@Altered Tundra Cut the wording by over 50% and polished it. Take a look and tell me how it is?
Basically my character's greatest strength and weakness comes from knowledge. Her own false memory/knowledge has stunted her from learning about expressing one's emotions leading to unhealthy/oddball ways of showing it. From her past believing emotion caused the tragedy and giving her a realistic set of hang ups/behaviors (that adopted children have) to go alone with her. The digimon partner (almost symbolically connected by the birds she had as 'friends' growing up.) as emotional intelligence that will hopefully warm her up and make her more social and behave less odd, that's going to help her through it. And to a lesser extent, my bird's dim-wittedness and timidness will be lifted up by its tamers vast amount of knowledge and stubborn determination.
Perfect counters/friends for one another, if I do say so myself.
