"Your friend is gone?" Jones asked confused, her eyes picked out a lack of the fairy like creature, it was quite worrisome. She didn't want to see her brother be let down, it always broke her heart. She soon heard what the old man had to say and it was true, the pale moon would be out tonight, it was a shame that they weren't indoors. After a suggestion from Hurrah, Jones turned to the individual she had just beaten, she did not know his name.

"Hey." She called out to him, as she strolled over, "you got a monster too like me, want to join up? The roads will be dangerous as it's a night of the pale moon."

Bidzil looked up to the two siblings from where he sat with his legs crossed next to Sedna. "That sounds like a lot of fun actually! My name is Bidzil, and this here is Nix. You have already met Sedna." He hopped up for the introductions, but then went on to their suggestion. "Though, I'm against going at night. We should go into town first and make sure we are prepared for the road. If we leave early in the morning we woulnd't have wasted too much time."

While Bidzil didn't seem to mind, Nix didn't seem to quite understand. "But Bidzil, they hurt Sedna! she protested.

Bidzil turned to her with a smile trying to calm her down, "It's okay Nix, it was just training. She is going to be fine, I'll make sure of it." Sedna made a happy little bubbly sound which to Bidzil was a confirmation of his statement.

Nix, however, was still not impressed, and transformed back into her true dragon form, her way of ending the conversation in a huff. She eyed the others with a hint of irritation and paced around in a circle before laying down, exhaling a sigh of frustration. It was the closest to a 'fine' Bidzil was going to get from her. "We could go split the cost of a room at the inn and get to know each other, should lighten the mood up I think," Bidzil said sheepishly, trying to change the subject, which was followed by another sigh from Nix.

Hurruh simply shook his head, grabbed his sister by the sleeve and started walking towards the edge of the town. Sunfire was approximately a two week journey so that meant his bugfairy friends home was at least a weeks walk away. If what Hurruh expected was true, his little friend was going back to fight and get hurt again. He did leave in a hurried rush after getting healed.

There was something import and dangerous back there. What ever was troubling the bug fairies Hurruh knew his sister could help them. He didn’t want to waste anymore time. He just didn’t want to be too late.

Aelithea was in town gathering information on what monsters were sighted nearby. Walking with her monsters she was the only tamer in town. People looked at her with curious surprise. Can she really control those things? She is of high blood it seems. "Ugh.. Nero is full of Basilisks... I'll pass on getting through there for now.. Unless!" Her face lit up watching a few knights walk by. They were Twilight's knights and were some of the best combatants in the world. Ideal for helping one travel through Nero. "If I make enough money I can buy a guide through Nero!" Her eyes lit up with opportunity. She fed her horse a carrot and looked at the map and her list of monster locations. "There's a pretty rare monster sighting near the ocean! Hoooray!" She hopped on her horse and rode off. Heading to the very north of Vrondi, the ocean side field.

"Wait!" Zephel shouted to the children. "Beware of bandits when going that way. Be sure to stay on the main path if you do travel!" He waved to the children. Hoping they were making the right choices when leaving in such a hurry.

"Hey hold on!" Bidzil shouted after them, He ran ahead of them and stood in their path. "Stop, going out unprepared is just going to get you hurt. We should go back to town and make sure we have everything we need first if we are going out there." Bidzil looked up to the sky, gauging the time of day. "Its barely after noon, if we go to town and hurry, we can be be in Sunfire by this evening. And if we are in Sunfire, I can ask my mom if we can stay there for the night!"

Nix made an uncertain gesture, then a slightly low growl as she stood up and moved to follow Bidzil. Sedna, feeling a bit better now that she had some water, floated curiously alongside Nix, not leaving to far from her side.

Jones caught Bidzil's name, but before she could answer, her brother had grabbed her sleeve and began to walk off. She looked confused, as she followed him for a bit, before she attempted to stop. "Hurrah?" She asked him, "why are you in such a rush?"

Market

The Goods store had a handful of people inside shopping. An elderly man stood at the counter for purchases.

Jones entered Twilight Town. She looked around the place with suspicion, something put her off this town. She couldn't tell what. kids played in the streets, the stores were opened and people of different shapes and sizes used them. And despite that, it was all very quiet, she realised, too quiet, kids should be making a racket like there was no tomorrow. She had heard Nero was a strange place, and this simple town was like an epilogue to that. Ack waddled sadly behind her, it had been flying for most of the day, and Jones had refused all attempts for it to ride on her shoulder. Partly because Ack was now dripping wet after it's battle with Sedna.

Jones looked around, she saw a weapons store, a bar and inn, and stables. She mentally counted the amount of gold she had, 20? Yeah, 20, couldn't afford to be wasteful. She ten tallied the stores for important to least important; Weapon's store, and the Goods store. She needed to feed Ack, and stock up on supplies for her journey into Nero. She then headed into the Weapons shop.

Upon entering the Weapons shop Jones would be surrounded by armors and weapons. A few knights stood within the shop observing various steel and enchanted weapons. Nothing an untrained teen could use. Though the shop owner still observed her walking in. He took particular notice of her flying pet next to her. She grumbled a bit. Not many kept pets with them and he hadn't thought to put a no pets allowed sign on yet. But now he did think about doing so. The middle aged man wearing a feathered cap twirled his mustache at the girl as he laid against the counter. "No playing." He said, though she was not a child he could tell she was not his usual customer. "And don't touch anything! you might hurt yourself!" He said. The large sharp weapons hanging around the place were glistening with their freshly refined sharp edges.

Jones weighed up if it was worth responding to the middle aged man with the moustache, after quick consideration she came to her answer. Not worth it, she decided. She turned around and looked around the store, her eyes slid off from the fine swords, she had her dagger. She saw some arrows tipped with iron, and pointed at them, "how much for these?" She asked the shop owner.

"Hmm.." The man hummed observing the arrows she pointed at. Indeed they were ideal for hunting and could potentially even pierce armor. He looked at her belongings. A Bow was on her so he assumed she was a hunter. "Two gold each. But I'll make you a deal, five for five." He held out his five fingers. "You won't get a better deal." He said confidently. A knight nearby scoffed at the sound. Paying Jones some mind, mostly due to her Acquizari buzzing around so loudly in the quiet store. "An arrow is purchased for necessity." The knight, in his black and white armor said while observing a glimmering blade in his hands. "How good is your aim?" He asked Jones, sheathing the blade in his crescent moon marked hold.

Jones agreed with the price, but before she could say a thing the knight asked a question. She turned to the knight, Jones sized him up briefly, he looked competent she realised. "I've hunted game." She answered his question, "otherwise me and Ack would've starved long ago. Does that answer your question?"

Bidzil made his way back to town, following Jones for most the way. She didn't say much to him, though, neither did he, ad when they got to town, she decided to go to the weapon shop. Bidzil thought about what he may need himself. "I don't think I need any weapons....but I may nee to get some supplies for you two." he said to Nix and Sedna. nix transformed back into her descendant form.

"Bidzil...I'm still hungry..." she mentioned, her ears down a bit. "We didn't get anything this morning either..."

"OH! CRAP! I'm so sorry! Let's go get some food! Just a quick trip to the general store and we will go find a place to eat. Maybe see if that Jones girl wants to join us." he said as he started for the store. Nix sighed as she followed with a growling stomach, and Sedna just seemed to float along behind them.

Bidzil browsed through the items in the shop, quietly gathering necessary items. He brought up a monsterpedia, a yellow berry, a green berry, two steaks, and two herbs. when he set them on the counter, he looked up to the shop-keep. "Pardon me, but, would you happen to have anything that can carry a larger amount of water than a canteen that I can still carry easily?"

Grumpy and tired Hurruh followed his sister with a sullen look on his face, dragging his feet every step of the way. It wasn’t far, why did they even need supplies...
He would have to find his bug-fairy friend another day. He just hoped he was ok. As Jones entered the weapons shop, Hurruhs tummy let out a distracting grumble. He let go of her hand and instead of following her into the shop he began looking around, following his nose.
He wasn’t sure what he was looking for, he wasn’t even carrying his gold, but nonetheless he stumbled on.

The knight let out a hearty chuckle. "I suppose so." He stepped to the doorway but before leaving he turned and mentioned to the girl. "You may be able to survive in the wild. But you'd best stay away from Nero. Everywhere else is fair game I suppose." With that he left and the store merchant received Jones's payment. "You can take the arrows now. Thank you for your patronage."

The elderly man's furry eyebrows lifted as he saw the amount of items the boy brought forward. He began to tally the numbers but paused as he asked for something to keep water in. "Ah. I suppose I do." He pointed to where there seemed to be a row of Gourds, but they were made of clay and had tops. "One of those may do. I'll only charge you two gold pieces for it." He continued to tally. Then ended, showing the paper to the boy. "That will be 19 Gold coins young lad"

Jones thought back to what the knight said, perhaps it would be best to not head into Nero? She doubted. "Thanks." She said to the shop owner as she collected the arrows, she put them into her holster among the wooden tipped arrows. She looked around, and to her confusion she saw not a hair of Hurrah. Jones burst out from the weapons shop, she looked around the place for her brother.

At the sight of him she'd make a bee line for him. "You shouldn't just run off like that." She'd scold him.

Bidzil nodded to the older man behind the counter. "That sounds perfect! I just need to consult my accountant!" Bidzil said with a big smile. He the squatted down next to Nix, disappearing behind the counter, and with Sedna joining for the sheer sake of feeling included. The three of them squatting on their haunches, save for Sedna who was floating, they huddled close and began discussing their financial situation in hushed tones. "Okay so how much do we have again?" Bidzil asked.

"Twenty gold, we would only have one gold left, Bid..." Nix said in dismay. "I don't think we can both eat on that, can we?"

"Why sure we can! How much do you think food costs?" Bidzil replied.

"Those raw steaks were two gold each alone..." Nix pointed out.

"Thats because they are special monster steaks, obviously."Bidzil said confidently.

To this Nix stopped for a moment with her head titled to the side and a single ear pricked up. "Really?" She stood up for a moment, her eyes barely level with the counter. Her hands popped up on the counter-top as she slightly lifted herself up and sniffed the air before quickly dropping back down on her haunches with Bidzil and Sedna, who was just watching the conversation go back and forth. "They don't smell special. Smells like meat..." With the mention of that, Nix's stomach grumbled fiercely, to which the three of them all looked down at her stomach.

"Alright then, tell you what. If we can't afford to eat before we leave, I'll cook one of the steaks and we will split it. Sound good?" to this Nix nodded happily and both of them stood straight back up, Sedna a little slower on the uptake. "I am al clear to go! Nineteen it is! Thank you sir!" he said with a smile as he made the exchange. When they walked out of the shop, Bidzil noticed Jones and Hurrah standing outside, not to far from the weapon shop. Bidzil waved at them, "Hey you two!" He called out to them. "So, where do you two plan to go?"

Jones looked back and saw Bidzil, he had journeyed with them so far. He had also seemed to be quite a friendly figure in the time that she had known him. "I personally think that we should continue into Nero." She said, "but it might be too dangerous." She admitted as well.

Hurruh just huffed, equally displeased with his scolding and her choice of destination. Nonetheless he happily fell in line beside her. Truth was he didn’t know where he was about to wonder off to anyway.

Seeing Bidzil exit the shop with his exciting new book, Hurruh turns to his sister.
”Can I go buy something too?”
He asks looking up at her with wide hopeful eyes as he digs into her bag searching for his money and things. ”I want to get a present for my monsters.” An excited smile takes his face.

Racing into the item shop behind Bidzil, Hurruh dumps all his gold and healing potions onto the table along with his two monsters.

Having seen his father barter many times before, Hurruh gives it his own best go as he stands on his tippie toes to get some height on the counter.
”Alright mister” He begins, in a tone beyond his age. ”What can you do for me for this?” he asks as he pushes the money and the potions across the table.
”My slime is a healer and I want it to be better at that at this glove is a defender so he needs to be tough. Can you help me out?”

Despite trying to be a serious haggler there was a wide grin of curious excitement and a deeply ingrained politeness.

Within the general good store where the elderly man was polishing off his counter top Hurruh immediately placed a mass of items onto said table. The old man a bit surprised at first took a moment to observe what was before him carefully. A bit of gold, items a young boy and a few pets. There seemed to be quite a bit of children here today. "Well now there are fruits that may help them. But I'm not too savvy on training pets. Though a man did hand me something to aid me in this." The old man reached down behind the counter. Grumbling "Where did I put that..." And finally after a minute arose with a scroll. He put on a pair of glasses to read from it. "There are fruits that increase various traits for a monster. But most important of all is the crystal seed." He looked at what the boy had on the table. "I suppose you have enough for one maybe two seeds." He pointed to where the fruits and other goods were. "Or you can choose to stock up on fruits and other items. There's about 25 gold pieces of value here from what I can see."
