted and altered into a cyborg, leaving most of her features a blend of both masculine and feminine. Broad shoulders, strong jawline, and a strong frame comes together with soft skin and wide hips. She enjoys makeup and clothing that lets her really feel her femininity, and has dyed pink hair.
BRIEF Bio: Born Abeo Ikande, the young boy never felt like, well, a boy. Raised to always be as masculine as possible, Abeo didn't want to disappoint his family, but couldn't help admiring the female form, manner of dress, and general attitudes. But Nigeria didn't have a welcoming trans culture. The idea of transgender wasn't even well known! So Abeo lived life with feelings of self doubt ever growing. Eventually Abeo joined the emergency rescue services, having been trained to peak physical ability, and put that prowess to work with a natural altruism. One night Abeo rescued a group of foreign tourists after a terrorist bombing, and once they were safe reeled in shock. This person had an Adam's apple, and other clear masculine features, but wore a dress, had breasts, and had quite the makeup. After a brief discussion Abeo learned about transgenderism, and non-normative sexualities. After many weeks of souls searching, Abeo approached his family to declare that he… was a she. This concept was confusing to her family, and in public shameful. She was eventually disowned, and had to move away in order to proceed with the necessary medical treatments. It was during one of her hospital visits that Adaoma was taken, and given a very different kind of surgery than she had signed on for: being made into Cyborg 003.

Appearance: 007's default appearance matches that of her pre-modification self. Considering the fact that 007 can be virtually anyone at any time, catching her like this is fairly rare.
Bio: Once a no-name actress in Paris, Delphine's final casting call came to a tragic end when it was revealed to be one of Black Ghost's "recruitment drives", where she was kidnapped and remodeled into a cyborg. While she had by far the easiest time reintegrating into society out of all the 00-series cyborgs due to her shapeshifting ability, this hasn't stopped numerous groups both good and evil from tracking her down and enlisting her help over the years- most commonly her archnemesis, the seemingly-immortal Tiger Zora.
Notes: Has roughly half a dozen civilian identities at any given time.

BRIEF Bio: Once upon a time Bruno Schaefer was an Austrian-born musclebound man who tried to achieve the American Dream. In the pursuit of that he became a Helicopter Pilot for the Army; but that all changed after a nasty crash. Bruno Schaefer, Helicopter Pilot, a man who was barely alive in remnants of helicopter debris. He would've been left for dead, but "The Skull Faced Man" had the technology. He was able to rebuild Schaefer, stronger, faster than he ever was before. Betrayed by his government and framed for a crime he did not commit, Bruno was doomed to be on the run; but fortunately there were eight others who knew his plight. Teaming up with them Bruno went on a spree of world saving heroics. But after years of service Bruno sought the peace of the shadows. Of course that wouldn't be for long as he was contacted to once again save the world.
Notes: Despite not needing to work out much anymore, Bruno Schaefer still maintains a rigorous exercising routine.

Appearance: Argus stands at 5'9 and has a slim build. His brown hair, dark hazel eyes, and elfish ears are all different qualities that you would notice at first glance. In public he can be seen wearing anything from sweats and a plain shirt to a full-blown suit, all depends on the occasion. He does enjoy hats though, baseball caps, snapbacks, cowboy hats, you name it he wears it.
BRIEF Bio: Argus was the only child of a struggling single mother. The quiet pair lived in a ghetto right outside the city of Athens, in a small apartment. They had a simple living, at least from Argus' point of view, but in actuality, they were barely making ends meet. His mother was unable to keep a job, his father was an American man who died in the Vietnam War, his mother left America the year Argus was born and returned to Greece. As Argus got older he became aware of their situation and did everything he could to help out and found himself involved with an underground crime syndicate. He was a runner otherwise, know as a mail boy. Delivering packages to certain locations and then getting paid for surviving the drops, the job was stressful and caused him to pick up a smoking habit. This habit leads him to be diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of lung cancer, but that did not stop him from working. His lack of self-care leads him to be hospitalized. Argus knew he was going to die anyway so why not speed up the process, what he didn't expect was to get kidnapped in the night and given the option of either dying or becoming apart of a secret experiment...

You're Only Second Best: Ken's eyes contain a highly advanced scanning system, allowing him to observe someone performing a mundane skill. After observing them, he is able to perform the skill even better than they are- be it carpentry, bartending, kung-fu, trick shooting, horseback riding, billiards, fishing, American Football, or anything in between. The improvement on the technique allows him to turn the most mundane of skills into a deadly martial art.

Appearance: Here. Usually, he wears a black poncho and has a guitar slung over his back, in addition to a sizable duffel bag that contains all his worldly belongings- mostly clothes, camping gear, and cigarettes.

BRIEF Bio: Ken was once a simple drifter that loved mountain climbing. Gifted with sharp analytical powers and keen senses, a friend of his suggested he make a name for himself in the streets of Japan's cities, where he found work as a private detective. This proved to be quite lucrative, allowing him to do good for the citizens- while also lining his wallet. However, one day, he and his friend found themselves on a bus with two politicians that a certain turf boss from Dakkar sought to eliminate. While the bus was on a bridge, Ken heard a distinctive ticking... and immediately realized what was happening. Evacuating the bus as quickly as he could, the two proceeded to drive it out of the city and to a rural area... but they couldn't stop the bomb in time. While damage was minimized, the two politicians, the private detective, and his friend ended up in a hospital. Dakkar promptly attempted to burn it to the ground. The politicians died in the blaze, while an unknown assailant gunned down Ken's friend in the confusion. Ken, however, was captured and sold to Black Ghost for conversion into a cyborg. He eventually returned to being a drifter, going wherever destiny took him and fighting whatever crime and villainy he was faced with.

Appearance:

Not as tall or clearly muscular as 004, Andrei is still quite imposing physically, a heavy-set, thick-limbed man of broad shoulders and a barrel of a chest with a log-like neck. When not wearing his cyborg suit he can often be seen clad in tough military boots, khaki cargo pants and a black tanktop which is actually the top of a black singlet, topping off his outfit with a military-style olive turtleneck sweater.

Additional Power:
-Hell Fighter: Andrei was always a naturally gifted specimen, a freak athlete with tremendous potential, and so his augmentations sought to exploit these traits. Using him as a testbed for enhancing the human body without extensive replacement or reconstruction, Andrei’s heart and much of his blood were infused with experimental nanomachines which boosted his physical attributes through a long, grueling period of adaptation that left his hair prematurely grey. Now formidable in this field even amongst his peers (save for power picks) and exceedingly hard to damage or even slow down, Andrei’s key trait is monstrous physical strength that allows him to effortlessly overpower even other cyborgs.

BRIEF Bio:
There’s an unfounded yet not entirely irrational theory that Andrei Belyj was part of some superhuman development plan before becoming a cyborg, for he was a one-of-a-kind athletic talent, a man who combined a natural gift with potential for growth and a passion for self development. Recognizing his talents from an early age the Soviet Union put him through an especially devised olympic development program, always eager to best their hated western adversaries in all fields, and from here he also branched out into training in the Red Army's hand to hand combat system known as Sambo.

Though he surpassed all expectations as an athlete, Andrei felt stifled by the strict structure of the program and he felt no love for the Soviet cause, as his family had suffered from the purges and only his newfound status protected them from further scrutiny. Eventually he defected and took his family with him, fleeing to the perceived freedom of the western world hounded by soviet agents. Sacrificing himself and suffering terrible wounds so his loved ones might escape their hunters, it was for the promise that his family would live in peace that he allowed himself to be taken and experimented on.

Notes:
Ultimately, Andrei never participated in major international competitions. He was kept out of the 1980 Olympics as a hidden weapon to use against the boycotting americans the next games, which the Soviet Union ultimately boycotted as well, and his handlers saw the Goodwill Games of 86 as beneath him. Andrei himself sabotaged his entry into the 1988 Olympics to be forced into the Goodwill Games of 1990 in Seattle, when he defected.
