Lanestol observed others as they placed their items among the vast piles. He did not notice one of his comrades disobeying their guide's orders as he was more intrigued with Orky noticing an item from among a fallen of his race. He sensed the artifact's remnant energy, as though a piece of its former owner's soul lingered upon the helmet. He could not pick up exactly what, though, and let the orc have his moment to lay the fallen warrior to rest.

He snapped back to reality. He hadn't been able to pick up on that before. He was strictly a medical professional, able to tell live from dead about as well as the next doctor. He seemed to hear voices calling from the treasures and trinkets strewn out and piled high before them. Voices of fallen, of those lost adrift in space and in unknown reaches of planets. They started to sound like they were talking over one another, and only grew louder as he continued to linger at the site.

Fortunately enough, Gorchek ordered them all back. Just as well, for he needed to find a place to quell these new voices he couldn't pick up on before. He filed in to board a shuttle back to the Stone-Turner, trying not to panic or let the adrenaline rush show in a cold sweat or tense sensation, though his eyes seemed betrayed his uncertain fear nonetheless. Who were these voices? How did they speak to him now? He tried to drown them out to avoid answering those questions.

Jibb rushes back and forth bringing Artemis her required components. Once she has delivered them she rushes around to the other side of the massive furnace and reads a few gauges before turning a loud, squeaky wheel that causes steam to burst out of an open valve briefly. The fire in the furnace sparks up high as the steam vents out and then dies back down to its normal size.
"Artemis you need to hurry!" she calls out, "We only have two... maybe three minutes left. The shuttle isn't going to reach them in time!" She is holding the valve tightly, keeping it from spinning back to it's original position with great effort.

--
Down on the surface the group has begun to move back toward the landing site. We have to scale the hill and return to the top, the valley is too dangerous for the shuttle to openly land in due to the possible effects some of the artifacts might have on the Drinnium engines. The Stone-Turner itself is also floating just above the hill, the shuttle will take us directly back up to the ship. Once we hit the base of the hill Gorchek drops down onto his prone position and scuttles up with extreme speed before hitting the top and calling for the shuttle to be deployed.

On the way up the hill Virum approaches Lanestol. The people of Lyduros have far greater mental capacity than those of a human and often make deductions or learn new skills entirely subconsciously. One such skill that he had learned from Lanestol was how to read people and determine when something was wrong, even if he could not diagnose what was wrong. The doctor looked as though something troubled him and Virum couldn't help but take notice. He approaches and speaks semi-quietly so as not to arouse suspicion in the other members of the party.

"Are you okay, doctor? You look like you need to go see... Yourself, I suppose." Virum wasn't sure who to refer the only doctor on the ship to for a medical check up.

The shuttle begins its descent just as the group is reaching the top of the hill and about two minutes later it reaches the bottom.

Artemis

She hauls up the items handed to her, moving from belt to belt replacing them and grunting as she pushes more gears into place that popped out. "All gears are in place...it should start working again". She heads down grabbing up the oil, tiny sweat droplets running down her face and rushes back up pouring some over a rusted gear watching it soon as she shields her eyes with her hands to keep the oil off her face; moving on to the next gear repeating the process, making sure each one is greased up nicely before flying back down and panting returns back to her normal size walking over to the gauges "How are the levels looking Ma'am?"

Meili

She follows after Gorchek to the top and glances down watching the others making their way up the hill; turning away she looks up at the Stone-Turner ready to be on the ship and away from all the dirt and dust floating on the wind. She sits down cross legged closing her eyes waiting on the shuttle to arrive "How much longer Gorchek?"

Virum's approach slowly started to make its way amid the drone of voices until his broke the chorus behind them. Lanestol came back to what felt familiar and real again. He turned to the companion he just healed after they made their way downhill when he was asked if he was alright. Of anyone who could have asked, it had to be the fastest learner of the crew.

"I might just be hearing things is all. I'll be fine." He continued uphill, focusing on how Virum was handling the walk back uphill. "Probably should make sure you're still together once we get back to the ship. I hope I did a good enough job, though I also like to check up on patients when I have to do off-ship operations." He tried shifting the topic so he didn't remain in a state of terror from what he thought he just experienced. He wasn't lying. He just needed to think about anything else.

It was on the shuttle when Orky heard something. It was almost as if something said thank you in orcish. Orky was baffled for a bit then looked back down to the all the trinkets and realized it was the soul of the Orc that had thanked him for passing on. On the way up Orky remembered he hasn't gotten his daily exercises yet. So he stepped to the side and did some light stretches, then he bolted to the shuttle. He was kicked up dust on the way to the shuttle apologizing to everyone. He caught up to Gorchek while he was scurrying up to the top. He almost beat him but Gorchek is very efficient with his many legs/arms. When Orky reached the top behind Gorchek he said to him while panting a little, "You gave me a run for my money Gor." Orky wiped off some of the sweat off his face then sat down on a rock to take a breather.

Marcus strayed a bit behind the crew, taking his time as they made their way back up. He did stop to watch in fascination once Gorchek scuttled up the hill shockingly fast, as well as the orc who trailed after him. He would hate to have either of those two angry at him. Once Marcus reaches the top of the hill with the others, he takes a seat next to one of the sisters, he was pretty sure her name was Meili. Marcus was a bit impatient for getting back on board the ship, growing tired of all the dust and rocks. He glanced at the slim girl besides him, "Hey, where's your other half?" He asked with a tilt of his head, referring to Artemis.
