@Todd Howard I like the concept. Not one you see often, so points for originality. (Though it will make the after-story bits a bit of a headache.) Two minor points- First being the character art- it's a bit too cartoony, [plus it appears to be a fanart from that terrible attempt at a Lorax movie?] so I don't feel it's a fair representation of the character, ya feel? Also, I get having to fill in the Techniques for Bancho Lillymon, (Also, awesome choice) but, at the same time, I'd rather you fill in the defaults before adding a custom. I get having Rosethorn Yoyo there, but I get the feeling "Absolute Territory" is supposed to be the Yoyo attack. Don't ask why, I just get the visual of using the full length of the yoyo to prevent enemy approach. If you need help for Twin Petal and Nightmare Assemble, I can throw my hat into the ring.

I'm glad you like it, though if it brings in any sort of actual problem I can go for something different. I don't want to hinder you guys to have a gaudy movie star on the roster if it'd be easier to have more of a simpleton that isn't as well-known.

What the fuck is a Lorax
I had been searching for something overly gaudy and honestly it had been the best I could come up with. I will edit it to just text, I should've just not been lazy to begin with.

Thank you.
I'll use my head and put them together. I should've done this, I had just decided to admittedly wing it and I understand your request. I'll work on the CS as a whole and see what you think afterwards.
@Todd Howard I think Absolute Territory is supposed to be a kind of area denial attack, rather than something that wraps up the opponent; something that pushes back the opponent or hits everything in a certain range to create space around Bancho Lilimon. Or at least that's what I'd do for it. Something like flailing the yoyo around herself fast enough that it creates a kind of cage of vines?

I kinda like the cage idea. Weaving it around the section of the battlefield she's in. Gonna edit again.
@King Cosmos Yeah, that's what I was thinking, but didn't know how to articulate it. AT field you say? Now isn't that interesting. I didn't know that about it. (Actually makes Evangelion more thematically consistent if that's the case, but kind of ruins the surprise.)

I think the exact translation for AT Field is something like "holy area which cannot be intruded upon", which is where the term Zettai Ryoiki came from which is kind of hilarious to me.
I could try to explain what the AT Field is exactly, from my understanding, unless that would be a spoiler for you?
@King Cosmos Oh, I've seen Evangelion. I know what it is. I just found the thigh pun rather interesting, given the way Evangelion units work/what they are.
@tobiax yeah it's basically an otaku culture in-joke that spread to the wider community, to the point that it's an actual term used in fashion for that style. The area of exposed thigh is the "holy area that shall not be intruded upon"; such a weird origin for a fairly well known phrase.
Hopefully this'll work better. Did a slight edit again compared to the one above (Which I got rid of) but it's still just the mega techniques and appearance that have seen any editing, aside from a grammar mistake I noticed.
Name: Perdy Babea
Age: 20
Crest: Reliability
Appearance: Perdy takes pride in his natural beauty; Smooth skin and fair complexion, with a lanky body that keeps him at a decent height. He keeps good posture, standing straight and tries to keep himself looking professional whenever possible.
Perdy has a tendency to wear suits, vests, and more expensive dressclothes. He tries to never be seen in public without his trustworthy shades, hiding his yellow eyes behind them; Considering such beauties to only be worth the theater screen itself. His favorite clothing consists of a white tucked in dress shirt with a popped collar under a purple linen suit, with a pair of brown dress shoes. He tops himself off with a white panama atop his short, slicked back hair.
Bio: From a young age, Perdy was fated for stardom: He starred in his first child role at the age of 8 in 'Little Perrimoore', and from there he was lead down a road of success and fame in a multitude of films that mostly were comedic action movies or romances as he got older. He built a fine career despite his youth, though all the love ended up toxicating his youthful mind.
He loved the attention; Being a favorite among movie-goers, being praised. It had been a natural part of his life, and whenever it waned, it left a sort of... Itch. He needed it back and so he'd do whatever it took to pull people in before his next movie: Charity events, assisting in disasters even if he wasn't exactly the most physically capable, all to get the media on him. While he did work, he made sure to take time for pictures, small interviews, whatever the cameras wanted: Publicity was what he craved, and it's what he received for his actions, so it kept revolving in a cycle.
Admittedly, however, Perdy's life wasn't perfect in every aspect. Mostly in the emotional department.
He was annoyed, to a very large extent, by the presentation of most women his age: Wanting to marry him or 'get together' for the publicity was crossing the line for Perdy; If he got something, he would earn it through his acting or efforts elsewhere. He wouldn't use cheap tricks out of a sense of pride but also dignity. If they wanted to mooch off his popularity, he wasn't interested. And if they thought he wanted to mooch of theirs? No, he wanted fans on him. That was detrimental.
One thing was certain; The young man liked carving his own path, not being run down it by people who think they could order his life around. His decisions were his, not anyone elses. Nobody was talking him out of an idea once he had it if it had big benefits for him, and nobody was stopping him from following through with it. He wasn't exactly a brat, but he could get aggressive when questioned too much involving his motives: Though he is much more akin to sass than actual aggressive shouting.
