I started doing online RP's about 9 years ago on many different forums/medias, though I haven't actually sat down and RP'd in a few years. I'm looking forward to revamping one of my old, favorite hobbies. Is there anywhere in particular to "advertise" for ideas or find partners?

That's what the interest check forums are for.

If you have a group idea, they are broken up by post length and writing ability preference.

If you just want a partner, the 1x1 interest check is for you. Just make an introduction and advertise your desires, expectations, and types of stories.

As the others said, you'll probably want to hit up the interest check sections. Alternatively, you can advertise in the advertising channel in the discord, or in the status bar, within reason.
