"We'll cover you big girl! You go, and retreat through the back we'll make sure no big heroes get through to you. Once the money is clear we'll break and head for our escape routes!" the soldier with diselpunk stated. They had followed her out the window using make shift hero gear to lighten their own falls by softening the blow. "The getaway car is down a block, or two in a street corner near a ramen shop go-" commented the soldier before suddenly he was stuck with some sort of web like substance as a small boy stood there in front of them. He had brown hair, and a few freckles but he as clearly very young. "I'm the super great hero King Spider! I'll stop you!" the boy said hesitantly as he raised his arms to fire more silk like webbing at Diselpunk.

Meanwhile the spider kid was knocked unconscious by a random soldier as he was too focused on Disel to actually pay attention to her men. They themselves threw some smoke grenades and went to their destination some distance away with Disel in to in order to drop off the money at the cash van. It was a rather big hassle, and it would seem that Captain East had the harder job as most of the news copters were at his battle location some distance away. The citizens still around the area were in a panic, and could pose no real threats to the villains as they ran away. As the crew got to the zone they had Disel deposit the money away inside of the car, and decided it was time to get the fuck out. They left Disel the option to go with them or not but one way or another the van sped away with their lot.

"King Spider?" Dieselpunk taunted, her voice underscored by the thrumming of her engine, Isn't the flower guy out front King Sakura, or something? Can't you heroes come up with better names that don't have 'King' in it?" From the look of him, he was a fast and flitty hero, not someone that Dieselpunk had the best time going up against as he could probably run circles around her as she slowly tried to maneuver her heavy mass around and try to hit or catch him with her metallic appendages. She needed to know exactly how strong his web was and if she was strong enough to just snap the line. She remembered a classic movie in which these large, metallic, four-legged machines were defeated by having their legs tied up by small, faster craft with grappling lines, and she didn't want this match-up to turn out like that. Slamming her metallic knuckles together twice with loud clanging sounds and releasing a roar, Dieselpunk prepared to duke it out with the young hero, but it was not meant to be; the greenhorn was a damn rookie, and one of the thugs sneaked up behind him and knocked him out. What a let down. Still, the mission was more important. "...thanks..." Dieselpunk said to the thug, though her disappointment was clearly audible in her voice. But before she left, she remembered, they were were here to send a message. Gently picking up the unconscious King Spider, she dropped his sorry ass into the pile of refuse that she had deposited when she had absorbed the garbage truck. Then she lifted a nearby dumpster and upended it on top of the hero. To keep him there, she picked up a nearby car and placed it on top of the turned-over dumpster. "Hey, hey dudes," Dieselpunk chuckled, "someone take a picture, and send it to the local news station or something. Tell them where they can find their garbage hero." With that she headed off with the money team to deposit their ill-gotten gains. Turning on the radio that came installed in the garbage truck to check the time, one of her favorite songs started to play, and she blasted it to give her posse a bit of a motivational boost as a form of congratulations for a job well done. But what she was really doing was checking the time. It was almost fifteen minutes and she would have to abandon her machinery soon, so there was no opportunity to go back and help the ones at the front. All she could do was trust in their ability to take care of themselves. "Hey," Dieselpunk called out to one of the more edgelordy thugs, Toss me your trenchcoat." The thug, surprisingly, obliged, and as he threw it at her, Dieselpunk unfused with the truck and the vault door and whatever else she had picked up at the bank. Emerging nude from the crumbling pile of slag, she grabbed the trenchcoat midair, covered herself, and got in the getaway car with the others.

Aya was pleased the plan worked, nodding to herself. She struggled to keep her footing as the massive armored hero started stomping and slamming, shaking the ground with his sheer power. Then a massive explosion courtesy of Midnight sent the hero flying, giving her a chance to stand properly. Then the mercs fired out some smoke grenades signaling it was time to get the hell out of there.

Taking the opportunity Aya bolted towards the rendezvous location, praying she'd be able to make it to the subway without getting caught. But it seemed that the smoke had provided a good enough distraction for her to successfully escape.

As everyone from the distraction group had managed to arrive at the destination they saw at the end of the tunnel was a cloaked figure in a large trench coat leaning against the wall smoking an electronic cigarette. As the villains approached the man grumbled, and pulled away a cloth hiding his face, and revealed himself to be Kazuma. Kazuma grumbled, and rubbed his eyes. As the dimly lit subway was hard to see in Kazuma pulled out a flash light, and looked down at a photo in front of him. "You guys better hurry up this time. No lolly gagging. We DON'T cops finding out about me." grumbled the transporter as he moved to the very end of the subway. As he did he once more moved his hands outward and ripped open another portal this time directly to the stray sheep where their commander was located at.

As the group entered they found themselves in front of a kneeling Karma with a strange device around his head in front of Shade Walker as he held the boy in front of him. As everyone was accessing this situation Dieselpunk entered through the front door as the thugs had dropped her off at a safe zone before going through their business. A few greased hands had assured everyone that the cops wouldn't be able to chase them properly. "Greetings everyone...perhaps you are wondering why the mental boy was not with you during the heist...and it turns out he was planning to sell you all out. Before he left I had grabbed him, and managed to slip on this device made by our good mad doctor back at HQ...He is of no harm to anyone here now his brain is being scrambled by signals coming from this device...and now the only question remains...does anyone here wish retribution? Or shall I do it? Because one way or another he is a dead boy. And more over this should be a lesson to the new crew." commented the hooded figure as he placed his down ontop of the boy's head. It would be a simple matter to phase through his skull, and crush his brain, or down through to his heart. But he also had a gun on the table. The safety unlocked. It would seem that things were going to end bloody one way or another.

Aya stepped through the portal and into the Stray Sheep, she didn't expect to be greeted by Walker let alone Walker and Karma strapped in to some kind of device. She didn't bother asking what the device did as she knew Shade would explain exactly what the hell was going on. Aya was surprised again by the function of the device, and how Karma had decided to betray them. Her face was rather placid in spite of the situation, she didn't wish to kill a child, but that didn't mean she'd stop someone else from doing it. God know the kid was going to die anyway, if he wasn't already dead from the brain scrambling.

She let out a sigh. "You lot have fun with this... I'll be at the bar if any of you need me. She seemed oddly calm about the situation, though this was all a facade and she honestly was a little disgusted at the thought of killing a child. Though she did have to admit she'd beaten children, so she knew she couldn't be one to judge anyone here. She'd take a seat at the bar and get herself a fruity cocktail, taking a sip every now and then as she mulled over the events of the robbery.

The young villain was sprinting to where he would meet the other villains, Having been invited the day before he was worried that he would A) Be kicked out and or ridiculed them or B) Be killed by them for some reason. Although he didn't think the latter would be the case, Never the less knew that he would have loads of fun being with this group. Luckily he has lots of cash and had taken a taxi, And was just making his way to meet the others.

Once he had gotten there he could see a hero someone who looked around his age, One of them with their hand phased inside the boys head. That situation made the villain nervous because usually he doesn't kill others, Because he thought it was not "fun" as he liked the thrill of being chased. "Hello" He said waving to the group of villains. He felt like he should say something or protest this, Again he did not want to be talked down too or worse killed for speaking out against this action.

Dieselpunk entered the portal with the rest, stretching and raising her arms above her head, popping her neck from side to side; a quick and dirty job with a few hiccups, but overall, it seems everything had turned out well. Or so she thought. Upon returning to the Stray Sheep, she was greeted by a sight of horror, with Shade Walker, more than happy to explain the current situation.

"No...it can't be true..." Kyouran said, as she headed towards the slightly limp Karma. Grabbing his face in her palms, she looked into his eyes, saying, "You called me Big Sis!" But she could see from his vacant expression that he probably couldn't even hear her. Kyouran pulled back and looked at Shade Walker expecting to find some sort of misunderstanding on his face, but there was none. It might seem quite silly to the others that Kyouran would have formed a bond of trust so quickly with an absolute stranger, but that was just the kind of (stupid) person she was. Part of her wanted to believe Shade Walker was wrong, that he had made a mistake, or that this was some underhanded plot, but she had to rule out the first two options because she trusted The Black Tree to be professional enough not make mistakes of this magnitude, and she had to rule out the last option because it was too wild a suggestion. He's one of us! Kyouran thought to herself, but that thought was immediately followed by But he was planning to betray us. Snitches get stitches. The euphoria of their recent success and her desire to celebrate turned into pent-up, frustrated energy. She began pacing, balling and unballing her fists. She was angry. Angry at Shade Walker for presenting her with such a conundrum, angry at Aya who seemed to show no camaraderie for their ephemeral ally, angry at all the other callous bastards who stood by as Shade Walker acted as judge, jury, and possibly executioner if no one else decided to take him up on his offer. But mostly she was mad at Karma, who was already beyond her reach, even though she had vowed to protect him. She wanted answers. She wanted to ask him why, why, why until he made a repentant and tearful confession and a brotherly vow to atone for his mistake. She wanted Shade Walker to suddenly show a more compassionate side, to accept Karma's reformation and bring him back into the fold. But that wasn't going to happen. The Black Tree was too professional. This wasn't some two-bit hoodlum gang where loyalty and respect was gained through bro-hugs and drinking contests. Here they were playing for keeps and the operation had to be water-tight. "I can't do it," Kyouran declared weakly, "Even though it was only for a short time, he was my brother, as are all of you. Call me old-fashioned, call me a yankee or a yakuza, but this is my conviction. I won't hurt a brother unless he has caused harm to another member of my family." With that she turned her back on Shade Walker and Karma, heading towards the door to the stairs leading to the basement. Unless stopped, she would go and vent in the underground training room. She couldn't bring herself to watch the ending.

Unbound by cloth, the swirling cosmos danced across the slender arm stretched out to bar Dieselpunks path non threateningly. Despite his lack of facial festures, the somber colors swirling across his body spoke of gloom and purpose in a way that words failed to convey. Looking into the womans eyes, his right hand raised slowly to point at Karma.

"We are a partnership. Bound in trust. Trust that we, all, will see things to the end for the mutual good of us all. Close your eyes and look away if you must but I ask you hear the consequence of broken trust."

It was a simple logic where Midnight was concerned. One day Dieselpunk would have to face this same moment as the punisher, and walking away now would only cause doubt on whether she was commited. Good or bad.

The strike was violent and blissfully quick, a concentrated burst of power cosmics flaring brilliance boreing a hole no bigger than a pinky through the boys skull clear through the back. While Midnight held no love for any in the room he still felt responsible for the boys end. A modicum of pity had turned a mere violent murder and a warning into an execution befitting some dignity to the lost member Karma.

"Villains are we. This is our, your, loyalty to the organization. His life is the coin spent on the longevity of us all."

Glancingnup at Shade walker, Midnights arms fell to his sides as the cosmic menace merely levitated in place with quiet determination.

Lord Zion

After the 'cosmic' display by Midnight, a slow and muffled clap was heard. Leo raised from a seat, or spot nearby, revealing himself to the group. Unlike some of the group, or possibly any, a massive smirk stretched across the Lion's face. Obviously enjoying the bloodshed, or at least retribution, far more than some may enjoy. The 'muffled' clap was merely due to the man, Leo, possessing something along the lines of paws rather than actual hands. Thus actual clapping seemed a bit different compared to the usual human. Studying this near 6'7" tall Lion-man. One may wonder how Leo stayed so silent, or unnoticed, until now.

"What a lovely display of power... And such grace while executing 'dah traitor!" A brief chuckle creates a pause during speech. "I would 'ave made far more of a mess to clean. I shall also cherish 'dis memory as a reminder to never cross you."

Golden eyes of the Lion were locked on Midnight as the words 'cross you' were spoken. Gaze of the Lion proceeded to dart between all the different bodies within sight, obviously studying them. Each time eyes drifted to a new person, they always returned to Midnight and the new corpse. A deep inhale being taken before speaking one more, and final, time.

"I guess 'dis be 'da best time for what you call 'pleasantries'. I am Lord Zion, you may call me Zion. And If 'dah organization deems it fit, you'll be seein' a lot more of my wondahful mane."

On that note, the beast of a man slowly migrated to the bar. Occupying any of the seats on the edges, or any seat with few stools around it. Zion was a big man after all, so enjoyed as much space while lounging as possible. Sitting as a stereotypical, self-centered, 'royal' or 'lord' would. Elbows stretched and resting on the table, back facing the actual bar and leaning against it lightly. Fangs visible through the smirk still present, as the sight of death seemed to hype this savage creature...

As the limp body of Karma fell to the floor Shade Walker kicked him for good measure. He laughed at the brutality that was in front of him being no stranger to such a thing himself. "Well done! Well done indeed! I was not expecting such finality to from anyone here...even if your showing at the bank was...a bit much." Shade Walker said as the bartender walked over to the body and picked it up without much hesitation for the blood, and then proceeded to move it downstairs as Kazuma grumbled, and sat down at a nearby table. As Shade Walker moved over to Diselpunk he patted her on the shoulder, "Then you should check his phone. The boy was collaborating with cops. They'd pay him, and he'd get to return to his normal everyday life. Too bad I believe we have a quarter of the police force working for Black Tree. You'd be surprised at how easily cops are bought out...it sickens me." he stated as he slid her a large wad of Japanese Yen. "Equivalent of $5000 dollars of US currency. Payment for the job well done." as he moved through the room he gave everyone in it who was still there the same amount of money. Of course if they refused he'd pocket it back but it was payment for the job, and services rendered for their leader. The money of course was not tractable. "Now then Skyfall you're services were well done but you will be transferred to Coast City's gang. They need muscle. I will keep in touch if you need me any further." commented Shade Walker as he patted the man on the shoulder, and let the man walk out the door.

As Shade Walker went to address everyone the scratched, and bruised Captain East walked through the door with cuts, and scrapes mattering his dirty blonde hair covered in debris, and grime. The man had fought hard by his appearance and he sat down at the bar and grabbed a nearby water bottle from the racks behind the bar to gulp down to refresh himself not bothering to say much of anything to anyone.

@Jin Of Mana@Eviledd1984

"To make up for traitors, and vagabonds the king of our little faction has sent us two additional personnel. The boy here is fresh, and raw treat him like a new recruit, and show him the ropes. If he fails let him die if you wish. It is less issues for me to deal with. If he succeed then teach him, and train him. Make him valuable to the overall group. I'd rather a good man, than a dead corpse. And then we have a talented villain from out of Africa. As he has said himself his name is Zion he is more experienced and will be the muscle replacement for Skyfall. No need to baby him he will do the heavy lifting, and prevent the need for midnight to further become the target of the heroes. Corpses are bothersome but...inevitable. I would recommend you all introduce yourselves...if you need me I'll be in the bathroom." commented Shade Walker as he phased through the tables, and chairs and walked straight through the walls towards the bathroom as if he wasn't a physical entity at all. "You talk a lot...but Shade Walker is an experienced man. I would make sure not to anger him newbies....I'm East. You may know me as former Hero extraordinaire. Its all pointless now...all fucking pointless. I'm the....co-boss I guess? Just don't make me angry, and we'll be fine." commented the Ex-hero not even bothering to turn to face the group.

Verdrehte

The young man looked quite surprised seeing the rather small hole blown though the boy's head, Thankfully his mask was hiding his expression of horror on his mask. He was use to stealing and thief but not killing, But it seemed if he wanted to survive then he would have to get use to it. But still it would take sometime for him to get use to death, Rubbing his neck and following the others to wherever they were going. Looking and hearing the words Shade Walker was saying making him want to impress and keep him form having a hole though his head, Looking towards the one named East a smile on his face although again hidden.

"Well if we are introducing ourselves then my name is Verdrehte and well my quirk is i can contort my like so" He said demonstrate his powers, Leaning backwards and holding onto his legs with his head peeking though his legs. Lowering himself a bit and lifting his left leg over his head and his other leg underneath him which peeked out a little. "I can also squeeze my body though tight spaces which makes it easy for me steal" He said straightening himself up.

"So do we wait for our next missions? What do we do while we wait?" He asked East wondering if their was any books to read or toys to play with.

"We wait until tomorrow, maybe the next day. Cops aren't happy a lot of them got killed, or injured today. Some of them maimed. Heroes are dead, and the banks aren't safe. Going out soon is a stupid idea." Captain East stated as he drank the rest of his water before tossing it in the recycling. "We usually patch our wounds, or we prepare gear for whatever comes next. Point being kid that things just on cool down right now. You're new talk to your team. If they care to speak with you. And watch out for the blood." East stated further as he wiped his head with his dirty sleeve only to notice it hadn't helped at all and he smacked his head on the counter gently as to not break the thing in two.

Aya sat at the bar silently flinching as she heard Midnight's quick execution. Yeah she wasn't a fan of killing, but in this business it was hard to avoid. And as long as civilians weren't getting killed she felt better about the lives the dark tree extinguished. After all these were lives that were devoting themselves to a society that was deeply flawed and needed to change, and the Dark tree would get that change to happen.

She glanced over at Zion, not overly impressed with his enthusiastic view on murder. But his muscles were just like any other creatures, and if she ever needed to subdue the savage she'd do so happily. Though Skyfall was being replaced by this brute it's not like his display with a human shield was amazing. A civilian no less, Aya felt that Skyfall wasn't going to make it far in the Dark tree, not when he pulled stunts like that. She let out a sigh, perhaps she was being to harsh, maybe she should give Zion a read first. Judging a book by it's cover and all that.

She'd get up and move to a stool close to Zion looking up at the imposing figure. "Welcome Lord Zion. So you are to be some new muscle for this group? I'm one of the doctors, I have a feeling we may see a lot of one another." Aya's words had a hint of discomfort in them. She wasn't afraid about Zion or anything, but rather just the sight of watching a corpse be dragged off. "I just wish we could have met under... Better circumstances."

"Okay sounds good i can make some pleasant conversation in the meantime before our mission" He said smiling behind his mask, Looking around and spotting the other new recruit or so he thought. The one called Lord Zion that was speaking with a woman whom he did not know, Looking him and the woman over pondering on what their quirks were. It was obvious what the lions was but the woman's was something he was dying to figure out.

Walking over and siting on a stool sitting beside the woman as he didn't want to get too close to Zion, "So miss can i ask what your quirk is?" He asked trying to be friendly. His hand moving to chin supporting his head, His eyes wondering to the one named Zion. "And hello to you too Mister Zion" He said bowing his head a little before going back to his normal position.

Lord Zion

At first, the lion did not remove his eyes from the corpse. Occasionally shifting gaze from corpse, to Midnight, to the newly announced 'co-boss' named East. A visible look of grimace swiftly, faintly, washing over the lion's expression when hearing East proclaim being an Ex-hero. Never being a hero himself, Zion had a bit of 'distaste' in his mouth after hearing a 'post-hero' was to be their co-boss. Tilting head to the side, raising an eyebrow of curiosity simultaneously. Focus of the Lion now narrows onto the female voice heard, the Doc's. Toothy grin, or in Zion's case a fang riddled smile, stretched across his maw while responding to her words.

"Thanks for 'deh welcoming, Doc. I do agree with 'dah first t'ing yah said, about seein' a lot of eachuddah. (each other) As I feel 'dere shall be plenty of opportunities for you to patch me up. Not only am I 'dah muscle, but I shall try meh' best to shield what damage i can from the group. Especially 'dose I deem irreplaceable."

Heavily the Lion signs as this is about the time Verdrehte asks about the Doc's quirk. Along with calling himself 'Mister Zion'. Attention zeroing in on Verdrehte, trying to get a read on the young man. Yet utterly unable to due to Verdrehte wearing a mask. Something the Lion didn't particularly enjoy as, by Zion's perception, it could of ment Verdrehte was 'trying to hide something'. Not to mention Zion considers this, a moment in the sight of death, a 'crucial moment' to their meeting. Eyes darting back, and forth, between the two individuals talking to himself. Yet gaze seems to linger more so on the person he's talking to, or at.

"Although, I don't feel for 'deh second remark. As 'dere is no betteh' circumstance to meet 'den around death. For 'deh sight of 'deh reapeh (Reaper) brings out everyone's true colors. And I am no exception to 'dat philosophy..." Once again, a sigh is emitted, though this time it was obviously just because the Lion was catching his breath between speaking. This may have not been a 'long speech' for some, but it definitely was a lot of talking for the Lion. " Please. Young man. Don't call me 'dat. Mista Zion was my Poppa. Calling meh' Lord Zion, Lord, or simply Zion, will do just fine. Also, tell meh' your names, before I forget to ask."

After the Lion finished talking, attention returned to 'staring at nothing' or 'spacing out'. Though it was easily noticeable that the Lion still had attention devoted to the others. While they responded, or he simply sat there, Zion began stretching his muscles. Tilting head, left to right. Rolling shoulders in obvious 'stretch like' patterns. Even taking a moment to rotate his ankles and wrists. Extending and retracting his knees and elbows while listening. This factor made it painfully obvious that the Lion was an incredibly restless fellow. Especially after hearing what their current mission was, laying low. A matter that even caused the Lion to speak up, with a harsh tone at that.

"Mista co-boss... East, was it? Do yah mean to tell meh', the rowdiest Lion of 'deh pridelands. 'Dat I am to lay-low for a few days? Even aftah' meeting all these lovely faces and desperately desiring to see us in action?"

Zion even mockingly raised his paws and made a gesture of 'quotations' while speaking the words 'lay low'. Due to the Lion's track record and personality, which he no doubt figured East was fully aware of, the idea of 'laying low' was still a very new concept for him. Even after spending several years outside of his homeland, Africa. Although, again, as track record has no doubt proven. The lion, even if distastefully, will follow the orders given by Dark Tree. It's just expected, or natural, that Zion ask questions or make remarks. Whether those comments or questions were deemed smart, the Lion never seemed to care.

Aya decided to stash the wad of Yen Shade had given her. She placed it in her medical bag given she had no better place to store it at the moment. She didn't take her eyes off of Zion as to not be disrespectful, she was after all trying to make a good impression, though Zion would get to know her more harsh side later. Though he seemed like competent enough individual albeit a fairly straight forward one. It was then that some kid she didn't know yet walked over and... Just asked what her quirk was, not even a hello... "Wait a sec kid." she said in a fairly unimpressed tone she wasn't going to talk to him just yet given she was waiting for Zion to finish speaking.

Then Zion continued on, talking of how death made people's true colours reveal themselves. While she didn't believe that to be the case with everyone, she wouldn't deny that some individuals were indeed influenced by the loss of a life. She'd lightly tap the bar twice to get the attention of the recently returned bartender, simply nodding to him. He knew what her usual drink was. Zion then asked for her and the youngsters names, she then realized she'd not given Zion her name and felt rather hypocritical. "I'm Aya Fumiko, pleasure to meet you both." She said making sure to look at them both. Aya nodded to the bartender who'd just gotten her a drink before refocusing on Verdrehte. "As for my quirk. Putting it simply I am able to manipulate peoples muscles when I make skin contact. That answer your question?" Aya took a sip from her wildly coloured drink, it probably looked like some exotic cocktail when in reality it was just raspberry soft drink mixed with apple and pineapple juice.

The young villain was tapping his fingers against the bar table thinking about what Zion was saying, The whole finding out about someone's character when death is involved. This in itself was a bit frightening to him, He didn't want to seem weak or be killed because he did not have the guts to kill someone. "Well i don't mind getting my hands dirty Zion" He said smiling and feeling a bit thirsty Asking the bartender for some milk, Being given a carton and a glass for him to drink form. Checking the carton seeing it was fresh he poured himself a glass. Lifting his mask up letting his mouth only be revealed.

"Although i think sneaking, stealing and being chased by the heroes is alot more fun" He said for a moment putting his mask back over his mouth. Pouring some more milk for himself to drink. Listening to what her quirk was finding her to be suddenly fascinating to him, "Ah so we have a somewhat similar quirk, See i can contort my body and i can fit into tight space. And i can say myself that i'm also a exceptional escape artist" He said bragging a little smiling behind his mask once again.

"Oh and my name is Verdrehte" He said properly introducing himself, Not wanting to give out his full name just yet to these strangers. And he did not want to mention that he was a former hero, As he thought it would make them more suspicious of himself. Lifting his mask above his mouth to drink his milk, Looking around at the other villains and wondering how he should properly introduce himself to the others.

"Did you just not hear what I said? The police are out full force looking for fully armed back robbers who have killed, and or seriously injured big name heroes. Going out right now is suicidal. If you wanna cause a ruckus than go ahead, and see how you do against the big heroes out here. I won't be helping you because I'm not dumb enough to put myself up against the entire city." Captain East said dourly as he grabbed a bottle of wine and poured some into a glass as the bartender came back to assist him giving him a rag to wipe off the dirt. As the bartender brought out some bandages he proceeded to wrap some around the ex-hero. "You're from Afica right? I don't know you. Nor do you probably know me because I worked in the Asian area, and Americans for most of my life. But know this I was top ranking in my hero career, and I know my way around their methods. As the bad guys we want as little problems as possible. Let the heat cool down. Let other dumb villains take the brunt of the force. Then we will strike out when things are focused on others. Things won't calm down for a bit so you'll get your fight if you wait for it." East stated drinking down his alcohol briskly. "And you kid...you're in the wrong line of work. You're bright eyed, and ambitious...that makes you a greenie. This isn't suppose to be fun. This is business. We make money, we hurt people, and we do it because that's what we got to do. That karma kid? He's not too much different from you in terms of age. Remember this world is cut throat. Take this from the former great hero of Japan...the man of tomorrow...me..." Eat stated bitterly as if mocking himself.

"We are a partnership. Bound in trust. Trust that we, all, will see things to the end for the mutual good of us all. Close your eyes and look away if you must but I ask you hear the consequence of broken trust."

With Midnight's reassurance, Kyouran looked upon the execution with a passive emotionlessness, suddenly fascinated by the irony of the boy's chosen name, Karma. Though she did not flinch, her trap was shut tight, and if she had teeth to grind, she would have. Loosening shoulders that she didn't realize had tightened, she turned to the bar and asked for a beer, sullenly letting the ensuing conversation wash over her. When Shade Walker offered to have her inspect Karma's phone, she motioned that it was not necessary, and took the money. She wasn't going to let one betrayal weaken the trust she had for the rest of the organization. Nursing her drink, Kyouran heard Verdrehte's overly forward attitude and Lord Zion's confidence. We're replacing one 'Lord' with another 'Lord', Kyouran thought to herself flippantly. Orders for now were to lay low, having run with some pretty weak punks, Kyouran knew when to keep her head down when there was heat. Still, she'd like to get out, spend some of this cash, and take her mind off what had just happened. Technically, she never showed her face in public during the heist, having been wrapped in machinery for most of the time that she was outside the bank. But her past record and facial feature did make her stand out. She'd just have to find a shady place to celebrate where people didn't ask questions and the law was an afterthought.

Catching a lull in the conversation, she decided to introduce herself, Osameru Kyouran, but you can call me Dieselpunk when we're on the job. Like Mufasa here, I'm also muscle. I merge with machinery..." she said, tapping her metal jaw, "...so I'm tougher than he is, but I'm probably not as fast." Seeing a stray remote control laying on the bar, she grabbed it and tuned the TV hanging in the ceiling corner on to the news to catch any mention of their job. In particular, she wanted to see the humiliation of the heroes, and if there was a camera crew digging 'spider boy' out of a pile of garbage. Not her most dignified work, but it gave her a sense of satisfaction.

Lord Zion

@Stern Algorithm

Observing and listening. Creating mental notes of all the new allies names, and furthermore their quirks. Wondering if his own talent was in need of explanation. But honestly, Zion was far more the 'show rather than tell' type. Yet Zion's quirk was painstakingly obvious besides actual physical 'stats'. Lord Zion couldn't help from chuckling lightly at Captain East's response, or words. Partly due to the answer given to himself. Though mostly due to the words said to Verdrehte about being a 'new-blood' to the criminal scene. Slowly but surely Zion was getting use to the new 'style' of crime life in japan. Something extremely different to how Africa operates. Not only was the 'hero scene' far less developed within the areas Zion grew up in. Law enforcement within Africa didn't have nearly the grip which Japan's law enforcement does on quirks. Lord Zion knew the answer he was going to get from Captain East. Though honestly the lion just wanted to assure he had the orders right, along with test Captain East in an odd sort of way. Then attention narrowed onto Dieselpunk. Head turning to even face Dieselpunk while audibly huffing before speaking, displaying outright annoyance.

"'Dis be yah one and only warnin', Dieselpunk. Don't call meh that again. Call me Zion. If using 'deh term Lord doesn't feel right.

The lion seemed to take an odd offense to the name 'Mufasa'. Though only looked annoyed, rather than exerting any look of absolute anger. Raising an arm up. One finger of his hand, well it looked far more like a paw, raised. The lion asked the bartender, or whoever was serving drinks for an 'ice cold water'. Lord Zion didn't look back to the bar to even see if anyone was actively serving drinks. Far more focused on the other teammates he's trying to learn about. Along with still looking at the one who called him Mufasa. Even thinking over mentally what else was said by Dieselpunk. Lord Zion spoke yet again.

"Also, don't t'ink just because i'm a big-cat that I am extremely quick on my feet. I may lack speed and grace, but I most certainly make up for it with meh ability to take hits and dish 'dem out. Not to mention, I have a decent roar if needed to be used. 'Dough (though) one shouldn't expect meh to talk much aftah i use my roar. As it puts a massive strain on my vocal cords."

Figuring that was far more details than they needed for his quirk, Lord Zion went silent again. Still staring at Dieselpunk. Golden-eyed gaze occasionally drifting to other members of this team. Yet always coming back to Dieselpunk until response over this 'Mufasa' matter was handled. Seems something just 'got under his fur' when not being called by the proper name. Maybe it was simply a pet peeve?

So the kid was a sort of super contortionist, an interesting skill indeed. Though he seemed to be very proud of himself and his abilities to escape, again another skill that was useful in this line of work. If Aya was to be honest she felt a little under-qualified for some of the missions she went on, being limited to skin contact for her quirk to work meant she was at a huge disadvantage whenever she encountered any form of swat or police. Yes she might be able to put down hulking bruisers, but that also meant she needed to get close to them, which is sadly playing right into their hands. Of coarse she knew her medical expertise was indeed an asset it's not like she can just magically do her work instantly. Jesus, a new kid was making her question herself. Aya must have been more messed up from the execution than she originally thought.

"Verdrehte huh? You don't mind if I call you Verd do you? I'm a little curious as to why you decided to join us. If that questions a little too personal then you don't need to say anything, just remember that this place works on trust. And you just saw what happens when that trust is broken." Ana was just looking for something to talk about. They did need to lay low for a few days and as much as she loved watching the news in a noisy bar, she felt it'd be good to get to know the newbie better. Aya had heard of Zion before so he was less of a mystery.
