Perhaps the goblins you displaced began to contest Yemarae lands and this led to the deal with the Eastern nomads that besieged @Letter Bee's cities. The goblin incursion made the Yemarae willing to make a deal with the nomads of the east, handle the goblins and be shown safe passage through Yemarae lands to the cities of the west. So the nomads and Yemarae would have spent a few years hunting and enslaving the goblins in Yemarae lands, bolstering the nomads ranks, and then the nomads would have marched on the west.

This way Bee, you, and me all have a history that fits together nicely.

In any case: immediate things that stick out to me that you need to answer: Your people spill out across two language zones but I'm so far not reading a lot of indication that this is being considered. Terkhazia - the northern coast lands to that last major bend in the river - is its own thing of pseudo-Slav speak and then there's the the Old Imperial Language quarters. Unless in the past they invaded in great force from somewhere else and thus probably had enough of a large ruling class over top that actively refused to speak either-or then I'm not sure it would work given the language geography. So your nation also plops you down in an area relevant to @Erik Tiber.
It's kind of like that. See the largest island in my possession, the one with rather unusual shape? That's Yllendost, the home island of the Yelinor. The rest are other islands they've gradually either colonized or taken over. Then some hundreds of years ago they began their imperial ambitions and kept expanding while also conquering other nations. Forget language regions, they have multiple species under the same empire including humans, elves, trolls, dwarves and even centaurs. Probably also goblins and orcs to some extend but I am undetermined on that. Will depend on what neighbors I get and so does their lifestyle in my empire. Would they be free, prohibited from moving, enslaved or even treated like animals? It all depends on what culture is at the region where I'd have greenskins ( if any).

As for culture they had their own thing going on for millennia in relative isolation out on the seas. If thousands of kilometers of water in isolation isn't a sufficient barrier to facilitate cultural differences then nothing will be.

It depends on the RP; sometimes, people post only when all others have posted, other times, it's permitted to post when only one other person has posted. But it's recommended that you wait for a few others to reply before making something of your own.

Post when you got posts but try to avoid double posting if at all possible.

The bad thing with established posting orders is that if someone doesn't post for a long time it'll hang everyone else up down the line. I don't want to hang the RP up by saying, "X has to post after Y who has to post after Z". If someone else has posted, and you got a post, then post.

Quite similar. Actually since I use Tolkien's elvish which is based off his ancient Scandinavian and British isle language studies combined together you could even say my language also fits that environment to a degree.
I wish to write a bit more about my military until I post my prototype NS but you'll see it soon.

As I promised here's my prototype NS:
Got the key details down. Now I only need to work on smaller things like the minute elements of my history, exact social status of other races, names for a few of my holdings, etc.

@Archetype ZeroFun fact is that in a sense this NS is a reboot of my Yllendthyr from the New World NRP.
Though with a rather severe overhaul.

Oh and BTW, anyone wishes to establish some sorts of relation with Yllendthyr?

While I recycle elements I do feel it's important distinction to state which Yllendthyr I am talking about. :P

Yeah, I tend to evolve the idea with each iteration while also adapting it to fit the setting.
I'll admit that probably porting Yllendthyr was harder actually than just writing something from scratch. I think it'll worth it, though.

The Slovjensky people moved in about two thousand years ago from the south and displaced some other humans/inhabitants/insert other here. They refer to them as the Nemets, or Nemsky. Then about 800 years ago a group of dwarves related to those that conquered Dunfeder conquered the southern half of the Slovjensky lands and gradually assimilated, resulting in the Terkhazsky (basically east slavic people). Depending on when your elves made their conquests into the mainland they'd be conquering some combination of Sami or Finnic peoples further to the west (Or whatever you want the 'nemets' the Slovjensky displaced to be, leaving them up to you), as well as some of the northern Slovjensky tribes that are still old pagans. The northern Slovjensky languages might be west slavic or southern slavic. Old Slovjensky is based on Interslavic

The Slovjensky people are agricultural in nature and live in villages protected by 'grads', or small fortified villages, at least if they're living in a heavily wooded area. If it's an open plain they'll likely be more nomadic in nature. An old tribal tradition for them is for a village assembly ('veche' in the southern dialects) to make major political decisions collectively. Some still go by this old way, others have developed a pseudo-feudal society ruled by a hereditary monarch. It is not unheard of for some groups of tribes to join into confederations with one another in response to an outside threat, which your people would pose, so the elves had probably subjugated at least one such confederation.

Most northern Slovjensky still worship the old religion which is essentially inspired by old Slavic paganism, though ever since Terkhazia proper was converted about 600 years ago (some time between the foundation of the old Terkhazsky kingdom and its collapse) there have been some missionaries from the church of light that have moved into the far north.

Or if you want, you could also have some small Terkhazsky principality be present towards the coast south of you, bordering Dunfender (Dunfender did gain some coastal real estate from conquering a small principality so it could fit). For how it would function it would probably be like Novigrad except the prince holds most of the power and the bishop isn't elected.

You could have some place names be 'Yllendthyrized' versions of old slovjensky names if you want. Or perhaps derived from old Nemet (sami/finnic/whatever you want) names, as they were the first humans encountered by the Yelenthir and thus would have heard the names from them first.

From my understanding the goblins originally inhabited the mountain range and foothills of the Dragonspine mountains in Dunfender. You can hash it out with @Liotrent if you want to have some of those mountains also be inhabited by them, I'm sure it could fit. Goblins are, otherwise, present in Terkhazia proper as itinerant people, merchants and peddlers and craftspeople that move from town to town and suffer from discrimination at the hands of locals to varying degrees. They occasionally function as mercenaries and guides for the various Terkhazsky principalities.

This is my current claim, BTW (purple territories at far North). The large weirdly shaped island to the Northwest is Yllendost which serves as my homeland with the islands being either other elvish tribes conquered or later expansions.
I also planned the mountains perhaps having small dwarven communities.
As for goblins I likely take them as discriminated traveling minorities, most likely.
Albeit also might have a group of goblins down South who live as indentured servants to centaur tribes.

"What is this guy's deal?" muttered the young nineteen year old as he watched the bard regaling the rest of the sturdy mostly wooden tavern with his tale of grandeur in a faraway land. The bard had been at it for over half an hour now and Trebleans of the mining, farming and even housewife persuasion were beginning to get pissed off at the guy's obvious foreign accent. One bold farmer, a rugged looking blonde man of swarthy, reddish complexion with an equally blonde scraggly beard covering most of his face, yelled out from deep in his cups. "We're Trebleans not Treblans ye fuckin' cur! Jus' where are ye from, ye tryhard miser? Ye best be watchin' yer tongue 'round here, thinkin' this faraway land o' yers is better than what we've got!" Drink made him unsteady on his feet as he turned around to totter off and leave in obvious disgust. A few tavern patrons followed suit, mostly women who somehow saw logic in his drunken rant.
