I have a question about the weapons;

Most of them seem like crap. Is this going to be like the first KH game where we start out with a crap weapon and then get something that not only is better, but looks cooler (ie Wooden Sword to Kingdom Key)?

This will be more like Dungeons and Dragons, where you start out with nothing and work your way up. The idea is to have a sense of progression. You find that your current weapon isn't cutting it anymore so you look for a way to upgrade it... or just simply toss it in favor of an outright better one. Speaking of which, it's probably best not to be too attached to the gear you start with. Just a... suggestion.

What I'm trying to avoid is falling into the trap of everyone having just one preferred weapon and that one weapon always somehow be all they ever need. That line of thinking is not only illogical, but completely defeats the point of an RPG, where selling off old crap to buy/synthesize shiny new things is the best and often times only way to ensure you don't get killed in the next boss battle.

One last thing I forgot to mention (and I apologize for forgetting this) is that if you want to be a Keyblade Wielder, you need to PM me a CS of what you envision the character being like later in the game, and if I like what I see, then you repost it here after stripping it down to the bare basics.

Just so everyone knows, my character is complete. Well, I use the term "my character" somewhat loosely, since I have no intention of putting him in the spotlight except where necessary.

Personality: Simo is surprisingly sweet for someone who can pick you off from across a football field. Cheerful and outgoing, he love to meet new people...unfortunately, his father wasn't too great at social interaction, so a few of his more stupid move were passed onto his son

History: Simo was raised by his widower father in a cabin in the forest. There, he learned how to hunt and track, as well as how to handle a gun. He started out with a simple bolt action rife, but switched over to a sniper when he found an abandoned sniper rife in the forest one day. In order to get around faster, Simo would often travel through the trees, this also made it easier to avoid getting spotted by any potential pray.

One day, his father left home, telling his son that he had a lot of old business to take care of. A few days latter, Simo decided to venture off himself, eventually making his way to Lunaris...

Quick question, Captor, does Simo have any secondary means of self-defense? The character's fine and all, it would just suck if a few baddies got in too close for his rifle so I was just curious.
