Appearance-Edward is a tall man, measuring about 6 feet tall, give or take about half an inch, with a fairly lean build, though he is by no means skinny. He has fair skin that some would say borders on pale, due to his less than outdoorsy lifestyle. His eyes are nearly steel gray in color. His nose is longer than normal and slightly hooked. He keeps his pitch black hair, both on top of his head, as well as his beard and mustache, short and neatly trimmed, though it still remains very thick and often unruly, resulting in a few cowlicks and tangles somewhere that he just can't get out.

How did Arrowcaster find you?-Edward was heading home from work one day, manipulating the wind to speed him on his way. The way the wind was clearly moving differently around Edward clued Arrowcaster into the fact that Edward had powers.
BRIEF Bio-Edward was, and still is, a comic book nerd. From an early age he was fascinated by the stories of superheroes with amazing powers having fantastic adventures. He often dreamed of one day becoming like the superheroes he read about in his comic books. As a child he never had many friends, preferring to live vicariously through the droves of superheroes in his comic books to actually interacting with real people. At school, he hung out with the other comic book nerds during recess and lunch, but he never got close enough to any of them to truly consider them friends. His introverted personality left him severely lacking in social skills, though he often performed well on any tasks where he was allowed to work alone.
At the age of 16, Edward took a part-time job at a local comic book/trading card/novelty shop, which helped him to earn some money and allowed him to indulge in his nerdy habits at a special employee discount that was even better than his existing extreme loyalty discount. He kept at this job through graduation, taking longer hours and more responsibilities as he took business classes at a local community college. He eventually transferred to a four year university, but was able to pursue his Business Management degree through an online program, allowing him to continue to work at the comic book/trading card/novelty shop. He now basically runs the store on his own, but the owner still owns and runs the business officially and will continue to do so until Edward has completed his degree, at which point he will retire and hand the business over to Edward officially.
Edward's powers manifested slowly around his early to mid teen years. At first it was just making enough of a breeze to flip the page of his comic book or other things so small that he hardly even noticed them at first. As the years went by, he began to notice things like falling raindrops bending to fall past him rather than on him (though he was still rarely able to stay completely dry); or the wind turning away from him, particularly at times when it would otherwise be blowing dust directly into his eyes; and one time there was an earthquake, but the ground he was standing on miraculously stayed mostly still. As he realized that he was responsible for these things, he began to practice with them. He wasn't particularly interested in becoming a hero at the time, especially since he didn't understand the potential of this power for much beyond parlor tricks at the time. It wasn't until he was recruited by Arrowcaster that he began to consider the possibility of becoming a real superhero. Now he needs to figure out a cool superhero name and costume.
How will your character be different one year later?-More experience with his power will mean that Edward will be a more effective superhero, though he will retain the same limitations to his power. He will also have a staff that will allow him to better channel, control, and focus his power. He will also have decided on his superhero name and costume, but that may come fairly early.

It was the end of the business day, and Edward had just finished locking up. He put his key into his pocket and turned toward home. The evening wind was stronger than normal, and blowing right into Edward's face. With a growl of irritation, Edward closed his eyes against the dust that was flying into his face and concentrated, turning the wind around him in the opposite direction, creating a tailwind for him that helped speed him on his way. He had only gone a few blocks when a voice came up behind him.
"That's a neat trick," the voice said, causing Edward to release his hold on the wind and turn to see the owner of the voice. "Is there anything else you can do?" the voice asked the bewildered and dumbfounded young man.
"Uhhh..." was all Edward managed to say. He recognized Arrowcaster from years ago, and had even seen some comics that had ripped off Arrowcaster and now used him in the famous "Defenders of Earth" series along with other heroes, most of whom had likewise been ripped off from local heroes (some people just had no imagination). He held his hand out and caused the moisture in the air to condense until he and Arrowcaster were enveloped in a thin fog. With a bit more concentration, the fog thickened until the moisture had condensed into a ball of water that now rested in Edward's outstretched hand. He dropped the ball of water and it hit the sidewalk with a splash. "I can do other things too, like make the earth move a bit, and sometimes I can burn stuff, but it's too cold to do that now," he said quietly, avoiding eye contact with Arrowcaster. He was unsure what this hero wanted with him, and his lack of social skills was not making matters any easier for him.
"Interesting," Arrowcaster replied. He then explained the initiative he was undertaking and invited Edward to join him.
"Um, I guess so?" Edward responded.

🔮 Because his powers don’t involve excessive physical fighting, he lacks any muscle mass that would be considered above average.

🔮 Milly prefers to wear loose fitting t-shirts, darker colored skinny jeans and converse. His shoes are purple and black.
🔮 Sometimes he'll sport around a bright colored beanie, usually purple or yellow.
🔮 Other times Miles keeps his hair a little shaggy. Brushed but not perfect.
🔮 He wears a purple ring on his left thumb. He found the ring during a rather rough night he and Neoh had experienced while out as vigilantes, and wears it just for a fashion sense. But also because purple is his favorite color.

Weaknesses/Limitations
🔮 Miles can only create a forcefield in the shape of discs or spheres.

🔮 If Miles is put under extreme pressure or stress, he cannot keep the forcefield up.
🔮 While exceedingly sturdy, if very heavy blunt force is applied to Milly's force field, he can be slammed against the side and injured.
🔮 Creating a forcefield and holding it for long against continuous blunt force, such as bullets or other heavy assault, can sap his physical energy.

🔮 Milly has always comfortably walked in the shadow of his brother, usually being known as the quiet one; the twin brother not many people know a lot about.
🔮 He prefers reading and writing, drawing and sketching.
🔮 Milly can usually be caught humming tunes to himself, from genres of Modern Rock to Country and Indie.
🔮 He can often be caught staring out the nearest window, enjoying the scenery or daydreaming about travelling or exploring.
🔮 The boy isn't very fond of either of his parents.
🔮 Their mother seems to never be around, and their father left when they were young.

Fillet prominently uses PQP (Pet Quarters Pugilism) to dispatch of his foes, a combined combat technique synthesized from every known animal based martial art in existence: Slothjutsu, Eel Chi, Batrate, Anacombo and Snaildoo. Fillet is an expert marksfish as well, splashing and spitting water with eerie accuracy. Lastly but not least, Fillet is a master of covert stealth operations.

Because he's a fish.

And no one would expect a spy to be a fish.

Powers

Fillet is the perfect genetic clone of the Carp Colonel, considered by many to be the most legendary soldier in the entire world. He has the proportional strength of 10 dogs within his tiny flippers. He can swim faster than a motor boat, survive in saltwater and sewer water for extended periods of time. Finally, his IQ of 250 and mastery of all foreign human and pet languages makes him an unmatched lateral thinker. Fillet has also been injected with nano-sized sea monkeys that enhance and regulate his bodies abilities, allowing him to interface with any human technology such as the humble blender.

Weaknesses

Despite being the greatest spy in the world, Fillet is still a goldfish and thus can die if his owner overfeeds him, does not change the water in his tank 2 times a day, puts him under stress when transporting him or overcrowding his tank with other fish.

Arrowcaster Discovery

Orange Fillet discovered Arrowcaster after being bought by him, masquerading in a pet shop as a cheap goldfish who was advertised to have a lifespan of only one month.

Biography

A product of the Los Mascotas Terrible, Fillet was one of the many clones of world renowned fish soldier, Carp Colonel. Raised from a young age in his tank to join C-World, a special forces pet paegent unit dedicated to stopping the proliferation of pets in meme battles, Golden Fillet was tasked with stopping the threat of organisations such as PETA, Greenpeace and WWF from 1928 to 1995. The famous of his missions was a black-ops operation that revealed Pixar was purposefully misinforming children that flushing their pets down the toliet would return them to the ocean. However, children and parents alike were unaware that the film was used as a means of powering up a ancient cult memematurgic ritual through mass sacrifice of fish to summon the great Cathullu, a supernatural entity of devastating power. The battle between Fillet and Pixar would be known as the 'Little Nemo' War. This conflict of proxy meme pets would culminate in Golden Fillet battling his evil clone brother, Fillet O'Fish, who had possessed his old comrade, Purpose Pidgeon, via hypnotherapy to make the bird believe that he, Purpose Pidgeon, a bird, was a fish.

Then, Fillet O'Fish drowned trying to fight Fillet because birds can't breathe underwater.

Following the 'Little Nemo' incident and subsequent smear campaign by PETA, who had used the distraction of Pixar and its anthromorphic animal memes to seize power, Golden Fillet was declared a rogue bioweapon by the U.S Government. He faked his death during the Gulf Oil Spill but re-emerged years later in the guise of Orange Fillet, no longer bearing the lustrous gold scales he once had in his youth.

Now, with the threat of PETA using pets for proxy meme battles in America, Fillet aims to join Arrowcaster's team to create a meme of his own that will pass down for generations. A meme that will hopefully counteract PETA's memes that they are trying to subvert the global population with.

Fillet watched from his fish-bowl, mouth open and never closing, as Arrowcaster paid 1 dirty dollar for him over the counter. He was silent as Arrowcaster carried him outside towards the door. A tabby cat, being hugged to death by a little human girl, whispered to him words of respect that Fillet knew could only come from the pet that had garnered so much memes online.

" Let the legend come back to life again."

This cat - no, this cat meme - could have been him once. The door-bell jingled. He felt the taste of freedom as Arrowcaster held him, swaying side from side in the warm water.

There was a car screech, the sudden feeling of weightlessness. His plastic bowl burst on the sidewalk upon impact and there he was, flopping on the ground, left out to dry by Arrowcaster. His eyes found the source of the disturbance. A food truck had just crashed into the pet shop, an eagle-costumed man clambering out of the driver's seat with a sack full of tacos as he ran out, screaming ' AMMMMERERRIIICCCAAAAA" onto the busy traffic intersection.

This man had the meme of a country in the DNA of his soul. Fillet needed to obtain the power of memes if he needed to defeat PETA.
