My first phone was the best one Alltel had. This was ten or twelve years ago and it had blue tooth connectivity and decent channels like Comedy Central and ESPN. It also had the keyboard you see on phones today, very easy to use. It was called a KRZR. That was when I was 20.

I haven't had a phone in eleven years now. When I'm activating accounts or doing this or that I use my mom's cell phone. Yeah, that's right. My 50 year old mother is more used to them than her son is.

EDIT: I would like a Blackberry for the hell of it.

I've practiced choke holds to effectively take someone out. With that said, I've been on the receiving end of it as well and it is the most disorienting first few seconds when you're coming to. Initially when I first felt the pressure, I became light-headed and then I got a bit cocky like, "nah he can't do-" and next thing I know I was trying to figure out what had happened.

It feels like I've been having a new health problem every week. First I started having a hard time breathing, then it felt like my resting heart rate was too fast, and now both my ears feel weird. I think something is inflamed, but whether it's from allergies or an infection is beyond me right now. Send help.

Unlike @Xandrya, I eat quite fast. It is a quality I acquired in the Army. In some schools, you chew and screw. If you want to eat, do it quickly.

I lived @Gunther's life for two months when I was given roughly 10 minutes to eat. But aside from the occasional rush here and there, I never had to finish my food that rapidly after the fact.

In 2007 at the ripe age of 20 I was distracted by the Olympics on TV and I accidentally allowed a Spanish lime to get lodged in my throat and I nearly died. Like, it was extremely close as according to my mother and aunt I was turning blue. Luckily I managed to swallow it down after a big gulp. My family would have witnessed my death as they didn't think to perform the heimlich but instead watched me struggle to catch my breath.

So yes, ever since I've made sure to chew my food and I'm extra careful with those damn seeds.

I believe I have a case of (mild) psychogenic dysphagia. I have no idea if it was triggered by some bad experience, but back when I was a kid there was a time when all I could bring myself to eat was stew and soup (any soft food, basically). To this day, I have to eat slow and have a really hard time with pills no matter how small they are.

I have synesthesia.
Not only do days of the week have personalities and color themes, but numbers do too. Music makes me see vivid colors and images, while smells link emotions and sound super strongly.

I eat slow as well. I've gotten the same complaints. Father was military though so I can eat faster (and a mother who made sure the plate was clean enough to put back).
