I personally like the “Mixed Armament Deployment, Logistics, And Demolition Squad” or the M.A.D.L.A.D.S.

I also got “Unorthodox Warfare Unit” or U.W.U. As well as “Overt Warfare Operations” or O.W.O. Let’s not forget “Aysymetric Warfare Operations Organization” or A.W.O.O. “Counter Assault Tactics Squads” and a few other puns also pop to mind. I could go on for a while.

That said if we are supposed to be a secret unit I can see us removing any former unit patches and being called “The Null Squadron” or the blank flanks or something similar. Depends on what you want to emphasize with our squad nickname

also @kingkonrad, fun fact - the only reason there isn't a separate sniper rifle from the Anti-Material rifle and the M23 is because I couldn't find a suitably futuristic looking one I liked the look of enough xD It's something I likely meant to go back to as well

I was thinking that! I like the idea of Max using a hybrid- kinda like the Mk14 EBR IRL. It's a full auto and semi-auto rifle, good for marksman stuff but also capable as a battle rifle up close.

Yeah; DMR's or Marksman rifles like the EBR and SR-25 were what I had in mind with the M23 anyway, and it certainly serves the function properly. Can always put something more dedicated and snipery in later on ^^

Given that this little party was gathered for a singular purpose, I think the name should have Taskforce in there somewhere. maybe the Indicator Taskforce, given that the operational goal is to reveal the actors behind the events. I dunno, I also suffer from ...terrible name syndrome (yeah, 140 seconds and that is the best I could come up with.).

But anyway, time to do get started on my next post....after dealing with the responsibilities I delayed to play TW for 12 hours. Unfortunately a lot of tasks can not complete themselves, but me, four bottles of BAWLS, half a pizza, and hatred of past me will. Damn him for leaving things for current me to do, what a jackass. My only consolation is that I can procrastinate things for FUTURE me cause I have problems with learning from my mistakes.

Close, but I was actually referring to The Shadow Over Insmouth by H. P. Lovecraft, whom (as far as Horror goes) I prefer over King as the Cosmic Horror he pioneered and wrote about extensively, appeals to me more. Plus all his work are in the public domain so y'know, free reading/audiobooks.

All my channeling from six episodes ago paid off. A post I can be proud of! Hope that was a big enough splash to redeem myself and more thoroughly introduce Rishun.

And yes, I already built a small library of words for Ottrean. All the words and phrases will have a direct translation.
