Tony smiles "tell you the truth? I don't know any of them just met them today and the kid with silver hair Damien I believe , well he's allergic to sunlight in a way and the girl? No I don't know " he says and is about to continue when they get to the Washington monument . " welp we are here . "

Damien nods yp" yeah I'm the son of Diana and no I'm fine the sun just makes me sick , once nightfall hits I'll be better than oK"

Theo takes a drag " me? I'm from Oregon So I travelled pretty far how about you where are you from?"he asks

J.R. waves her hand dismissively. ”That doesn’t matter. And besides, we’re apparently at our destination.”

Ivy shrugs. “I’ve got something that can make you feel a little better until then, if you want it. It’s not magic but it’s still effective.”

"Then I guess a little cloud cover might offer him some relief." He said as he finished his popcorn and put the empty rubbish in a bin as they walked past one. "it might be unreasonable, but mortals tend to overlook things like the weather. As long as it remains, somewhat normal looking. Jason placed his palms together. His face straining. "Don't you dare say it looks like I'm gonna shit my pants." He said, his voice strained. Several clouds began to form overhead. The longer he held it, the more appeared. "Alright... He relaxed. Giving it a moment to settle. These things were delicate. Too much and monsters and mortal alike would start asking why. That, and it was exhausting. "What are we doing here? I thought you said east Europe? Surely an airport would be more practical than sightseeing."

"A question of my reason for being here would be better directed at myself rather than at someone that doesn't know me." she smiles at Jason as she speaks and makes sure to control her demi-gift so no one here thinks she's a manipulator.

"As I said I am Lilith Fader and my mom the goddess Peitho and like you here because I cannot live among normal mortals unless I am willing to accept the danger I'd be putting them into. I was late to the party because my dad didn't want to let me go to camp and as a result I missed what this is all about and how you all came to the conclusion that this trip is necessary"

"Fader. Fader. Fader." Jason repeated. "I know that name. Where do I know that name?" He asked no one in particular. It hit him. "Fader, like Ricky? Lead Singer of Night Scream? Please tell me there is some relation.

Darya watches the blonde boy closely as he conjures the cloud cover. She doesn't remember him introducing himself on the bus, but nor had she. Hopefully, he won't turn out to be a threat.
Her attention shifts to the newest addition. He radiates a faint dark aura, but he doesn't seem malicious. His being a child of the Abyss might be part of her hesitance. The white-haired girl with whom he speaks doesn't seem to feel the same hesitance, so perhaps it's just Darya.
I'll approach him later, once we've settled down, she decides, stopping at the rear of the group and scanning their surroundings.

Reagan steps up next to Tony, twirling a gold coin between their fingers. "Where's 'here'?" they ask, slowing the coin. It loses its gold in a flick of their wrist, and they bite into it. Reagan starts when Jason begins summoning the clouds, but when they turn to look at the blonde, they snicker at the strained look on his face. Looks like he's gonna shit himself, they think.

Tony looked at Reagan and smiled " well my friend America has artifacts of Egypt everywhere and the Washington monument is one such artifact that yours truly , can use to open a portal " Tony says we he walks up to the monument and after a few minutes of concentration pulls out a sand from the duat and starts to work on the portal when he hears a roar. "...shit that sounds like a monster , you guys hold it off while I work on this portal." he yells at the group before going back to the portal .

Damien was about to answer ivy when he heard the roar and heard Tony scream the order. " well no time now" he tells ivy as he takes off his silver bow from his back and pulls out imperial gold arrows aiming towards the roaring sound as he heard something coming. "c'mon c'mon " he whispered to himself and as soon as he saw hard plate like scales he fired an arrow only to have it break against the monsters scales.

Theo nodded when he heard a roaring, " What the fuck is that? he asked. His eyes then widened as he saw the Monster, a huge serpent with plate like scales slithered toward the demigods. " Shit that's a Drakon a Lydian one to be exact their scales are nearly indestructible and it spits a corrosive venom so he careful! " he called out as he pressed the two gorgon faces on his lighter and his shield unfurled onto his arm. " weakpoints are its eyes but it's extremely hard to hit and you most likely won't so let's try to hold out till Tony makes the portal" he informs them as he tries to use his razor sharp edge of the spear to attack the Drakon and after some hesitation from the monster smacks Theo away. Theo then curls up behind his shield as he skids on the road and weakly stands up scrapes in his legs that weren't protected by his shield.

Arty had just put her phone in her pocket when she heard the roaring. She sighed and then frowned. "HAY! IM AN EXPERT IN ARCHERY!" she yelled at Theo as she summoned the archery set....it was silver and blue. She also had the massive Scythe out. She smiled as she span it around. She then went in for an attack only to get slammed painfully into a wall. "Ow...." she moaned as she slid down the wall and onto her knees. she coughed out a bit of blood from the impact but was otherwise fine."Ok...Derect approach...No go." she said as she pulled the bow and arrow. She was a kill shot thanks to her studies....

"That would be Daddy" Says with a smile and then hears the roar and looks around herself a bit worried because she has no weapons of any kind and isn't sure she should use her voice because it's not exactly a combat weapon or at least she doesn't think it can be used as one

Devon sees the portal, and spins his scythe, flames kindling in his hands and around his body. "Who is doing what, and should I kill something?" Shadows begin creeping over to him, and he shudders. "Does that happen to anyone else? Or am I an even bigger freak then I thought?" He frowns, and drags his scythe through the ground, leaving a sizzling grove behind him. His eyes burn when he sees the dracon, and he draws his scythe out of the pavement, and spins it in a protective field in front of him.

Ivy tosses the blonde girl, Lily, one of her knives. "Here. Protect yourself." She looks around and checks on Tony and Artemis before observing the Dracon. She draws her knives with a frown, unsure if she can get between the scales, nevertheless the eyes.

J.R. helps Tony up. "Can you fight?" Her face is blank but her worry is betrayed by her voice. She looks at the monster, and she narrows her eyes. She looks around, and her eyes land on Theo's spear. "Could I borrow that?"

Darya spins on her heel at the roar and assesses the situation quickly. "Frontal assaults won't work, but if we can distract it, we should be able to buy Tony time," she mutters to herself. Glancing over her shoulder at the rest of the group, she calls, "We need to draw it away! Try flanking it!" She sheathes her sword and kneels, hands pressed to the earth.
The earth's crust is made of a number of plates, constantly shifting over and under each other upon an endless sea of molten rock. This fluctuation, the perpetual change, is what Darya calls on. From her perch on the North American plate, she asks it to tear.
The ground beneath the Drakon shakes, then splits. A several-meter-wide crack opens beneath the monster's right hind, aiming to trap its leg. Darya sways upright and takes up a defensive stance, face flushed and breathing heavily.

Reagan's eyes dart from the Drakon to the unprepared members of their group. Not good. With an inhuman speed, they're suddenly between the other demigods and the monster. A small cylinder appears in their fingertips, and they pop it open to a Celestial bronze bo staff.

Llewellyn reels back in shock, eyes wide, and snaps his eyes to the monster. "What in the world is that-?!"
He's new. He's untrained and unarmed. He doesn't so much as know who his godly parent is.
He's so, so screwed.

After a quick mental analysis, Gabriel stands and moves back to Tony. He pulls a keychain out of his pocket; a little pewter-looking trinket the shape of a wolf's bust. He rolls it in his hand and it shifts to a shimmering golden sword, a hispaniensis gladius. The weight of it is comforting, and he can feel the way his father's combat gifts rush through his veins.
He speaks in a low voice, thick with a Scandinavian accent. "Keep going. Focus. I'll cover you."

Jason chortled as he drew his sword. Pointing it at the beast, as his free hand unclasped his messenger bag. The Kopis felt natural in his hand. Weight for him, it was nice, but it wasn't really his style. At least this fight would get them to fight as a team. Spinning the sword in his hand, began to take charge of the situation. The natural leadership of his parentage coming through. "Split into three teams. We don't have to win, just buy some time." Jason called to the assembled group. He moved around to the left of the creature, lightning beginning to crackle around his blade. "Those with environmental powers create a barrier. A ravine, a wall of fire, anything." He swung his sword at the Drakon, discharging the built up lightning. "You'll be playing defence, keeping it away from Tony." Jason leapt back to narrowly avoid a spurt of the corrosive venom. "Those with offensive powers, move around, and attack from the sides. You'll be less at risk of the acid spurts." Jason began swirling a disc of air in the palm of his left hand. "Those without combat powers, or weapons, stay out of the way, and help any of us who fall." He flicked out his left arm, letting the air disc to launch out and ricochet harmlessly off the scales. "Oh, and you two..." He pointed at the two who had bows and arrows. "It should go without saying, but use us as a distraction, and hit those eyes." He said pointing at the creature's eyes. This momentary break in concentration got Jason smacked across the field. Skidding to a halt about fifty metres away, face down in the dirt.

Tony's face beaded with sweat as he tried opening the portal . need help? Well you aren't getting any till I get my blood Tony snorted in disgust. ' Jesus Christ woman I'll give you the goddamn soda after we are done being attacked!' fine. Tomy gets a smile that could be either taken as gleeful or bloodthirsty or maybe even both as his eyes turn orange as he channels Sekhmet and opens the portal " Portals opened! " he calls out in a mixture of his and Sekhmets voices.

Damien rolled his eyes at the daughter of Poseidon who shouted about her archery ability , a person who was skilled at something wouldn't boast about their skill, if she was at camp Jupiter she would have had to scrub the armor till it shined like one of hazels gemstone. Damien then pulls back his bow two arrows knocked as he aims at the Drakon and fires. Pulling back his arrows before his two hit the drakon he fires another set. His first set he shot hit the monsters mouth and the second hit its left eye . " fuck yeah" he mutters and begins to knock three arrows when he gets hit " fuck never mind" he says weakly and then he hears Tony. Looking at the Egyptian host he takes off full Sprint and jumps into the portal.

Theo grunts when J.R. helps him up and grabs his shield " sorry this is kinda the thing that doesn't leave my side " he says a bit sheepishly but stern. Before he can say another thing he blocks a attack from the Drakon and grits his teeth as he begins to use his fear aura unconsciously his adrenaline activating it. Using it causes the drakon to hesitate for a split second and accidentally give everyone else a sense of unease. Using this open time frame he runs to the portal and jumps into it.

He glares at the one giving orders, and the ground around him begins cracking and shaking, the smell of fire and brimstone starting to fill the air. He raises his scythe, the blade glowing a deep purple, and it flares into black and violet flames. His off hand fills with black fire, and he tosses the large fireball at the drakon, sweeping his scythe at the monster, his weapon trembling as it tries to devour the monster. He grits his teeth, and runs into the portal, keeping his weapon between him and the drakon.

Arty looks around and then amis her arrow. "SOME ONE KEEP THIS FUCK BUSY FOR ME!!!" she said as she aimed. She shoot and cussed as she missed as it moved. She then took aim again....running around the beast. She aimed and dodged jumping up into the air as she nearly hit the eyes. "Fucking hell!" she screamed as she was slammed against another wall. The wall cracked behind her and she slid down. "Oh....shit i think i broke a few ribs there...." she winced as she aimed again, Shaking a bit as she was in massive massive of pain just breathing. She took short gasping breaths as she aimed....She lowered her bow as she winced. She then jumpped throw the portal as she had just noticed its presence.

Darya whoops as Damien's shots hit. Realizing that their battle needs to wrap up quickly, she kneels once more. The same tremble as before runs through the earth, and she forces the crack to close, hopefully trapping the Drakon's leg in the process. She jumps up, almost falls immediately, and shakes her head to clear it. With a backwards glance at her half-sister, she runs through the portal.

Reagan hears Tony's shout and glances over their shoulder. They dart over to Jason and help him up however he'll allow. "Come on, we've gotta go!" Once he's up, Reagan spins abruptly and rushes to the portal. Just before going through, they stop briefly to make sure that everyone is following. Satisfied, they leap through.

Gabriel hums, amused, at Jason.
So the new kid thinks himself a leader and a battle strategist.
Is he trained? Has he learned how to fight? Or is he another pretentious, lost child who holds himself in such high esteem that he'd ignore obvious seniority for the sake of what he might think could be called "heroism?"
Maybe he, a child of Mars, the god of war, is just salty.
Maybe he, a member of the second cohort of Camp Jupiter, is just bitter.
Maybe he, who has trained for the last three years of his life in any manner possible to prepare for battle alongside his campmates and his siblings, is just overthinking it. Right?
He gives a derisive scoff.
But there'll be time for that later. He dives through the portal behind Tony, rolling to his feet with his sword at the ready, eyes narrowed in a glare as he scans around them for danger.

Llewellyn takes a step back, then another towards the portal before Theo's aura hits him. He shudders, and the ground around their group trembles.
A shaky breath in and out. He plants his feet, feeling something strange in the earth almost call to him, and his expression falters.
He shakes his head and jumps into the portal.

J.R. huffs softly in amusement when Theo tells her that the razor-edged shield doesn’t leave his side. She should’ve known better than to depend on someone else for the moment. She watches the drakon for a moment, anticipating its movements. When the beast turns its back, she sprints through the portal, allowing her boots to give her a bit of a boost. When she reaches the other side, she scans her surroundings with a keen eye.

Ivy looks at the blonde girl, who seems to be unprotected. “Run! I’ll cover you! Go!” She urges the girl, silently praying that her ordinary daggers are enough of a distraction should it come to that. She thanks every god she can think of when the drakon turns away, distracted by something. She grabs the girl’s hand and sprints for the portal. She pushes her through before going through herself. When they’re through she pauses. “It was Lilith, right?” she pants.
