I'm interested in this :)
Awesome! Would you like me to reserve a CO for you? You could go ahead and get the CS filled out if you’d like

Based on your description, Kass would be considered a dragon shifter. Dragons only have the one form of dragon.
You can feel free to flesh her out if you would like(:

Thank you. I will make some adjustments and send it to you via PM if that's alright.

interested! putting together some ideas for a sheety
Sure!
I had a question about races though- if Elves are inherently magical, and humans are inherently non-magical, where do half elves sit? If there is a such thing as half elves. I'm toying with the idea of a sort of semi-magical pit fighter. Less shooting fireballs and more like elementally enhanced punches, short range telekinetic/elemental fists, and the like.
I was also playing with the idea of a sort of arcane archer- lightning bolt arrows anyone?
alright guys! we need a guide and another CO, and then I'll close signups. When that happens, and all characters have been approved, I will open the IC.

I haven't finished with either of their backgrounds, honestly.
I can say for almost certain a half elf/human would not be likely to happen. And if it did, the parents and the kid would be outcasts. And to elves, family and culture is everything, so to be outcast would be to basically die to who they are.
Humans are...very fearful. They don't trust the other races...at all; with the possible exception to the dragons since they have proven to be protectors. But with elves, dwarves, and especially shifters, they keep themselves separate. They are led by fear of the unknown. Yes, there are a lot of good humans who see the good in everyone. What modern day people would call "humanitarian." People who go out and fight for what's right, equality, all that good stuff. (I am one of those, by the way.) They may even be the majority, but they are still fearful of the unknown and their first instinct is to shoot first, ask questions later. If a human were to have a kid with another race, they would be socially outcast, and possibly kicked out and disowned by their family.
Now, if it were to happen, then yes, magic could be present. But to a very limited extent. I'm talking less than half the normal magical ability a full elf would have. And they would have a hard time controlling it for a long time. The elemental punches would not be enough to knock a person across the room, but it would give them an edge up. Does that make sense?
Do you want us to post WIP CS here or wait for the OOC?
Here's my CS: The Summoner: A Wolf Shifter (tell me if I should change this to dwarf and not wolf shifter) Za'vunhul, more commonly known as the Howler, is a Wolf Shifter and a Summoner mage. Gender: Male. Elven Appearance: pure white hair, and sky blue eyes. He would wear a grey wolf-fur robe, covering his body. A scar running from his left eyebrow to his nose is visible on his face. History: Born to the ancient race of Uulfrs, talking humanoid wolves, which are now scattered due to the Great War. He has the ability to shift from a wolf to a human. Wanting to be able to protect, he learned Summoning magic and used that to fend off attackers. While he mostly summons wolves to attack enemies, his abilities are not limited by that and can summon any animal that is related or is a canine. Personality: Mysterious, cocky, and sarcastic. Wolf Appearance: His head is white, and rest of fur is grey. His scar can still be seen in his wolf form. He is a humanoid wolf that walks on his hind legs. Strengths: He can summon a full pack of wolves at the peak of his power, and is very fast and agile, and has large stamina. He also is strategic, and what he lacks in close-up attacks, he makes up for in ranged attacks and intelligence. Flaws: It's hard for other people to earn his trust, and he only joined the quest to prevent more destruction. He also is a bit cocky and believes he can go into any battle and win, though in actuality, it's far from the truth.

You need some physical weaknesses to balance out the strengths.
I would like a little more fleshed out and organization.
@Bitterblue111
Updated CS, let me know if I can become a CO now.
