Hate to double post, but I want to make sure folks see this:

Couple of world-building things I've updated and will update post 1 with:

1. Town is called Everbrook Maine. It's a small rural town about an hour from Portland.

2. Town has very little crime. Almost no violent crime at all. It has the lowest crime rate in the state, but an abnormally high accident rate which spikes once every 10 years.

3. The town is one of the oldest in the state, being founded by settlers in 1735. It was taken after a bloody encounter with the native peoples, and there's a history of whitewashing this away.

4. If you have ideas for places in the town from businesses to the police station to your own ideas for weird occurrences; please PM me some info so we can work it out. Or message me on discord. Either's fine.

I'll start messaging folks about their sheets soon, but my ultimate goal is to have a cast of 8 characters (Will included in that 8). There's a specific reason for the number that will go along with the plot. Awesome! Please please please feel free to ask questions here or PM me any time. Seriously, I'm stuck at home and I have to work from home now. I have nothing better to do!

@DruSM157

I just have history to finish up and then I will submit mine. I am stuck at home but I still can work so it’s been pretty busy this week. Hoping to finish profile at lunchtime or it will have to be after work. I am so sorry for the delay! :)

Some new city locations that will be added to the main OOC post as well. Just some more things to look at/reference if you're interested in the larger part of the town.

Wouldn't Turner Street be more apt if your parents are in positions like Fire Chief and Public Defender? Seems like a pretty quintessential suburban family in good positions. Glad to see more sporty characters.

Maybe? My understanding is that there's generally not a ton of money in public service - public defenders in particular work for peanuts, and with three kids, the family's probably financially secure, but not incredibly well off. It's possible I'm misinterpreting; if the GM suggests, I could change quite easily.

The financial security right there screams middle class. Will's family probably makes less than Danny's; Will's dad is the manager of the local hardware store. So Turner would probably be best!

The housing rates are also likely lower than that of Portland, Bangor, and Augusta. So a suburban property isn't as pricy as it is in the bigger cities.

I used to often visit in Maine. I get things.
