@Theodorable If a market is open, can anyone sell there?

I would like to know the details behind the dice rolling before I'll express any intent to pursue this. My usual stance is there should be enough info I could roll the dice myself to see how it all works. It's currently completely unknown how the IPO application turns into what's visible in the character tab.

I'm curious to know about how synergize works. Can you do it for any two of your industries? For example, I try and synergized cyber security and AI. If successful, would a new product be made? Taking it a step further, if I wanted to combine that product with robotics I would need to synergize again correct?

(Edit) Also, do we get a bonus on rolls for posting IC?

(Edit 2) Can you increase demand for one action and sell product for the 2nd action in the same turn with the increase of demand already there?
