Yeah that sounds good, better than me bashing my skull in for no results lol
I'll throw the current stuff I have up atm, though I've probably changed these things around a thousand times already (I did originally start as being a demon, dabbled as an Angel, even looked at werewolf stuff XD). Trying to go for a anti-demon kind of sthick.

@Lunarlord34 I'd still suggest only having up to 2 rare classes. Also, are you sure Paladin is a basic class? I'm not and I'll have to check. I remember someone in Nazarick having paladin levels but they were novel only I think. I'll get back to you on that.
I'm getting a feeling for this character. Though, you might want to level down your NPCs. You might not have been able to get them up that high after going lone wolf, or you'll at least have to explain why one of Edgelord's NPCs is with her after she left.
I'll help you with abilities best I can at my next break. Unfortunately, my phone service shit the bed at work and I was unable to reply earlier.

@ShwiggityShwah Sounds a lot like your backstory is going to be describing a roleplayer. Don't forget to tell something in the context of him playing the game with friends or guild mates! Your character can definitely tell that story to the new world, though. The right people will eat up that creation myth like it's a bountiful feast.
I can think of an antagonist for this character already. I think you'll like it.
Also, I think you might need to rebalance some racial and class levels. Most facials max at 10 or 15, and it's assumed you need to max one to advance to the next stage. You might go 15, 10, 5 for your racial levels, so you'll have to prune (haha) some job classes. I'd suggest pruning one of the rare classes to drop your rare class number to 2.
Squeeze is... a fantastic name.

@Lunarlord34 Oh, my mistake. Edgelord is your character. Alright. All is mostly in order then.

I will say to boost the age of Edgelord's NPCs. Conflict of interest to feature minors here.

So!

@Lunarlord34 The Sword Saint title is associated (usually) with iaijutsu, which in mythical lore allows them to draw, dash, and swing all in one motion. It's the stereotypical samurai face-off move where one guy gets a cut on his cheek while the other falls in half and sprays blood like he's in a Kurosawa film. Their gimmick may be very strong opening moves, specializing in sword category, not a ton of follow up routine.

Templar is a high class that probably branches from the Cleric class, considering Roberdyck has levels in that class as well as Cleric and High Cleric. It may or may not have more to do with either dealing with undead, or a martial-focused branch for the cleric. Suffice to say, it's probably got divine casting power, and it can just as easily branch from Paladin I bet.

Avenger definitely sounds like a martial-focused paladin branch. They probably come with a specific and gimmicky kit but... I don't want to get carried away and make the whole class right here.

That's about what I've got for now.

@Lunarlord34 Here are some ideas if you're going for a demon hunter or other anti-demon fighter. There's always the holy angle, which includes things like banish, repel (force out or away), repudiate (attack with a divine voice, perhaps conducting rituals) seal (blocking foes' abilities or trapping them, potentially inside stuff), ward (protective barriers or marks that can defend against wounds or statuses), boundary (creating holy lines that cannot be crossed, and can be used to cut unholy things), and so forth. Controlling the battlefield and keeping dark forces at bay with defensive miracles. There's also blessed weaponry. This can all fulfill the stereotypical paladin aesthetic or go for a more renegade priest style. Someone also doesn't need to be of a divine bent to use divine weapons. Why not buy a vial of holy water off some monk and coat your sword with it like poison when going to fight demons?

Alternatively, there's the idea of a monster that turned against its kind, or of someone who become monstrous to fight the monsters. In that case, empowering curses, berserker abilities (growing stronger from wounds and such), or skills that lend themselves toward subterfuge (disguise, magic bombs, et cetera) could fit the bill.

You could also create classes stemming from in-game lore that you make up. Maybe there's an extreme sect in the setting that arms its church hunters with brutal weapons or trains merciless inquisitors to seek out and slaughter evil wherever it may lurk with ruthlessly weaponized versions of more benign monastic tools and iconography. In the game Dante's Inferno, the main character (a sort of paladin) literally blasted out radiant crosses three at a time as projectiles. There's another game called Blasphemous with some imagery that might interest you.

Anyway, that's all just spitballing. Maybe it was helpful though?

Now, note that the actual amount of passive and active abilities supposedly in this game, combined with extra 'content' from the new world, is ridiculous. There are some things that aren't worth listing because it would just be a mess of text. I'll fill in those blanks.

@ShwiggityShwah Also, could you xategorize where some of your abilities come from? Which classes provide them, etc.?

@Disciple Cain before I develop my character further, I just want your ruling on my classes. Namely the pair of Rare Classes. Just want to make sure they're okay.

@Disciple Cain
Yeah, I went through a lot of different levels for NPCs as I wasn't sure where to put them so I can easily downgrade them. And I'm pretty sure someone, can't remember who now, had 10 levels of Paladin so that's what lead me to believe it was a High class. And other sheets had more than two (I don't think anyone had more than 3 though) in total racial/job class so seeing as I went human I thought 3 rares would be fine for jobs but I can just scrap one and pump a few more levels into one of the basic ones.

And yeah the npcs, in general, was interesting as I couldn't really find much on how to make them etc. So Idk if say like a year of being in that guild would've been enough to have decent levelled NPCs, because edgelord is like 17/18, last year of highschool kinda thing and I thought has probably been playing for 2-3 years. Though the age on Syleste is a little hard to change as she just looks that young, but then again anime logic probably means she's 3000 XD

And is that what Sword Saint does? Interesting, explains why it's on Brain then. He does use those kinds of skills I've noticed. And Templar was just for a bit more divine magic stuffs, same with Paladin really. Trying to work that anti-demon route and all, idk if exorcist would've been more fitting or not. Whereas Avenger, I wasn't sure what it would branch off of so I put some levels into everything I thought it might branch off of lol

@Lugubrious
hmm yes that certainly does, a few of the things I was certainly going to use but your suggestions also include a few angles/abilities I hadn't thought of. Funny you mention the monster killing monsters, at one point she was a demon race though with the same backstory and she would still claim to be 'human' despite obviously being a demon, it was more for her story/flavor text that she was part human part demon, seeing as I couldn't find something suiting for it race wise. Was thinking an item or ability would give her some demonic like powers or appearance in this case, though she could easily change back to Demon and thus all her levels would be changed as well lol

Another main reason I picked human though was because everyone in Overlord rps pick the demihumans and monsters lol almost no one ever represents the human/humanoid gang so I took it upon myself to do so XD Even if it kinda just leaves me stuck with just job classes, provides a point of difference if you would I guess from the rest of the cast.

I'm actually currently more interested in what disability he has in 2138 that keeps him from working, and now suddenly curious about how Japan deals with disability.

For the Enginseer, I'm not really fond of the idea of putting in future tech or mostly modern tech to the new world because it doesn't really fit for me. I can see its appeal, but it isn't something I want to feature much of.

The Null Pariah I would rather not have featured here. A constant anti-magic field isn't 'too powerful', but it is incredibly uninteractive.

@Lunarlord34 The whole 'Actually 3000 when she looks 12'... I'm giving that a wide berth. I'm going to put my foot down now about a "No Minors, No Loli, No Shota" rule. I've had and seen too many RPs on this site get really weird after a teenager was put in with a bunch of twenty and thirty-somethings.

On another note, Exorcist could work against Undead (Ghosts) and Demons. If you're looking for more magical means of locking down a fight against a Ghost or Demon, that would be the way to do it. Might also help dealing with demonic and ghostly domination effects and other related things.

@Bright_Ops Note about the Engineering thing-- there's a lot you definitely still can construct, I'm just eschewing some of the more ridiculous things that came from Yggdrasil like... Power Suits (literally Wanzer's/Mobile Suits). Golems and other such constructs are definitely in scope, and I suspect one of your cohorts is also an automaton that you might've designed. I can see that there's a lot to work with here in Bright Ops building their MACHINE DOMAIN or something like that with their engineering, blacksmithing, mining, and researching skills. Because of the amount of crafting levels you have, there may actually be things that you can't go toe-to-toe with so easily, or maybe not at all since those crafting levels don't translate to combat power. Then again, you don't have to. Your metal minions can do the work for you.

Struggling to think of a good race...would prefer demihuman or heteromorph for the sake of some fun racial levels, but for some reason I have been rather indecisive. Angel, Demon, Snakeman, etc. Almost considered if part-human demi races would be even a thing to choose from. XD

Anyone got some suggestions?

Fixed it and finished history.

Still have cohorts and items to describe.

Oh and I would be very much open to abilities that can be alot of fun for others. I don't intend to fight other god players, believing its more fun to have intrigues then apocalyptic battles.

Squeeze being ridden as a mount would be a fun and funny scene. Helping design their farmland, gardens and animals would be another.
