Backstory: A brief summary on what he or she went through.
Bakuto is a former marine officer, made it up to the rank of captain for a short time. Bakuto's time in the marines wasnt a pleasant one for him. Even though Bakuto is thankful they taught him a lot of skills and open the door for him to see what is out there on the seas he never saw eye to eye with a lot of marines. Often questioned the innocence of some pirates over others, even called some of his superiors more criminals than the pirates he was suppose to be hunting.
One day his mouth got him into trouble and he was set up to fall, as he was to capture a band of pirate. Instead unknowing to him another group of marines were set to attack the pirates while he went to board their vessel. Bakuto survived along with the ship's captain and Bakuto's first friend that was a pirate. They washed up onto an island and were trapped there with no food aside from a chest holding a single fruit.
The captain died the first week on the island telling Bakuto that the fruit maybe his only food but if he eats it he will lose the ability to swim for it was a devil fruit. Neither knew the ability of the fruit and neither was going to eat it, while trapped on an island incase they saw a ship and would need to swim to catch it. The Captain died from injuries from the attack on his ship. Bakuto went three weeks alone on the island with nothing to eat. Until he broke down and ate the fruit out of just pure hunger. To this day, it was the worst thing he had ever eaten.
He blacked out after eating it when he woke he was aboard a ship that was burning and his clothes more torn up then they were on the island. Everyone he spoke to told him a dragon came out of the sky and torched their boat.. It wasn't until later Bakuto learned he was the dragon that attacked the boat and learned the abilities of the devil fruit he at.
And he went on to start sailing the seas on his own, searching for a pirate crew to join and call his own. He earned himself a bounty or well he did so in his Zoan forms. More of the backstory will be revealed in the rp.

Bakuto possesses a rare Zoan devil fruit of a mythic creatures that of a dragon. He has the ability to turn into a dragon.
Possessing three forms, his human state, a dragon-human form and a full dragon form.
Human Form abilities
Weak Dragonbreath- In his natural human form Bakuto can breathe fire, it is unfocused it just a small flame It is normally a red or orange flames in this form.
Moderate Strength- His strength is above normal stronger then normal people but not by much.
novice Six Powers user Bakuto has trained to use the six powers, only somewhat able to use a few abilities. He can jump once through the air with the moon walk ability and use the finger pistol abilities
'Eternal' Youth thanks to the mythic power of the dragon he doesnt age, well he doesnt age as fast as everyone else.

Dragon-Human Form abilities
Focused Dragonbreath- In his humanoid dragon form Bakuto's flame attack has the blast power that of being fired from a gun. The fire is hotter and often looks like a bright orange and yellow
Dragon Scales His body is covered in dragon scales that are resistant to swords and bullets. He isnt completely safe, a lot of shots and cuts can break through his scales but one shot or one slice generally can't break through his scales. He can only stop normal rifles and pistols anything stronger is too much.
Dragon Claws- His hands have claws, these are his only bladed weapons he uses. They as sharp as swords and with the finger pistol ability those claws are very deadly
Increased Strength in his dragon human form his strength from his human form is doubled. Before his strength was stronger than a normal human now it is stronger, he can shatter solid boulders with punches with ease full strength punch is the strength of a small cannon.
Slight Winged Flight- In his dragon human form Bakuto does have wings and he can fly slightly, he can't fly long distances, At most he can fly about ten feet. Enough that he can assist a jump and jump or move out of the way.

Dragon Form abilities
Note- All of the abilities in the dragon form are very limited, as he cannot fully control a full transformation.
Monstrous strength In his full dragon form he has very great strength, he can bust through most hulls of ships. He lacks control of any kind though. His strength is often cut in half because of the control and often gets stuck because of his own strength.
Dragon Breath Blast- His breathe fire is much more stronger in his form, Breathing out a fire blast with the strength of a canon. That can be so hot that can metal most metals it touches. Almost always a white or blue flame, but due to the lack of control it often flutters out or just lacks any strength.
Winged Flight- Bakuto can fly in this form and rather well, the only thing he has slight control over. He can fly for about half a mile but it uses a lot of energy from him to sustain that flight for so long.
Losing all control This isnt an ablity more of a side effect, in his full dragon form his control over it lacks most from Bakuto fighting with the primal instincts he gets when he goes into that form. If he is brought to his limits and tries to go beyond too much, he loses control. Then he reverts to nothing more then a mindless beast with the primal instincts of a monstrous dragon. The primal beast in control has full control, only once has Bakuto ever lost full control, and three islands disappeared that day
