Rescources For Making A Character Characters will be made randomly, along with dungeons, NPC's, and Boss Fights. Boss NPC's, like Tanabi, are designed to be unbeatable. Your stats are Attack, Defense, Speed, Power, Cunning, Intelligence, Bravery, Skill, Health, and Magic. I will use Statgen to make these stats., and Donjon to make NPC's. Use the NPC generator to make your character, however you should change it to be neutral when you find the character you want to use. I will only accept ten characters.

Cottolm: Male Halfling Aristocrat, Neutral. Cottolm has a square face, with long brown hair and sharp brown eyes. He wears fine raiment and jewelry. Cottolm is chivalrous and tactless.

I'd say 10 is a pretty high expectation just to get things started, you might eventually get a player count that high but by the time you do you will likely have already lost a few of your players who joined early. Really what I would suggest would be about 4-6 players to start out and leaving it open for people to join after it has started (Saying so in the OP), the game's I've run tend to get a lot more interest once they have actually started and people see what is going on and want to be involved.

Since you're a regular, you could also try making a thread to advertise this in spam, might pull in another couple of players from there.
