Part VI: Alola: roleplayerguild.com/topics/169694-pok…
In this section of the series, our heroes are heading out too Galar. It is starting off with a special exhibition match between Johto Champion, "Dragon Master" Liam Coleman, and Galar's undefeated Champion, Leon.
Rules:
* no Arceus moding
* In Alola, you have to be at least 11, not at least 10
* Your starter has to be appropriate to the region. i.e. You can only take Chikorita in Johto ,etc. In Kalos, There is also the Kanto starters as options, just like in X and Y.
*Professors will Never give you a hidden ability starter
* If they are a returning character, they are now one year older.
*Non-lengenday Pokemon that there are one of: such as the Red Gyarados are divided up in the same manner as legends.
* It is implied that you have an adequate supply of poke balls, potions, etc, but Master Balls are still rare. You typically will only receive them from where you get them in the games appropriate to the region.
* no controlling another player's trainer, or their Pokemon.
* Pokemon have to be found in a logical local: i.e. Gyarados will not be in a volcano
* Starting with Unova, pokémon can only be found in the region they were introduced in or a later one. An exception to this would be (upon approval) receiving an egg of it through some means.
* The Players hometown may be from any game or a named Island of the Orange Islands where there was a human population (or if the location had a human population in the anime, like the Seafoam Islands did.)
* As for legendaries: Until we go to their region they can not be claimed. You must request them, who catches which legends will be determined via lottery.
* Arceus CAN NOT be captured
* Shinies are allowed, but please do not go hog wild on it, still make it a rare find.
* You can give as much or as little detail on your trainer's family as you want.
* When your pokedex is reading off info on a pokemon, please italicize it. Also of note: Since Oak and the other Prof's have no knowledge of Mewtwo, neither will any pokedex. (There also is only one Mewtwo, which has been captured.)
* Unless otherwise stated the gym leader/Kahuna has what they have in the anime. This means Pewter City does not have Brock as a leader. the leaders are his parents Flint and Lola as well as the oldest of his little brothers and sisters, Forrest. Go to serebii.net 's Character bio's to see their teams.
As for Alola, since Every Z-crystal will be protected by a totem Pokémon, the location of each crystal and which totem protects it will be up soon.
*In the situation of Galar since you have to have a recommendation to take on the league, those recommendations can come from any of the following:
- Any Galar Gym leader
- Champion Leon
- Frmr Champion Mustard
- Chairman Rose
- Prof Magnolia
I will discuss with my Co-GM on which two varying gym leaders we will use, but all four are viable options for a recommendation regardless.

Bio:
If you wish, you can also submit a rival for your trainer who uses the same skeleton but please note how they interact with your trainer. Do they treat them how Gary used to treat Ash? Do they get along like May and Drew? You do not have to state your rival's starter.
Name: Liam Coleman
Age: 16
Hometown: Blackthorn City
Appearance (pic preferred):
Who recommended them for Galar Leauge: Rihan, Number in the tournament: 11
Note: In Galar He shortly in receives the Track Suit, shoes, and bag for the Dragon Gym too wear.
Starter: Scorbunny
Bio: Liam dreamed of being a pokemon trainer like his father was once upon a time. He has a fondness for dragons. He dreamed of what the Dragon's Den would look like and hopes to one day be able to visit it. Liam traveled tough Kanto with Shiaranui. The two faced off in the final round of the tournament. When Liam was a baby, he had a babysitter, a Chansey named Florence. (She has evolved since Liam left on his journey.) A slip on a wet floor in the Pewter City Museum revealed that his hair is only dyed black. It was revealed in Blackthorn City, that he is the son of a Nurse Joy. He was as a random trainer called him when he was 5, "The shiny Pokémon of humans." Liam also explained that he uses a special dye, that has Bluk Berries as a key ingredient.
Liam participated in and won the first and second ever Dragon Cup in Blackthorn City, having teleported home for it with his shiny Alakazam, Sherlock. He has also mastered the Battle Chateau in Kalos. Liam was the runner-up in Hoenn's Grand Festival and won The Evergrande Conference. Liam went on to fight and defeat Hoenn's Elite and Champion. Liam has also mastered the Battle Frontier, before coming in second during his second attempt at the Indigo Conference after a tough battle with his friend, Chuck North.
Requested Legend(s): Eternatius
and his rival:
Name: Trevor Walton
Age: 16
Hometown: Vermilion City
Appearance (pic preferred):
Starter: -
Bio: Trevor disliked Liam, he disliked Liam solely due to the fact that he felt inadequate, believing Liam is coincided by his looks and talent in training. During the trip though Kanto, Trevor more or less followed the path of Blue in the original games. Recently, Trevor has warmed up some to Liam and Shiranui. He still may not particularly like them, but he respects them as strong Pokemon Trainers.
