Jokes aside, here's the thing.

I'm just thinking of making one of dem Warship girls RPs, where Warships are depicted as anthropomorphic girls. No complex backstory. I just do. Plus I haven't seen one around, not counting Arpeggio RPs.

Now, I can't do Kancolle. Don't want to act out-of-character with them. If you're willing to make one, more power to you. I can do Azur Lane, a bit more confident in the characterizations.

So basically, the choices I present are an outright Azur Lane RP which mixes preexisting characters with new ones, or an all-original Warship girl RP which has characters we can customize freely. Make your own Laffey, make your own Sea Dragon, make your own Queen Elizabeth Class Battleship Warspite.

I am looking for 3 to 5 Roleplayers, not including myself, so that's 4 to 6 roleplayers.

Considering I have a shipgirl RP in development hell right now, this is very tempting. I don't know a ton about Azur Lane (outside character designs and music) when compared to Kancolle, however.

That, in all honesty, remains to be seen. I'm probably not going to follow Historical events, for a start, and make some new ones for a new age instead. The World Wars are a part of the ship girl's memories.

I'm willing to give another shipgirl RP a shot, as long as it doesn't sink as fast & hard as the last one I tried to be a part of.

Prefer original stuff, myself, but it'd be nice if there was some kind of plot hook to get attached to first. I don't really do well with sandbox stuff.

I think the latter would be a better option. Kind of redundant to have a ton of commanders.
