Currently since this is they first round, it would be the first group of team members being Aron, Angus, and Azzen. As mentioned before you guys can make a post whenever since you 3 are allies that happen to have their initiatives next to each other for this round. So currently will need a post/roll from Angus with the death save roll and a post from Azzen.

The next group of team would be the enemies which I already posted to have everyone prepare for their next post, and will change if someone thinks they can do something to prevent what the enemy did. In this case it may be Azzen if he has any ideas.

Then once the enemies would finish, then everyone can make a post whenever as a group since your initiatives are all next to each other by that point.

Correct, Orchid would still need the same amount of movement to reach the drake as it would basically be on the same space that the employer was on.

The drake was holding its action until its command was given. But I would say Angus could give some warning or something as he would be on guard when he heard the draconic command to attack Angus and probably just heard it move which allowed him to dodge the initial bite that broke the Drake's invisibility.

Yes, it will be at disadvantage as you don't know where he moved in the room, and that is if he is still in the room at all. So keep in mind, it will be a very difficult and lucky shot if he is even still there.

Would like to ask for the following this round. First wait for a post from Angus, then wait for a post from me for the drake.

Then everyone (Orchid, Najilia, and even Angus) can make a post at any time as all allies' would have a fresh new turn as all of your initiative are next to each other. And on my post I will make a post for Aron and Azzen, then the drake. And we should be good with pacing from there.

I felt like confirming here as I don't think I really mentioned it in the IC as I was focused with the Aron, Azzen, and the drake. But as Najila's recent post and everyone's passive perception, no one heard any movement or coughing from the employer to indicate that he was still in the room.

Currently I will be treating Azzen and Aron as NPCs while the party is in this dungeon. Although I will try to think of a story reason of why the character leaves the party to do their own thing as I don't feel comfortable controlling other player's characters for an very extended time (as if I am the player using and developing the character) when the player leave or are absent. But if you think your characters need them for a bit more time and have a good enough reason to stay a bit longer with the party, then sure, that character will tag along for a bit longer.

For Vixen's case it is unknown if there will be a return or not as I have not heard of any ETA of a possible return date or decision to drop. Because of this, as mentioned just previously, will have a story reason for Aron to leave the party, but if Vixen does return and still mentions the interest to continue playing, then we can discuss how Aron could rejoin the party or could create another character.

Also for when the party eventually have only the 3 members (Angus, Najila, and Orchid) I would be okay for a new member to join if any you know anyone who may be interested before someone else steps in and shows interests in joining. That person may also be held else where in this dungeon as they were one of Tenkern Swiggin's hired workers that was with traveling group in the Novus Alliance and may have already been questioned by the employer.
