@Spike I'll say the same thing as Windel about efforts. x) Quality over Quantity, as I said in the first OOC post, so I don't look at size much. Anyway, moving on.

Super Strength was a problem for me, but you seem to have edited it and now it's minor. So it's okay.

As for the weapon, I personally don't need to know where it came from or how he got it to eventually accept it, but it's true that it seems a bit random with he general theme. If he have a love-hate relationship with his Shark theme, you might want to write that down somewhere on his sheet. P.S; For a Shark, I would have imagined a Hammer as Weapon. Or a Saw. Or a Chainsaw. Because Hammerheads and Sawsharks. i know you wanted the Scissor theme, and I don't mind that you keep it if you can find a way to make the Scissors more relevant to the character.

Ahh so can I keep it? A chainsaw weapon might be cool but it's really loud and honestly the scissors seem really rad.

I think your new idea is better now. He's ok with me. Just remember that swimming with pockets full of metal isn't likely the best of ideas if he ever tries to go in the water wearing that costume.

@Weird Tales
Tone down that super strength to something in the maximum range of a few hundreds of kilograms (500) or so to around 1 metric ton (1000kg) and he'll be acceptable. 50 tons is way way too much for MHA.

As a reference, this would still put you a around, if not higher in the super strength scale than Satou (the Sugar Rush guy).

@Spike

Scissors are fine by me as long as you remember he'll be in water thanks to his Quirk. Wait for @SimpleWriter's verdict.

@Kal-El

Would it make more sense to say he learns to freely discharge his electricity and control the amount and intensity via USJ? Otherwise, what would be other ways his Quirk could grow and develop during his time in school?

@Weird Tales

His Quirk looks fine enough for me so wait for @KoL's questions to be answered. Your Sample Post also has a few running grammatical mistakes so keep this in mind when posting IC.

@Kal-El

Also, bear in mind that, since your quirk isn't to control the electricity itself, just produce and release it, regardless of the way you answer @TheWindel's Windel's question, your quirk will be subject to more or less the same flaws as Kaminari's quirk.

You can't really aim a discharge of electricity, it'll simply follow the fastest path to the ground and spread evenly if all paths are similar. Unless you get something like the equipment he got for the provisional license, any large discharges will end up being AoE attacks that are as likely to fry your allies/innocents as well as any target you may intend them to hit.

Remember, Quirks usually don't come with the required secondary superpowers that are common in comic books. They are really... quirky. Learning to work with whatever you've got is a huge part of MHA's theme after all.

PS: It also should be a mutation quirk, not an emitter type. Since the lightning is a secondary effect of physical mutations.

PS II: I actually don't see any turbines on the images you've used and you didn't mention anything in a separated description either. How does he work like a turbine if he has no turbines on his body at all?

I frankly expected something more like this:

If you want to make your description match your function.

@Kal-El

For some reason, I pictured the turbines to be concealed under all his clothes, like gills to a fish. Is this true? If so, it would explain the lack of massive turbines all over his body.

If that's so, they should be added to the character's description. Either way, keep in mind that if they are concealed, they won't get any wind, thus will be useless for power generation.

@Kal-El Power is Ok with me, although I also agree that the Quirk feels more like Mutation than Emitter. The physical alterations don't need to be major. Something like Iida's engines can work fine, but I,d expect some fort of Turbines or something somewhere on his body.

@Weird Tales Accepted for me as well. Watch the mistakes, though. Take it from someone who also makes a bit too much. ^^''

Ah, thank you. Yeah the jacket gets in the way of his gills anyways.

Mmm that's part of why I like having them able to split. Mmm the big form is probably too heavy but I think he could bring one of the halves with him if he really needed too. Mmm dunno how much swimming he'll do, I've been told Bay Area water is kinda gross but that's mostly hearsay.

@Spike Accepted, too. Watch the rust. :3

1. Well discharging it for punches and kickes is the primary reason for the whole quirk. Be honestly worthless without it. I can take out using it for far range attacks tho. Discharging in an explosive manner makes sense as in loss of

2. Never had the idea for him having an actual turbine on his body. Just another way his body processes air. As said power wouldnt work with an actual turbine on his body cause clothes.

3. Idk if im okay with Kaminari weakness of short circuiting the brain. Cause well powers arent the same technically. Prefer the weakness I placed.

1. If the electricity is the main part (I don't mean in the OOC but rather in the IC sense) of the quirk than you should say so. The way you described him is as a turbine that generates electricity to discharge.

2. Then don't describe him as a turbine when he isn't one! Description of what a Quirk is or not is fundamental in MHA.

3. I didn't mean frying his brain. Unless you didn't read my reply where I stated what kind of disadvantage I was talking about. If his electricity is the fire and forget type it'll behave like Kaminari's electricity does (i.e.: kinda close but not really like real electricity). You don't have control over where it goes after you discharge. You can't aim. It's an AoE effect unless you get a Hero gear to solve that.

I don't see why it would be worthless, but I get that you wanted kind of a melee hero that strikes with Lightning enhanced attacks. However, simply having electricity in your fists or kicks don't make them stronger, it take makes them a taser. If by "enhance" you meant exactly that, then no issue. If you also meant to upgrade the strength of, then the explanation of the Quirk is lacking. Regardless, it makes more sense if he learns to control it rather than start controlling it.

2. Never had the idea for him having an actual turbine on his body. Just another way his body processes air. As said power wouldnt work with an actual turbine on his body cause clothes.

If his body process air, then it's a mutation within a regular human body, agree? Because no one else can. Therefore, his Quirk is a Mutation type. If it was an emitter, he's just spew out electricity. Since it's a Mutation, there need to be an explanation as to how to body does it if he has no actual an easily identifiable way to show it. Noxious, the villain's leader, has Poisonous skin - although I didn't put it on the sheet, there's a biological reason for it. See what I mean? It's lacking in explanation. I need to know how it process the air, or at least how it transforms it into electricity.

3. Idk if im okay with Kaminari weakness of short circuiting the brain. Cause well powers arent the same technically. Prefer the weakness I placed.

It was an example from KoL.

Although I also think his drawback is too little to what potential he would have. Empowered melee attack, powerful AoE, Ranged attack versus limited energy. You go on about long lasting battles, but in MHA battles tend to be quite short compared to other stories of the same type. I'm ready to accept it, maybe, but under a watchful eye.

Just to clarify, it is his cells that are absorbing the solar energy and giving him his strength.
