Lanestol snappee back to reality as Marcus took a place next to him and asked about his necklace. He started to realize he might have become too fascinated with it to the point of navel-gazing.

"Oh, yes. I was going to sell it for supplies if we had more time on Vlana. I've only ever been told it's an heirloom. In which case, people may see it and know it. That aside, everything else is necessary for us. Though, I can't help but wonder what's trying to stop me from parting with it...like it feels dangerous to let it go."

His thoughts were cut short by their landing and instructions to disembark.

"Well, if it gets too bad, hopefully, I can trust the rest of you will help me. I will have to, in any case. And I do." He stood up to exit the shuttle and walk to the planet's surface, looking for a good place to leave his trinket.

Marcus listened with a slight smirk as the doctor carefully explained why he was staring at the necklace. He murmured a response but the conversation was over as the shuttle had finally made it's landing. Marcus was one of the first people as it shuttered to a stop.

The male clamored out at the first opportunity, quite clumsily too. He took a deep breath once he was out of the way of entrance of the shuttle. Looking over the horizon of the planet, it was beautiful to him. Marcus patted his pockets for some kind of keepsake. He had his revolver, but Marcus had already decided he was dying with that gun in hand. He had his device, CR3-DL, though it was not nearly as useful now, Marcus couldn't bear leaving this behind either. It was only after deep digging in his pockets did he find an item that he had most of his time growing up.

Marcus wandered a bit away from the shuttle, examining the empty casing of a bullet in his fingers. It brought up a lot of memories, a lot of which Marcus looked back at fondly despite most of them being crimes. But, still, a part of him thought it would be better leave those behind.

Now resolved on what he was leaving behind, Marcus looked up and continued forward for a suitable resting place for the bullet casing.

Orky stood in awe while Meili changed sizes. Needless to saw he was dumbfounded by the powers of the pixies.

"Man I wish I could do that, it seems pretty cool. All I can do is clean up barf and hit things," Orky let's out a little chuckle at the end of saying it. The shuttle begins to take off as he started to sit next down to the sisters. Along the ride there a few bumps and shakes with Gorchek giving his distaste on it. It took a minute or too for them to each the ground but when Orky heard the thud and the shuttle open he knew it was time to go.

He started to walk around, taking in the scenery. He went over to Gorcheck to ask him a question.

"So Gorchek where exactly do we go to leave are things for the tradition," Orky asked while holding the talisman in his hand.

She unhooks her belt and steps outside after everyone else, still standing by the door she studies the land in front of her curious about it but not as excited as her sister is. She places her hands in her poxkets, as she wanders away from the ship wondering if it's okay not to leave something. When they had joined the ship's crew, she had packed only what she believed she would need not wanting to clutter up their sleeping quarters, shurgging she supposes leaving some pixie dust could work to it could just floating around the star with the gases.

Artemis

She jumps off the ship taking off away from everyone, smiling she glances behind her at everyone doing their own thing and kneels down running her hand over the ground; standing up she claps her hands together to get the dirt off content to just walk around exploring this new place, at least new to her.

Lanestol took a few moments to look around. At the surface, it only seemed there was dust along the ground - nothing as far as any life. Figured as much; if the captain had to warn about lack of air outside their temporary bubble, there was no oxygen to sustain anything that could grow or live, also lacking water and proportionate solar radiation. Their dome seemed a sufficient bright spot that lit up the ground's gray earth. He wandered around for a few moments before he figured all he would see aside from their destination was endless barren wasteland.

He returned to the captain, who the group was starting to reform around. He fell into the center, following the captain's lead with his staff at the ready if any surprises came up. Surprises usually preceded panic, which begat injury. He was strategically positioned in the group to help out any one person who fell.

"So, what are we looking for when we're seeking out this altar of tribute?" he asked the captain. "Are we looking for a marker of any sort or will there just be a pile of trinkets already placed there?"

The shuttle whistles loudly as it lands and the door falls open, kicking up dust which floats a little longer than normal in the slightly lower gravity than the crew of the Stone-Turner would be accustomed to. As everybody gets off and examines their surroundings Virum stays near Gorchek, just turning in a circle and taking everything in. When everybody has gotten their bearings and returns to Gorchek's side he begins to lead the group in a line, the ship floating casually above.

He responds to each question in turn, very patiently and politely, despite likely having answered the exact same questions dozens of times before. Nobody knows exactly how old Gorchek is, but he's been on the Stone-Turner even longer than Captain Brovik and he's got more than his share of wisdom to bestow.

"Don't worry, Orky, you'll know it when you see it!" he exclaims before giving a more clear answer to Lanestol's question. "We'll come over a large hill and at the bottom you will find a field covered in trinkets and other items as far as the eye can see!" He cocks his head, "There are also quite a few dead bodies. I think it's wrong of people to be laid to rest here, but it's also wrong to disturb the dead!" He throws a few arms up, "Ugh! Rocks and hard places folks! That's all there are on Trozzk!"

As Gorchek explained, we do indeed come to a large hill. We are at the top, however, and only have to worry about the descent. As we come to the crest we look on in full few of a valley lit immaculately by the sun, the hoards of small metal items littering the valley glitter in the sun like snow and, as Gorchek said, there are a few bodies laying around. They are not victims of violence perpetrated here, some people have simply requested to end their journey at the same place it began.

Virum is taking in the sight and steps forward, wide eyed and open mouthed. He eventually trips over a rock and begins tumbling down the hill. Everyone sees him and hears him grunting, but Gorchek just sighs.

"Don't worry folks, he'll still be within Range of the atmosphere but uh... Lanestol, you might need to check on him."

"I think if one is going to be laid to rest here, they ought to be properly laid to rest. In a hole. Erosion is barely a thing here, if ever, so it would likely only have to be deep enough to cover them, though a normal-size grave would basically do it forever. I just wish they would have thought about that before dumping off their dead out in the open. They know people come here."

Lanestol was caught off-guard as Virium tripped and tumbled down the hill. By their guide's direction, he headed downhill as fast as was safe for him as he didn't want to become a second casualty on this excursion in such a short time. He kept one hand near the ground and leaned back as he made his way down so if he fell, he fell backward and could control his descent. He caught up several seconds after Virum stopped tumbling and came to rest past the base of the hill, a few feet from where the masses of trinkets began and, thankfully, still far enough away from the nearest body in the pile.

He knelt down to examine his cohort's injuries first. He took precaution to start healing him in case he was still alive. He thought he could sense a pulse at least, so he got straight to work. He could feel as various parts Virum broke on the way down mended quickly, as though the months otherwise required to heal sped up into within minutes. Broken ribs, collarbone fracture, wrist fracture, torn ACL...he had to work one injury at a time, though it wouldn't take more than a few minutes as he channeled his healing touch through his staff. He started work on the ribs first so they wouldn't pose a breathing issue.

"Can you still speak, Virum? Answer if you can respond."

"Whatever you say Gorchek, whatever you say," Orky said still not completely understand where they have to put there trinkets. Orky proceeds to follow the group when they reach a hill. He looked over the valley and thought it was a place of beautiful sadness. The gazing was cut short by Virum tumbling down the hill.

Orky then remembered that falling down hills was a Orcish past time, so he decided to go down like Virum, face first. As Orky was tumbling down the hill happy memories of his childhood came back to him. He didnt even notice he dislocated a shoulder on the way down he was so full of glee.

When he had reached the bottom Orky was giggling to himself because of his memories. After he giggled for he got up and dusted himself off. He finally noticed he had dislocated. Orky couldn't relocate his shoulder by himself with out a solid wall so he called up to the group for some help.

"Hey can one of you come down here to help me relocate my shoulder. I would ask the doctor but he seems pretty busy with Virum."

She jumps as Virum rolls down the hill and just blinks watching him continue to move, finding it fascinating he doesn't seem to be stopping any time soon. Looking up towards Gorchek, as he says Virum will still be in the barrier but probably needs the Medic; she hands even thought about the barrier what Virum was rolling and frowns not liking that she forgot something so important.

She slowly walks behind the other glancing down at the bodies and wondering about their life stories and the strange custom of being brought here, on her planet the decreased are burned and scattered to the winds to help life grow. She stops feeling the wind blow dirt across her face and just knows her hair is going to be covered in it too, kneeling down she sprinkles some of her dust into the dirt and smiles watching the color shift from silver to red matching itseld to the dirt. Standing up she walks back towards Gorchek content to get back on the ship.

Artemis

"Orky!?" She couldn't believe that after Virum went tumbling down the hill that someone else would follow him, looking at the others she sighs sliding down to help Lanestol mend to the two of them now. Her necklace bouncing against her chest as she tries to control her speed down the hill, pausing as she sees a sparkle in the wind she looks behind her spotting her sister shifting dust into the dirt. She smiles turning away finally making it down to Orky, placing her hands on her hips amazed that he just laughing away after having just tumbled hard down the hill, "I don't even know what to say" chuckling herself as his laughs contagious. "So how do I relocate your shoulder?" Being a mechanic she can fix any engine thrown in front of her, but put a person in front of her asking for help and she helpless herself.

Marcus noticed that the group was being called back together to Gorchek. Marcus trails a bit behind them, more interesting in getting outand exploring a bit instead of talking. Finally they reach the peak of the hill, looking over valley sprinkled with trinkets and other things. Marcus made his way to the front, crouching on the edge to look over it all. He was caught off-guard when Virum went tumbling down, Marcus couldn't help but laugh at his fall.

After a couple people followed him down to help out, Marcus shrugged and decided to follow down. He was able to descend fairly quickly, moving dexterously down the side of the hill. Marcus dusted himself off as he regained his composure. Marcus didn't stop for the orc, who looked as if he was already being taken care of by Artemis.

"Guess now we find a place to leave our trinkets huh?" He said as the passed by the medic and Virum. He paused to look voer the medic's shoulder, who was already hard at work. "You good champ?" He asked Virum with a small chuckle.

Orky laughing died down when Artemis came and offered to help him.

"Well it's not to hard of a job to do, all you have to do is grab the arm and hand of the dislocated arm, with a firm grasp, then pull slowly until you hear the pop." Orky couldn't help but think how many times he had dislocated his shoulder, enough for him to lose count. He remembers his mother always used to help him relocate his arm after a nasty fall. Also the Shaman would wrap his arm up, but now Orky doesn't need that hes done it to much he doesn't care about healing anymore.

"Oh also Artemis thanks by the way, it's real sweet of you to help me out. I know I dont really talk to anybody that much but it warms me to know your willing to help even if you dont know me that well."

Gorchek lays flat on the ground and scuttles down the hill in a grotesque fashion that would once again be off-putting to anybody who didn't know him. All of his legs scuttling at once allow him to move incredibly fast and he manages to reach the bottom of the hill in half the time it took Virum to fall down. With Lanestol at work healing him and Orky getting his arm fixed up by Artemis Gorchek decides to take to the front of the group again.

"As you can all see this is the sea of trinkets. You can leave anything you want anywhere you want, but out of respect I simply ask that you don't take anything! No matter how cool or shiny it may be!" He looks at Orky sternly when he says the last part. "When you're finished you'll have to wait until we head back together, Atmosphere and what not."

Virum is unconscious for a moment but when the staff begins to mend his bones he wakes up and yells "Woah! This hurts I thought this was supposed to be a low gravity planet, Gorchek!"

Gorchek shrugs, "Low gravity doesn't mean NO gravity. Did you think you could fly or something, kiddo?"

"Maybe." Says Virum. When Marcus looks over at him to ask if he's okay he stops gritting his teeth long enough to say "Not yet but doc's got me."

Eventually Gorchek gets called via a walkie-talkie type device which is comprised of several gears, an antenna, and a small speaker. He holds it up and some mumbling can be heard from the other side. He looks out over the crowd and then says, "Alright, got it." He hangs it back off of his belt and located the pixies.

He approaches them and speaks quietly so that the others won't hear and be distracted. "Artemis, you're gonna need to make this quick. There is a problem on the Stone-Turner. Jibb needs you right away, she's sending another shuttle down to pick you up."

Artemis

Her face pales at the thought of his shoulder popping, she doesn't care about getting covered in grease or dirt but the thought of that popping sound. She takes a breath and grabs a hold of his shoulder telling herself to imagine it's just a piston she putting in place. "Okay on the count of three," holding her breath she pulls on his shoulder until there a pop instantly letting go "Ewwww..that noise". She looks up at Orky smiling "Don't worry about it, we are a crew and need to take care of each other."

Dusting herself off she looks up at Gorchek moves towards them speaking quietly about Jibbs needing her. "Got it Sir" she checks on Orky again to make sure everything is good before walking back up the hill and hoping into the shuttle.

Orky feels a sintch of pain in his shoulder when it popped back into place. He then laughs at Artemis' remarks about the popping. "Man Artemis you sure do crack me up, but if you that pale from popping a shoulder back into place I'd hate to see what you look like in a village raid." Orky then rolls his now relocated shoulder."Ahh good as new."

Orky then directs his attention to Gorchek who starts talking. He then feels a the hairs on his back stand up as Gorchek stares at him about the remarks about cool and shiny. Truth be told Orky loves cool and whiney things, he has a collection of trinkets in his cabin that have caught his eye. He then notices Gorchek go over to Artemis and whisper something to her, he notices she is starting to leave. So he gives her a slap on the back before she goes."Thanks again Artemis for the help with the shoulder, I'll make sure to call you again if it happens. Also do you mind me calling ya Arty?"

Orky looks over at Gorchek and makes a terrible joke he thought of a while back in his cabin, "Say Gor, you really must be the some arm wrestling opp-p-o," Orky cant help but laugh hysterically at his own joke before even finishing it.

Lanestol seemed visibly relieved and loosened up tension once he saw Virum was at least alive. His healing appeared to work as his mending pained Virum, though not as much as it would have pained his bolder, short-sighted cohort to have lain around for months on end while the Stone-Turner crew went out adventuring. It took about 15 minutes before Virum was put back together as he was before, though he would still ache for a while longer where his injuries were.

"I would advise against attempting to take advantage of the planet's lower gravity like that again," the doctor noted. "Those injuries you sustained will still be tender for a day or so. Your body will have to pick up the final stretch before you're back to your former state." He reached out his hand to pull his shipmate back to his feet, satisfied he was revitalized enough to at least stand and walk the rest of their trip. He had also caught sight of Orky intentionally tumbling down the hill and dislocating his shoulder, though seemed glad he didn't have to step away from his more critical patient.

If this is the pace we're setting for our adventure, running the medical bay is going to be SO much fun...

With no further need for his services for the time being, he stood about a foot from the edge of the pile of trinkets. Clutching his own in his hand and finally deciding the gut feeling was his fear holding him back, he placed his necklace down at the outermost layer in the pile. As his hand separated from it and he stepped back, he felt a shiver run through him, though he shook it off as the initial recoil of the aforementioned fear. He left it in its place and receded to allow others to place their contributions.

Marcus watches the medic's practiced hands fixing Virum for a moment before losing interest. He snorted at Virum's comment to Gorchek, he spun on his heel to find an adequate spot for his own trinket. Wondering a bit further off from the rest, Marcus surveyed the various trinkets and stepped over any dead bodies that happened upon his path. Marcus stopped near the edge of where the atmosphere fromt he ship ended.

He crouched down and fished out the bullet casing, peering at it between his fingers briefly. It glinted in the sunlight as he turned it over, and Marcus felt a twinge of something genuine for a split second. Marcus nestled the bullet in the dirt and decided to look over the other trinkets left behind. He wondered if anything would be valuable enough to trade off.

Marcus kicked around in the dust for a bit until he spotted something golden glinting underneath a pile of dirt. Marcus swept it up, examining it further. It was a rather fancy pocket watch, intricate engravings along it's golden edges. He knew he probably shouldn't take it, especially after Gorchek had specifically warned everyone not to. But, hey, old habits die hard. At least that's what Marcus thought to himself as he stuffed the watch into his jacket's inside pocket, only after making sure no one was paying attention to the young man.

Satisfied with his contribution, Marcus decided he had enough of all the dust and dirt and rejoined the others at the foot of the hill to wait for everyone finished with their own offerings.

As Artemis returns to the ship she finds several people rushing around frantically with Jibb waiting for her at the door leading to the long stairway below deck.

"Come on! Hurry up!" she calls as she rushes downward. "The drinnium evaporator is breaking down, if we don't fix it we're all going to lose oxygen!" Jibb wastes no time explaining the urgency of the situation. She waddles down the hallway and pushes open a thick wooden door with bronze reinforcements on it. Inside is a large furnace similar to a forge but with pipes and valves above it leading outside. Jibb grabs hold of a big gear and holds it above her head. "I need you to fly up there with this and see whats broke! Tell me what else you need and I'll grab it but I can't get up there!"
--

Now feeling better, Virum is taking strides over the large fields of items. He abuses the low gravity, allowing for slightly longer jumps than normal, and keeps his dagger in his hand pointed downward to avoid any potential stabbings. Eventually he finds a spot with a decaying crown and an old warriors helmet. He imagines a multitude of stories for what could have brought these things here and why they would have been left behind, and decides to add his dagger to the collection. He kneels down and sticks it in the dirt, handle up.

When Virum returns and whenever Orky finishes his business the line re-forms and Gorchek addresses us.

"Alright everyone! I hope this has been a meaningful experience for you! We're gonna need to go ahead and make our way back to the shuttle now!" He seems a little uncomfortable, like he has been eagerly awaiting a return to the Stone-Turner.

She laughs watching her sister pale at the thought of popping a shoulder into place, turning as her sister figures out how to fix a dislocated shoulder she moves around staring at the items that others have left around the ground wondering about the history and why they chose these certain items to leave behind. She grows bored soon and turns off walking back towards Gorchek, stopping at his side she holds her hands behind her back just waiting on the others to finish whatever they are doing so they can return back to the ship; glancing around she frowns wondering where her sister could have ran off too *Did she catch a shuttle back already?*; perking up as Gorchek starts telling everyone they need to start heading back to the ship "Excellent"

Artemis

She pulls her hair up into a tight bun as she walks onto the ship and following Jibbs towards the large furnace listening over what the problem is. "Got it Ma'am" she shifts forms grabbing the gear, her dust falling to the ground as she flies through the tight spots up to the drinnium evaporator. Smirking she touches down on another gear shoving the one handed to her where it should be, grunting she pushes hard and pants watching it lock back into place; flying down to Jibbs landing on her shoulder "I need another belt and some oil...the shits rusted as hell up in there"

Orky walks away from Artemis and Gorchek to go place his talisman somewhere. He walks for a bit looking upon the graves and the trinkets by them, until he stumbles upon a grave with an orcish helmet upon it. Curious to talk a look Orky gets closer. He decides to inspect the and goes to touch it. When he makes contact with the helmet a sudden range of emotions come upon him like a surprise attack. He realizes this is something the shaman of his village told him once. That if an item is used enough it can contain some of the emotions of the user. Orky then takes some time to feel the emotions coming to him.

"Happiness, Anger, Confusion and Pain so much Pain," Orky then sighs and lets go of the helmet. He speaks in an old Orc poem in ancient Orish, which roughly translates to "The Tides of War have groomed you and brought you to this fate/Pain is all you felt and it was all that was left/May you rest now brave warrior and the afterlife treat you well." Orky then sets his talisman down next to the helmet then makes his way back to form in a line with his head hung low.

Marcus had been waiting a while by Gorchek's side while everyone else finished up their business. He had been chucking dirt rocks against the steep hill, amusing himself to the rocks break apart when he threw it hard enough. He climbed to his feet once Orky had strayed back to the group and Gorchek proceeded to advise everyone to make their way back to the shuttle.

"Oh good, just when I was getting bored of all this dirt." Marcus chuckled to himself, dusting off his dirtied clothes. Marcus was oblivious to the growing anxiety of Gorchek, instead more distracted by the obvious distraught Orc. "You good, big guy?" He said while giving a light slap to Orky's thick arm. He did not wait long for a reply, instead more eager to get back on the Stone-Turner.
