Kamina

Charge forward like a mad man? That Kamina could do with gusto. "ARHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" He bellowed as his body we set on fire and he rushed at the Ice Type. He crashed into Kyurem with the force of a very hot blooded Gyarados "Feel the undying fire of my soul!!!!!!"

---
Tini

Tini froze in a mix of fear, disbelief, and righteous fury. "...no. NO!!!!! You mad man; you're going to destroy the sun too!? You're the worst kind of criminal!" He then addressed his teammates "Guys, I know this might be scary, the sheer depths of his depravity even give me a chill, but we can't give up now! Everyone's hopes...everyone's dreams...the entire world; they're all riding on this battle. For the sake of all of those people, as well as those yet to come, I, Tini, will strike you down!" And with that, He dug deep inside of himself for strength that had yet to be tapped into "By The Power Of Delicious Cookies!" And suddenly, Both Bonnie and Eralion found their bodies completely refreshed and filled with a strange energy.

[Josh]
Needless to say, some of Josh's teammates were confused when he clubbed Anthony over the head with a chunk of ice. Miles in particular was very quick to put himself between the two of them. It was understandable. He probably thought the stress of this mission had driven Josh completely insane. "I know how this must look, but-"

He'd barely gotten a chance to explain himself when Anthony suddenly began barking orders. Or, more accurately, his weird alternate personality did. "ALRIGHT, MAGGOTS! IT'S TIME WE TURNED YOU INTO MEN!" It was exactly like every other time this ability activated. "Alright, MAGGOTS, send the enemy your best barrage! NOW! FIRE AT WILL!"

"I'm sure you remember this power. It's the same one we used against Reshiram." Josh explained to Miles. "The trick to activating it is a blow to the head, though I only figured that out just now." With that out of the way, he turned his attention to Kyurem. With Anthony's ability activated, there were even more attacks than usual flying across the battlefield. Josh added to this with Dragon Pulse, sending not one, but three waves of destructive energy towards the enemy.

[Dexter]
As Spruce and Celes teleported away with the Guildmaster, the dragons lurking in the dark corners of the room emerged. Dexter began to taunt them. "What? Did you three finally grow a pair now that the scary fairy's gone?" He chuckled to himself, before letting out a Howl to boost his attack. He knew he couldn't do much against the Hydreigon. That was better left to Rebecca. Instead, he rushed forward and sunk his teeth into the Dragonite.

[Donovan]
Donovan had no clue what just happened. One minute he was out in the middle of the forest, and seconds later he was inside some kind of building. "Where am I!?" He cried out, still struggling to get himself back upright. He then felt someone pushing on his shell, turning him over little by little until he was back on his feet. He scrambled to get a look at who had helped him, only to see the very same Pokemon that he had fought before, plus another Aron that he didn't recognize. At this point, he had calmed down, at least a little. The bloodlust and rage that fueled his rampage had disappeared. He pointed at the Salandit that helped him up. "You! Are you the one that brought me here?"

When Celes got teleported back and quietly got the guildmaster out of there before there was some fuss about it, she just followed Spruce to the bounty board and when she heard what Spruce said, she looked a bit surprised at this. "Seriously.. Barry was a real pokemon? Err.. that arcanine will probably still have some nuts and bolts loose if we get him back... do we really want to deal with him? Just.. geez" She then says to Spruce, shaking her head just a bit. "I guess we could, but if he tries to bite me or anything, I will use my ribbons and probably strangle him until hes unconscious... geez" she then says, shaking her head and thinking a bit. "But.. it may be good to talk to this Barry.. and explain to him the situation?" She adds. If that Barry does exist, it would be better to make sure about this... just in case its another crazy job of that jerk or something.

When Eralion saw Bonnie get hit, his eyes looked red with anger... A move like that directly to her. He was not going to have that happen. He suddenly jumped onto the Gallade and tried to meteor smash him onto the ground, trying to literally have him planted into the ground. "Jerk... criminal... freak show that only want to see blood..." he says, keep insulting him as much as he could, trying to have him smash down into the ground. Sure that gallade was not a grass type, but his green coloring would look natural if its only the head that is left out. One thing for sure.. this will probably hurt the gallade at least. Derevan just hoped it would hurt him enough to knock him down.

Gren tried to attack Hudson, but he dodged it at the last moment and backed right into Magma, who blocked his escape. Hudson heaved his oversized bag at me, knocking me over from its weight as a strange badge flew from it and landed on the ground by Magma. "ALRIGHT, THAT'S IT!" Hudson said, "I thought you were an easy mark, but NOOOO! You had to just DOG me for some stupid, random seeds and other garbage! I'm getting out of here!"

"Don't let him get away!" I shouted. Just as Hudson turned to run, Magma picked up the badge, and a blinding white light engulfed us. For a moment I thought someone had used Flash, but as my eyes adjusted I saw the forest had gone. In its place was a room that looked as though a tornado had gone through. Papers were scattered everywhere, and the floor was covered with claw marks and food scraps that looked like they had been ripped apart in a fight. Ladders to other floors stood on the far wall next to a couple bulletin boards; a pair of Magnemite floated in the corner, deep in conversation. I realized we were in the Treasure Town guild - a Bidoof had been thrown at me in here earlier today.

Hudson seemed to recognize this place, too. He looked terrified, his wide eyes scanning the room like he expected to be attacked at any moment. But before he could run for the ladder, the two Magnemite noticed and flew over to restrain him. "ZZZT! You brought the outlaw Hudson in for arrest! ZZZT!" one of the Magnemite said to me.

"Outlaw?" Hudson said, still looking for an escape. "I'm- I'm no outlaw! Don't know what yer talking about! You've got the wrong Wurmple, that's what!"

"Wait, you're officers?" I said, once I realized what was going on. "Yeah, he's Hudson! He stole my-"

"ZZZT! We are aware! Hudson has been operating in Treasure Town as a pickpocket for some time now! ZZZT!"

"I'm not Hudson! Don't know who yer talking about! Tell 'em, kid!" Hudson said, a pleading look now in his eyes. The Magnemite ignored him.

"ZZZT! Take this money as your reward," the Magnemite said, handing me 600 Poké. "Thank you for your cooperation! ZZZT!" I accepted the money and watched as they brought Hudson up the ladder as he fought to get free, now insisting he was actually a Wurmple named Benson who had simply been in the wrong place at the wrong time. His oversized bag still sat in front of me. I opened it to find several other bags crammed inside, mine among them. I took it out and brushed it off, checking to see everything was still there before putting it on and placing my stick safely in its side pocket. Magma had gone to flip the other Aron over.

"I guess you're one of our allies, now? Welcome to the um... team?" Magma said. The Aron looked less angry now, despite the red war paint on his face. He asked if Magma was the one who brought him here. Gren asked what happened, apparently worried that we still might be in trouble.

"I don't think we're in trouble," I replied, checking that there weren't any other Pokémon in here. "Looks like the badge teleported us to the guild in Treasure Town. Those were officers, they took Hudson away and gave me some money for catching him. Really, though, you're the ones who did most of the work. I don't know what would've happened if none of you had shown up. So... thanks, I guess." I handed them the 600 Poké to split among themselves. "The Magnemite left Hudson's bag here, I'm gonna go see if there's anyone I can hand it in to downstairs. Would anyone mind coming with me? Just to be safe - it was a bit chaotic here earlier." Hoping at least one of them would agree, I picked up the heavy bag and climbed down the ladder, listening for any signs of fighting and hoping that no Bidoof would be thrown at me this time. The room below was quiet, and for a moment, I thought there might be nobody there. But then, a loud, energetic voice made me jump and almost fall off the ladder. It had come from a nearby room, its door slightly ajar. I glanced at anyone who had followed me, then sneaked over to the door and slowly pushed it open to peer inside.

It seemed that they weren’t in any trouble. Quite the opposite: they were somehow teleported to town and in the guild to boot! Gren was quite ecstatic. He had heard from his mother about Pokémon with the power to teleport teams across the world but never had he thought such a power could be put into an object. Relaxing a little Gren looked towards the gible as he handed over 600 poke to split for taking down the wrumple. Gren practically glowed; he’s never had this much money before! But before greed could take him, he only took a small share of 100 poke. He didn’t feel that he really contributed to much considering his ambush totally failed and he just happened across them by chance.

Then Gavin asked for someone to come with him to turn in the thief’s bag. Gren was eager to explore so he chose to tag along. ”Right behind ya.” Gren followed towards the ladder, though instead of climbing Gren simply jumped. It was an easy thing for him to do considering his time living in the mountains. Gren didn’t really notice the voice that Gavin picked up on, but Gren followed nonetheless. ”Adventure time?”

Leaving the door open slightly ajar wasn’t exact on accident - sure, you could pretend it was all planned, Breen thinking one step ahead, eagerly awaiting his visitors - or you could just as easily remember that Charlie was on his way out and forgot to shut the door all the way. Your pick. It doesn’t matter. Light jazz sounded from the record player in the office, the light sound of cluttering and clanking heard from the inside.

Nevertheless, Breen almost sort of jumps out from behind the door, slamming it shut after yanking his guests in one at a time. Gavin. Yank. Door slam. Door open. Magma. Yank. Door slam. Door open. Donovan. Yank. Door slam.

“Oh, there’s two of you, huh? Right.”

Gren. Yank. Door slam. With a flourish of his device, he quickly runs it down, locking every possible lock on the door, before standing before it in front of his guests, adjusting his bowtie, glancing toward everyone with his upside-down 3-D specs.

“Spruce! That’s a relief - oh, I totally jumped into the wrong reality time stream then - oh! That reminds me, there’s a Wigglytuff wandering around out there alone, could someone volunteer to help him around when he’s back, keep an eye out, aw, good, thanks!”

He reaches toward Gavin, giving him a quick noogie - pausing. “Oh, wait, you’re shorter than you should be. Or taller. Right well that’s. Oh! I’ve got much to tell you all, much to show you - this is more exciting than the time we all turned into birds - you remember that, don’t you? Oh, of course you do!”

He’s running around the office, readjusting books, grabbing random supplies all willy-nilly, before returning back to the group. He reaches back up, readjusting his glasses right-side up. “And that’s because… oh. Right. Glasses." Record scratches to a stop. "Uh. You’re not Spruce. At all.” He runs his device around Gavin - the thing blinking bright yellow. “Oh, right! Yeah! You! Gavin! Nice to see you again, pal!”

The Swampert reaches into Gavin’s bag, grabbing the pointy-stick, looking over toward the rest of the group, pointing the pointer dangerously pointy at Magma. “Right, and you… “ He looks down at his device. Nothing. “Are new… definitely new… definitely… pink!” He grins, pushing his glasses closer, staring at the Salandit. “Magma, right? Of course I’m right. Salandit with a blaze in your heart.” He snickers, adjusting his bowtie. “Oooh, good one Breen, wicked good one.”

Moving on, he looks down at the two Aron, scoffing, rolling his eyes - “Oh, for fuckssake, why’s it always Aron, huh? Edgy little buggers - lemmee guess…” He leans in, digging a finger across Donovan’s face, managing some of the ‘war paint’ onto his finger before plopping that into his mouth. “Yup. Red Gummi with a bit of… oh, what is with you lot and being so damn dark, gosh, read a comic once in a while would you…”

He turns to Gren. “At least you’re well-equipped. Eyes are cool. You’re not as edgy as your buddy here, so that’s good.” He runs the device over one more time, blinking green. “Cool! You’ve got plenty to live for, pal, welcome to the guild!”

He sets his device down, before whipping Gavin’s pointy-stick at the record player - the record shattering onto the ground, another record plopping on, clicking in place - heavier, swingier jazz music playing. The stick, rebounding off an elastic, off of the wall, spinning Breen’s hat around, before nestling back in place into Gavin’s bag.

“Right! Introductions! Nice to meet you all, thanks for introducing yourselves - “ He reaches forward and shakes each one of their paws with force, before spinning back around, over toward his table, sitting down on the top of it, dangling his feet off the desk, clapping his hands together and readjusting his bowtie.

“He-ll-oo! I’m Breen. Breen Torrents. Swampert. Music enthusiast. Comic-book collector. Lover of dragons. The oncoming storm. Yadda, yadda, yadda. I’m your guildmaster! You’re my new VERY important, wicked special team. Do as I tell you. Don't ask stupid questions. Any questions?"

Everyone’s paws shoot up. “As expected.” He looks over toward his device - glowing pink, and slowly beeping… gradually getting faster and faster, louder and louder.

“Well, hurry up! I don’t have all day - don’t waste time! Trust me, it’s not as fun as it sounds!”

Almost as soon as Rebecca had made her suggestion, the other team warped away. It was kinda quick.

"Well, I was going to suggest we stick together,” Nina said, “Since splitting up like this was the WORST thing we could have done.” Rebecca gave a quick sigh.

“Yeah,” The Kirlia said. “I was kinda hoping there might be a little more discussion on that? Sorry, kinda winging it here.” She considered saying something else, but more dragons decided to barge into the room. Great. Did they think they could win now?

"What? Did you three finally grow a pair now that the scary fairy's gone?" Dexter said, letting loose a badass howl. Even she was getting pumped up from that.

“If they’re not scared of me that’s their problem.” Rebecca said jokingly. She used Dazzling Gleam again, sending that sweet fairy-type damage throughout the room before Nina got sent flying by a Dragon Rush. Crap. She was mumbling something about a door out there in the darkness.

“Hey, hey,” Rebecca said,“Take it easy. Catch your breath if you need to, I’ll cover you.” She suddenly teleported in between her teammate and the opposing Dragonite, a Dragon type attack bouncing off the Kirlia like it was nothing. She suppressed a light chuckle as she shot another Dazzling Gleam.

I decided against saying much until I could catch my breath, again, and the dragonite seems to have followed me back, as well. Thankfully, Rebecca was there to not only block a dragon claw for me, but to also counter with fairy wind, which seemed to remind a few of them why they were staying away... the hydreigon in particular seemed nervous and scared after that. The salamence seemed to be trying to pry Dexter off of the dragonite's tail, and said hydreigon decided against even attacking, preferring to use the move 'Calm Mind', instead. I figured that it probably needed to calm itself down after seeing Rebecca deal that much damage to its friends. Once I felt confident enough to attack again, I said "Th-thanks Rebecca, I really needed that," and I decided to try to poison the dragonite with a poison sting, and thankfully, I didn't even have to try the move twice to do it. The dragonite started to look pale after my poisoning, and they still had to deal with Dexter biting their tail, as well... they tried to use Dragon Rush on me, again, however, this time, I managed to get out of the way, and even counter with a bite of my own, joining Dexter in biting the thing on its tail. The dragonite tasted... unlike anything I've ever tasted before, but, then again, I kind of lived a sheltered life, so maybe it tasted a bit more normal to someone like Dexter, who's probably bitten more pokemon than I have. The dragonite seemed to flinch from my bite, as well, as if it was going to skip its next turn, or something while the other two dragons were busy trying to either buff their stats, or pull off the two pokemon who were latched onto their friend.

[Anthony]

It seemed like we were finally gaining ground against Kyurem, who didn't seem to take to the volley of attacks, too well. Kamina seemed to charge at Kyurem on my alt's command, and, of course, Kyurem tried to use a shadow tackle on him, only for Daniel to block the attack, again, and hit back with four wing attacks, dealing enough damage to actually make Kyurem stumble backwards. Miles then tried to shock the thing a few times, and somehow, that ended up paralyzing Kyurem... this fight was starting to remind me of our fight against Reshiram at this point, and Reshiram himself seemed to forgo protecting us to use his flamethrower against Kyurem five times in a row. Somehow, Kyurem was still standing, and through the shadow-type craziness, he somehow managed to say "No... I won't let you... you can't take my crystal... it needs to stay where it is... you can't... don't... please don't..." why was he pleading with us about a crystal? I knew that MY team wasn't looking for any crystals, at least, but, then again, the OTHER team might be. Either way, I used dragon breath a total of three times against Kyurem, dealing significant damage, yet, even after taking ALL of those attacks, Kyurem was still somehow standing. HOW!? I was starting to get annoyed by this, but I tried my best not to show that annoyance, lest my team think I'm being unreasonable, somehow.

[Bonnie]

I felt a strange power fill my body when Tini shouted out something about cookies, and the gallade seemed to be a bit quicker on his feet than I had hoped, as he dodged at least one of Eralion's attacks, and he seemed to be focusing on something. Seems like the confusion was over, at least, since he managed to say "This is getting to be too much... I have to get out of here before they arrest me," and while he said that under his breath, I still heard it loud and clear, and I even managed to break his focus before he could teleport away with a well-aimed, somehow more powerful frustration attack, which also made him stumble backwards. He seemed to be desperate now, and he tried to attack me with Close Combat again, though, this time, I was too quick, and I simply jumped over his head before he could pull off the move, only to use dizzy punch against him to try to confuse him, yet again... it didn't work this time, and he somehow used counter against me, dealing some decent damage back. He then turned his focus on Tini, and mumbled something about this 'stupid fairy' supposedly 'getting in his way' somehow more than the rest of us, and he tried to use Psycho Cut on Tini, almost as if he knew that his fighting type moves wouldn't work too well, here... I tried to get in the way of the attack, but I wasn't fast enough, unfortunately. I hoped he would be able to somehow evade the attack, or better, just take the attack and blast the gallade with Fairy Wind, again.

[Spruce]

There were a few weird messages that seemed to pop up on the board for no reason, not to mention an oddly familiar voice telling him how 'Barry' is also the Arcanine's name and how he's somehow searching for himself... the voice also asked if I believed in ghosts, but before I could answer, the voice clarified that while he couldn't hear me, I could certainly hear him, and I immediately knew what was off about the messages... Bubble Pond didn't have a fifth floor! Oh, and the capital letters spelled something out, as well. "Hm... let's see... BREEN WAS HERE... Breen... that odd marshtomp with the glasses and broken orbs?" I asked myself as I looked at those messages... and then I just had to think Who let Breen near the place where you can change what's on the boards? of course, after that, I sort of absent-mindedly took the mission involving 'Barry', and headed out of the guild to go where I assumed the north was, though, of course, I could just be completely and utterly wrong, like usual. It was a pretty nice day outside... warm, bright, and many pokemon were just wandering around in town, probably wishing they could go outside of the town's boundaries without inexplicably becoming a wild pokemon, or something. How DOES that work, anyways? How do towns, of all things, protect pokemon from becoming wild? Why am I allowed to venture around, but most pokemon are stuck in town? Does it have something to do with my badge? I thought as I kept just... wandering around generally going where I thought north was, at this point, though, I assumed Celes would correct my path soon enough, anyways, so I didn't worry, too much about it.

[Blaze]

I had heard that guildmasters were weird, but this was certainly... new. The swampert introduced himself as 'Breen', and he somehow already knew all of our names... as well as the embarrassing fact that I was actually pink, and not ash grey like most of my kind. Of course, I tried my best to deny it with "N-no, I'm not pink, y-you are!" but it was obvious that I was lying to even a casual observer. This strange guildmaster guy also seemed to say something about me having a 'Blaze in my heart', and I took a step back. He didn't already somehow know my REAL name, did he? I sure hoped not. "Uh... e-either way, m-mister guildmaster, what do you want us to do as our first guild mission?" I asked the strange swampert before remembering that we split up the gold coins, and that I somehow had some, despite not really doing anything, so, I decided to give my share of the money to Gavin, who would probably at least know what to do with it, right? After that, I tried to look as formal as I could, and for some reason, I could hear some weird, off-key singing in the distance... some sort of song about spinning? What?

”Whoa. What a weirdo.” Gren’s mother told him that guild people could be quirky. This swampert made Gren feel uneasy, not just because of general type advantage but because he seemed to be hard to predict and might do something crazy dangerous for no reason or warning. Still the device he used on Gren seemed to say he had good promise. Hopefully Gren would get to grow big and strong one day!

”Oh, I don’t know him actually. Never seen him before until now.” Gren motioned towards the other Aron. He reminded Gren a lot of the village guardians who were pretty intense. Even had the war paint and everything. Anyways after that the swampert introduced himself as Breen Torrent. Apparently he already knew who they were somehow, maybe thanks to that machine, so Gren went straight to the question. ”So um... I guess I’m a guild member now. What sort of jobs will we be doing? And um, is here any sort of badge or uniform we should wear to show were guild members?”

"Who cares about your stupid crystal!?" I cry in fury "We're here for one thing, and one thing only; to save that village that you froze. So don't worry, when we beat you into a pulp, we'll make sure to leave your dumb rock behind." His body flared up as he charged into Kyurem with a Flame Charge.

Tini

Overcome with Righteous Fury, Tini didn't actually notice the attack coming, and it hit him right in the head "Gah!" He staggered, but quickly caught himself "Your foul powers shall do you no good here evil one. For I wield Minty Justice in my soul, and it shall be your undoing!" He cried out as he launched another Fairy Wind

Celes just sighed as she saw Spruce go and head to the wrong way, going south instead... Him and his sense of direction. She used one of her ribbons to grab his arm. "Wrong way Spruce. That was south" she then said to him before going to head towards the right direction, shaking her head. "Can't believe we are going to find that crazy arcanine again. I just hope he doesn't try to attack us on sight or anything. "That Barry should have kept a good eye on him... geez." she said as she kept going, moving forwards right now, trying to head north right now, thinking a bit more about all this. "I also wonder how our team is doing... I really hope they are ok... " she said, her tone of voice clear about her being worried about that. Then again, Kamina was with them, and god knew that gyrados was something else. A lot of passion, that is for sure.

When Eralion saw that the gallade's confusion was over and saw the psycho cut hit Tini, he tried to move right behind the gallade before going to use a very strong meteor mash on him, trying to squish him to the ground, trying to be quick so the group could finish this god dang fight. Last thing he needed was him getting away and the group not knowing where he would end up. They needed to finish him off before he could even teleport away. If he ended up doing that... Arceus knows where the group would find him next time... and possibly how much more powerful he would end up being next time.

[Josh]
Josh knew nothing of this 'crystal' that Kyurem mentioned, and it seemed that none of the others did, either. More than likely, it was a delusion of the legendary's warped and twisted mind. For now, that didn't matter. The only important thing was that Kyurem had clearly taken a lot of damage by this point. "Let's keep this up! He's almost down." Josh shouted to his teammates. He let loose several more Dragon Pulses, determined to end the fight quickly.

[Dexter]
Dexter continued to keep his grip on the Dragonite's tail. The Salamence tried to get him off, but all of these attempts were in vain. If anything, all they'd managed to do was make Dexter bite down even harder. Up until now, Dexter's teeth hadn't entirely gotten through the dragon's thick scales, but as they started to sink deeper, he began to taste blood. It was clear now that Dexter was starting to do some damage. On top of that, Nina had rushed over at bit down into the dragon's tail as well. If that, combined with the poison, didn't take down the Dragonite quickly, then Dexter wasn't sure what would.

[Donovan]
The guildmaster seemed to think Donovan was 'edgy'. "I'm not edgy! Look at my armour plates, they're perfectly round and smooth!" Donovan shouted, in a voice that would likely carry across the guild. He recoiled slightly as the guildmaster reached out to touch his face. He did so to sample some of his war paint, and immediately implied that it was made from Red Gummi. That was something Donovan wouldn't stand for.

"That's not Red Gummi, it's the blood of my enemies! I paint my face with the essence of my fallen foes as a sign that I will show NO MERCY!" He began rearing up and stomping his front legs into the ground. Of course, this didn't change the fact that the guildmaster was right about the pain't ingredients. In fact, it contained no blood, and all of Donovan's enemies were still very much alive.

Miseri entered the guildhall. She hasn't had any luck contacting her old group, and so far all she's found is a whole lot of nothing. At least joining this guild could give her more resources to find her old team, or if nothing else give her something to do. What felt worse than constantly failing was sheer boredom. As she entered the guildhall she heard some music and a bombastic voice down the hall and to a door. If she had to guess the guildmaster was here. From what she knew they were often loud and hammy. If this wasn't the guildmaster than he'll probably at least point her in the right direction. Miseri used her telekinesis to opened the door and peeked inside. "Hello? Is this where I go to join the guild?"

Just as Gavin had gone to push the door open, a Swampert reached out and yanked him inside. One by one, the Swampert opened the door, yanked someone inside, and slammed it again until Gavin, Magma, Gren, and the war-painted Aron stood side by side in the guildmaster's room, smooth jazz playing from a record player in the corner. The guildmaster stood before them adjusting his bowtie, a pair of upside-down 3D glasses perched on his face. He spoke in an energetic, carefully-controlled chaos of words while waving a very strange machine in their faces. The guildmaster referred to Gavin as Spruce and asked if he remembered turning into a bird. He couldn't say that he did.

Gavin had half a mind to snatch his stick back when the guildmaster took it, but he was too intimidated to do so. A moment later, however, the stick wedged itself back into his bag - but only after being thrown across the room and ricocheting off the record player. The guildmaster introduced himself as Breen Torrents, a music enthusiast, comic book collecting, dragon-loving Swampert who was sometimes known as the Oncoming Storm. "I'm your guildmaster! You’re my new VERY important, wicked special team. Do as I tell you. Don't ask stupid questions. Any questions?"

Magma and Gren practically jumped at the idea of joining the guild. The war-painted Aron was furious at being called "edgy". And Gavin, he was wondering how he had gotten himself into this mess. He had come to Treasure Town to buy food food, and that was it. There had been no plans on getting his bag stolen, no plans on meeting these people, and certainly no plans on spontaneously joining a guild.

"Actually," he said, glancing at the others, "I'm not... you know... joining the guild. I was just returning this. The Magmemite left it behind." He gave the guildmaster Hudson's oversized bag. Inside it were several stolen bags, themselves full of various items, maps, and trinkets collected over the years by explorers. The door behind him opened. A Cutiefly peeked inside and asked if this was the right place to join the guild. In the distance, Gavin heard an an indignant squawk and a horribly off-key song about spinning.

Rebecca nodded when Nina thanked her.

“It’s no big deal,” The Kirlia said, even though it probably was a big deal in the grand scheme of things. “It’s what friends are for. Let me know if you need me to block anything else, ok?” She looked back to the other combatants and her heart started beating a bit faster when she noticed that the Hydreigon was using Calm mind. With a bad case of poisoning and two pokemon biting down on it, the Dragonite was pretty much taken care of at this point, but if they let his buddies keep buffing… Well, they might have a bigger problem on their hands.

"Keep an eye on the other guys when you're done with that," Rebecca called to her teammates. "They're buffing up!" She shot out another fairy-type move, mostly because there wasn't anything better for her to do.

Kyurem managed to pull off another blizzard while our guard was down, and that did quite a bit of damage to me, however, I wasn't quite done yet, as I used dragonbreath a few times, dealing some more damage as the others kept piling on their damage, as well... soon enough, Kyurem fell. Soon enough I overheard Kyurem and Reshiram talking about merging, or something... I decided to just let them talk, and after a short talk, reshiram seemed to vanish, and kyurem seemed to change. "WAIT, WHA-" was all I managed to say before the... er... two(?) of them disappeared... a strange light filled the cave, and it seemed to have defrosted. "Huh... hey, Josh... I think we did it... we might have saved Keira, that is, if the town's defrosted," I said as I started to head out of the deepest part of the cave. The wild pokemon didn't seem to attack us, this time, for some reason, and the place seemed to be quite a bit warmer, despite still being an altar to a legendary ice pokemon. I then turned towards Devon, and asked "So... you're REALLY sure you've never been to Mt. Dragoncoil?" and he nodded, pointing out "Do I look like the kind of pokemon who would be able to easily climb a mountain?" well... he was right... but, then again, we DID see a kadabra, one that looked just like him, attacking Static at the very top of that mountain... had it not been for Daniel, he probably would have defeated us, too.

[Spruce]

Just as I had thought, Celes was always there to point me in the right direction. I chuckled at this, and just started heading back to that cold, dark forest... somehow, we were able to just go there, this time, and I looked around for any sort of clues that an arcanine was here recently. While I was looking, I noticed some scratch marks in the trees, a few sets of glowing, red eyes in the darkness, and a few black hairs lying around. "OH SHOOT! CELES! WATCH OUT! IT'S AN AMBUSH!" I shouted as the five or so sneasel jumped from their trees to try to attack her... thankfully, I managed to get her out of the way with my vines, but even so... that was close. The five enemy pokemon then turned to look at us, and they all glared, angrily. A few of them used ice shard, two aiming for me, and one aiming for Celes, and while I took SOME damage, it wasn't too bad. I then attacked one of them with a simple, but perfected vine whip, almost knocking it out right then and there. The other two seemed to be too busy trying to prepare their attacks to actually attack, yet, giving Celes the perfect opportunity to just knock one of them out.

[Nina]

I tried my best to say something in response to what Rebecca said, but I was still busy biting the dragonite, at least, until it just sort of... flopped over from the poison. I then turned my attention towards the hydreigon, who managed to use another 'Calm Mind' while the salamence decided to use 'Dragon Dance'... did these two REALLY have to increase their stats to fight us? Honestly, at this point, it seemed like a waste of a turn, or two. Rebecca's move hit the two of them, and somehow, the hydreigon was still conscious. I ran over to it and used Flash Tackle, lighting up the room, again, and revealing a sign on the next door that reads 'DANGER' as well as some other words that I couldn't really read in the short time the move lit up the area. The hydreigon tried to attack, but, it seems like my move somehow made him flinch, leaving just the salamence to try to use dragon claw on Dexter, of course, I figured that wasn't going to go over very well with Rebecca around. I then tried to think about what they could be hiding behind that door that might be dangerous, even to them... and then it hit me... those potions that had a 'piece of Missingno.'... that could hold the source of that... if not the beast, itself, then a large, duplicating fragment of it... and if it can just duplicate... we can't very well just leave it to infest our world, can we?

[Bonnie]

While Eralion was too slow to save Tini, his attack proved to be more than enough to finish off the gallade... thank goodness... and, oddly enough, it seemed like Tini was about ready to evolve, too. I ignored the shining light that was Tini, and used my badge to teleport us all back to the guild, along with the knocked out gallade. The officers took him away, and handed us a hefty reward for his capture, stating that he was in league with a ring of killers, and was among the most wanted pokemon in the world, right now. I just smiled at this reward, since it was enough to buy almost any TM from the shop, whether or not the shopkeeper actually liked us, and I asked "So... does anyone have any ideas on what we should spend all of this money on?" I didn't have too many ideas, and Tini might have still been evolving, so I was mainly asking Eralion, though, I was still smiling ear to ear about all of this. Maybe we could just make a living doing this, I mean, we knew of at least one more criminal just like him, so this was likely going to double, maybe even triple if I could get strong enough to bring my father in.

[Blaze]

The swampert continued to go on and on about things when, out of nowhere, a wigglytuff showed up, and sat on the guildmaster's chair... odd. "Uh... sir... that chair is for the guildmaster, only," I said to the wigglytuff, who responded with "Yup, that's why I'm sitting here! It's my special chair!" I seemed confused for a moment, and the wigglytuff looked around in his chair... "See? I even know where the special Perfect Apple pocket is, it HAS to be my chair," he said as he pulled out a shiny, giant-sized apple, which he proceeded to balance on his head. I was about to ask a few more questions when one of the other guildmembers barged in, and started talking to the wigglytuff as if HE were the guildmaster. Were we just... wrong? I looked over to the team, a cutiefly, two aron, and a gible who said something about not joining, which had me ask "Wait, why? You'd be able to catch even more criminals like that Hudson guy, and stop others from doing what he did to you," the cutiefly then introduced herself, and I tried my best to imitate a bow while I said "I'm Magma, one of the new recruits into this guild... so new that I might have gotten tricked by a fake guildmaster... er... nice to meet you, ma'am," I then noticed everyone else talking to the wigglytuff, and after a few orders from said wigglytuff, it seemed like order was restored in the guild... so... THEY were the guildmaster... er.... welp.

Kamina
Kamina wasn't entirely sure what had just happened, but he did understand one thing; "We won!" he cried out in victory. "Now everyone in the village will be saved. He sighed "It's just a shame that Spruce and Celes couldn't be here with us to share in this moment. I wonder how they're doing..."

Meanwhile

"OH SHOOT! CELES! WATCH OUT! IT'S AN AMBUSH!"

Back with Kamina

He shrugged "Ah, I'm sure they're fine. In fact, without anyone to get in the way, those two lovebirds finally have some alone time."
---
Tini
When Tini became a Dragonair, it didn't feel that different from being a Dratini. Now though, he had hands "Hands!" He waved his new limbs around like crazy "I...I can pick more that one thing up now!" He grabbed a nearby berry with one hand and his badge with the other and held them up "Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh" He marveled at his new multi-armed prowess "...hands are nice." Then a thought occurred to him "Wait...hugs!" He then pulled Bonnie and Eralion into a hug with his new arms and rocked his body left to right as he did "Weeeeeeee! Hugging with hands is so much fun!"

When Celes felt she was pushed her out of the way and she saw the sneasle... she looked at them with anger. She felt the attack that hit her, but brushed it off. "Attacking someone by an ambush.. you have NO honor!" she says before then using moonblast, dealing insane damage and knocking one of sneasel who then backed away a bit, surprised by this. They looked at each other for a moment and just though 'Oh crap we attacked the wrong targets'. Well, at least that is what Celes though about when she saw the sneasel just backing up. "Spruce.. lets show those fools who they are dealing with... attacking us like that." she then says, giving those sneasel an evil smile. If anyone else would be looking, it probably would give a chill behind someones back... probably.

Eralion smiled at he saw Tini was evolving after defeating the gallade.. and how the group was rewarded with a hefty amount for that criminal. He though about it, looking at the money. "Well.. we could either use it to get some TM that could be useful for us... or buy supplies that we could use for long journey's. We kinda still need to deal with other criminals. " he says, trying to think about it... before going and getting hugged by the now dragonite Tini, being brought right to left. He used his arms to go and hug Tini also, chuckling a bit. "I know arms are great." he then says, chuckling a bit at this, but one though came to his mind. With all that money, what could they even do. They surely cant start any base or something, and anyway they already had the guild they could stay at. The group probably would need to think about it. And it would be a crazy idea to try to make themselves their own guild or something, and probably would be problematic anyway.

Riddles Cold as Ice

[Josh]
As Kyurem fell, the layers of ice that coated the cave's walls began to melt. There were many other unusual things going on as well, but Josh had rushed out of the cave so quickly, he didn't even see any of it happen. Right now, he only had one thing on his mind. As he neared the cave's exit, he began to call out. "Keira!"

He called out her name a few more times, until he finally found her, in a small pond not far from where she was frozen. The moment Keira laid eyes on him, her eyes widened. "Josh?" She almost couldn't believe it. He was no longer the small, timid Skrelp he was the last time she'd seen him. "I... I didn't think I'd ever see you again."

Josh rushed over, and they wrapped their fins around each other. It was really the closest they could get to a hug without having any arms. "It's fine now. I'm going to bring you somewhere safe."

[Dexter]
As the Dragonite fell, Dexter finally let go of its tail. Two of the enemies were still standing, and both of them had decided to boost their stats. Dexter, thinking that he should do the same, let out another Howl. It wasn't as good of a boost as Dragon Dance or Calm Mind, but it was better than nothing.

The Salamence swiped its claws at him, leaving a deep gash in his face. It hurt quite a bit, especially after the Dragon Dance, but Dexter wasn't one to let a little bit of pain stop him. In the brief moment of vulnerability after the attack, Dexter did the same thing he did to the Dragonite; He bit down on the Salamence's front leg as hard as he could, doing everything in his power to avoid being thrown off.

[Donovan]
Donovan didn't quite get what was going on, but apparently the strange pink thing that had wandered into the room was the real guildmaster. He didn't quite know what a guildmaster was, but clearly this was someone important, otherwise people wouldn't be impersonating him.

The rest of them seemed to be joining this guild, except the Gible. By this point, Donovan had figured out what this place was. It must be a place like the colosseum, where heroes and champions gather! He may not be allowed to fight in the colosseum, but if he could prove himself here, then that may very well change. "Oh! I want to join too!" He shouted, pushing his way in front of all the others.

Darn, I must've blacked out a little longer this time.

Kyreum stomped with his head held high as if to yell beyond the domed ceiling. His murky purple eyes faded to a more natural yellow, the ground rumbling as his body crackled the ice beneath him. Fighting Kyreum wasn't easy, especially as his minions alone kept us at bay for a while - yet, his jagged rocky body laid still in front of us. I slowly paced over to him, still tense with magnets out and buzzing, ready to electrocute his mace-shaped head if he was just faking.

I didn't need to do anything though; Reshiram strode past me and pushed me aside, lifting Kyreum's neck and belly with his wide wings. I eyed Kyreum suspiciously as he grovelled over the fight and swore he couldn't remember the fight, turning to the team and moving out of earshot of their apparently sane dialogue.

And with that, I was glad it was over. The adrenaline wore off, aches permeating my metal body, eye stinging from the sharpness of the cold wind. I wiped my forehead (despite not sweating), sighing to myself in relief. I noted the whistling winds slowed to a halt and the ice began to shrink into nothingness, leaving an empty shallow basin only slightly deeper than the floor we fought on. I took a brief moment to register reality, scanning the emptied area with my good eye as I tried my best to smile without a mouth. I wrung my magnets and floated over to the rest of our party, checking for injuries and getting within ears (if any) of Kamina. It seemed as though Anthony and Josh had already scampered off, with even Reshiram and Kyreum disappearing to my confusion.

"Kamina, hey... you know what we must do, right?" I asked, somewhat regrettably as I looked to the others (whoever remained) and back to the crystal. "That crystal... we're gonna need it, but I got no idea what will happen to the Pokemon or town here." I muttered to Kamina, barely able to reach the ears (if any) on his colossal form as I pointed to the floating thing, which we amazingly missed with our attacks.

Honestly, I made myself look more clueless than I should have - what would actually happen was that the dungeon would get swallowed into a broken facsimile of another world, with the town possibly within range of the effects. Yet, our team was tasked to stop Giratina, which required us to get those void crystals. To an outsider, we could've looked like reckless thieves or even villains. And for a moment, I really did doubt if what were doing was worth it.
