The number four, April spearheads quite the aforesaid conspiracy tales but for some, it emphasizes the cycle of rebirth.

A fleeting skycry wailed nupon the death of Japan's now former #1 and Symbol of Hope, Todoroki Enzou the Phoenix Hero, Zeal, has left society the agonizing burdens of the future. The Hero Commission endeavored its best efforts to calm the panic rage of society lamenting the loss of security and the League of Villains return to power as their leader, Ryukazuki The Godfather murdered Zeal in cold blood. Life has definitely changed and will never be the same moving forward but despite the perilous times ahead, the sun shines upon those who are willing to stand above the odds. You are a True Hero who sets your heart ablaze no matter the despair, hope is in you.

Fear not the rumors of war around you but understand your fear and do right to overcome it. Will you continue mourning for Zeal or carry his legacy and be the Hero or live in ignorance as the League breaks down society? As a matter of fact, it already has begun and the Hero Commission has been infiltrated and sooner, the Japanese Government but not for the Hero Schools alike. Eirei will not be shaken by the psychological warfare of the League, never and never will they give into despair.

The Japanese Government decreed a strong sand of promotion, Provisional Hero Licenses has been the talk of the town very recently. Fortified Dormitories has also been strictly reinforced to keep the students, safe, from the clutches of the League and internships as a domino effect of the fall has also been on dire demand. Civilians are to abide by the curfew law of staying at home by 9pm and work from home has also been established due to the League's 5th ranking villain, Toxic has polluted the air, therefore causing some parts of the country to be quarantined.

Not to worry, Toxic was already incarcerated in Tartarus by the Pro-Heroes, Jackalope and Snake Eyes but the devastating toxic fumes has yet to be countered.

What's that? Internships? Even during the first day of school, the World Hero Association has announced to Japan that all tertiary students nationwide are to attend internships and gain experience onward.

All at the same day, the new #1 Hero has been announced — Himura Hakune the Ice Hero.

The Civil War has begun!

In light of these perilous times, moreso that a week has past since the death of Zeal, the Hero Commission Board in hopes of diffusing panic has held a press conference in the Hero Billboard Chart in Kyūshū.

Unlike any other broadcast, there were no people preset due to the former being a quarantined area so instead our attendees put their best and first virtual conference, broadcasted all over the net. Hayama Saya famous for her sophisticated Weather News has been granted to usher the conference, therefore gladly making the pointers of information, it also appeared that there's a lot of mixed feelings between the Pillars.

"Firstly, due to the catastrophic toxic fumes caused by the Toxic Villain let us observe Social Distancing and best hygiene practices, please.

Please turn on your force field devices at all times, it will help us regulate out vitals and even shield us from the toxic fumes. As you can see from my holographic screen, Detnerat has created this awesome Support Item to which the prototype was the Face Mask and Face Shield dating back 2019, 774 years ago. Due thanks to CEO Yotsubashi Mariya.

Next, the World Hero Association has hosted a tournament this coming Summer. Wow, isn't that a worldwide Sports Festival, the venue will be held in the United States of America! To compete, our nation's schools will battle it out in the Budokan Sports Festival! More info will be revealed once the day happens!

To cut the chase, may I present you our Pillars!"
Much to her chagrin, only a few showed up as it appears that the bandwidth for the internet service provider couldn't handle all data pocketing distribution to those online.

Not only that, Snake Eyes Agency hacked the broadcast to directly address the matter at hand.

"Headmaster Hakune Himura

I am Nikushimi Shinsetsuna, the fourth pillar, Snake-Eyes. You are hearing from me today for uncharacteristic reasons. As you and every surviving Hero of the day would be familiar with, we are in a dark time. Vast numbers of our Heroes have been killed, even our greatest, Zeal, was defeated by The Godfather, Ryukazuki Keyaru. Japan is in a bind, and with our current generation of Heroes against the wall, something must be done. We need a new generation.

I have been serving as a full Hero since I was of the rank of Paige. Unlike most, I prefer to not bother with internships, but given the recent problems, we need as many as we can get. To this end, I would like to inform you, as well as anyone at Eirei concerned with this matter, that I am willing to take on a handful of internships. As many as are willing to train with the fourth pillar. I realize my reputation with the media may paint me as a very unpleasant Hero, but I hope that your students are not so easily swayed that they would turn down an opportunity like this.

I look forward to hearing from Eirei soon.

Nikushimi Shinsetsuna, The Malicious Hero: Snake-Eyes"Having delivered the message calmly.

Hakune logged in, has only revealed a photo of herself as her profile picture.

Believe me when I say this, Shinsetsuna. The deaths of the 144,000 will not be in vain — I am quite the ancient relic for being 120-years old and over but surely I tell you, Keyaru will be brought down in the name of Justice, giving a beat down to the Ryukazuki Yakuza as you know it, is my specialty.

I have fought three Ryukazuki in my lifetime and I'm not gonna let the young boss of the League to have his way.

For more than 95 years, I have served Eirei and our society, the weight on my shoulders is not to be handled alone. The era of Zeal has made a truly complacent effect, while he may have pros, he also has cons. I do not wish to speak against our late symbol but clearly Japan needs to know not to treat your Heroes as gods.

Frankly I tell you, our society is naive and has always been saturated with debauchery and shamless perversion of heroism through celebritism showbiz. By the power vested in me as the #1 Hero, the truth must come out, we are at war with the League and like a game of chess, we are facing a Civil War. Whether the press wants to silence and leave the people in the dark, it's up to them.

Drop mic, I'm outta here..."

“The same can be said for me but we don’t need a system of rankings from the number one down, we need as many number ones as we can manage, if we want our society to fix itself, we need to start with ourselves."

And so a controversy spread like wildfire.

April 14, 774

Real-time as the Hero Billboard Conference just finished, the daily routine of activities promptly resumed.

From the dark came the light, the Professors of Eirei attended a meeting with Headmaster Hakune. Unlike the rest of Japan, Eirei is the only school where Homeroom Representatives are taught the Professional Independent Exercise (P.I.E), this means that they are capable of teaching and leading their class in absence of their Professors. This protocol is immediately applied even if the Professors are indefinitely absent, rarely getting Eirei substitute Professors unless crucial. Under the Japanese Government law procedures, those who took the P.I.E will by default be licensed teachers. This is Japan's way of giving responsibilities with benefits and also cut down unworthy class representatives.

Onto the Lady Miyako Common Room, the very lounge that is named after the Second Headmaster, Takami Miyako — 2A and 2B are gathered as the broadcast ended.

This was also a crucial stage for the Homeroom Representatives, Oda Honoka, Matsushima Keiji Kishimoto Sasuke and Anna Costello because they not only have to lead the class but this was also a scholarly competition between the four of them. Depending on their leadership performance, only one of them will be promoted within the inner ranks of the Eirei Student Council. It should be noted that Homeroom Representatives are the outer student council.

The four representatives are seated like the rest of the students. If not for Sasuke's insistent behavior, the gathering would have never happened, he was one of the few who conspired hacking the broadcast for his classmates to hear and see.

"Well you heard those honorable ladies. We got a war coming and I know you're all anxious about it, so now I will leave a parting question that you can answer someday, what are you willing to sacrifice for the greater good? Until then let's move out, there will be an Internship Recruitment in a few minutes and Pro-Heroes will be coming." Sasuke spoke while having flamboyantly consumed 10 watermelons and the room was a mess as the cleaner bots clean.

"This doesn't change anything, Oda, Matsushima, I may have helped you out just now but I will be the one to be the next Student Council President and even if I don't, it will be Anna. Class A sure is troublesome, to think that at the first week you already have a bad reputation when your traitor classmate, Īda Enka nearly murdered some First Years, he's probably part of the League by now. We all know who rightfully seats on the throne with the divine right to rule."

Lady Miyako Common Room

Shinon was visibly shaken by the announcement of the Hero Billboard Conference and what almost had happened to some first years. She was here with her class and 2B’s class since a crucial event happened right now. It was a scholarly competition between the four class reps between the two classes. There was already tension from what happened with the original male class rep of 2A betraying Eirei Academy.
’ What’s going to happen now of all things. It feels like the world went to shit after the death of Zeal.’ Shinon thought to herself while sitting looking at the two class reps of her class and the two from 2B.

Sasuke insisted this meeting should have happened, and he started talking. His words made her worried and slightly more anxious with what he gave as a parting question. She didn’t know how to answer that parting question. However, there is an Internship Recruitment in a few minutes, and Pro-Heroes will be coming. Shinon did see how much Sasuke enjoyed eating ten watermelons while talking. She didn’t help but giggle at how he ate those watermelons, but everyone has their quirks when eating.

It didn’t take long for Sasuke to bring up Ida Enka nearly murdered some first years and the reputation of her classroom now because of that traitor. Shinon was always the most helpful and kind towards everyone, but that irked her. She never knew that Ida Enka was going to betray them or try to kill anyone. In terms, Shinon took a few breaths before speaking her mind to Sasuke.
” For one, I had no idea that Ida Enka was going to betray 2A or even nearly murder some first years. He just stopped talking to everyone before his plan started. It shocked me to the core that someone I trusted as a Class Rep would do that. I am grateful that Matsushima-san is our new rep.” Shinon said. She was a bit irritated with what Sasuke said, but she, in essence, disliked how high and mighty Sasuke was acting.

Shinon gave out an aspirated sigh and shakes her head at the shock still in her system of what has happened. This week was the worst. She looks towards Katō Emiho, which is her friend since she wants to talk to her. It was only because Emiho probably had a good idea of what Pro-Hero to be part of during the Internship.
” Katō-chan, which Pro-Hero are you going to be taking as an internship? If you know, I will go with you since it’s always good to be with friends.” Shinon said with a giggle. She didn’t really have any idea about an internship since she was a bit too afraid. All this is a bit too much for her basically felt like she saw her mother when she was crying. Her mother crying was one of the biggest digs in her soul since her grandparents were a bit overly hard on Rei.

Esuha City, Guiding Waters Agency

Inside of the Guiding Waters Agency in Rei’s Office on the agency's fifth floor, her husband Suzuki, her firstborn daughter Chihiro and herself. Yukimura Rei was a bit shocked at the announcements at the Hero Billboard Conference. Nikushimi Shinsetsuna, the fourth pillar, started to take on more internships to help get more heroes into the ranks. Himura Hakune said that it shocked her the most, and she announced they are on a cusp of a civil war. Rei knows she must guide the generation so they can be great heroes, as she always has done. The guidance of the younger generations must be able to contend with those villains, and the idea of having many more #1 Heroes would be a good idea.

Suzuki could tell his wife had much stress on her, but that is why Chihiro is here to help her guide the heroes to be the best of their abilities. He interrupted his wife’s thoughts by playing his harp to help everyone since this is a stressful time.
” It would be better if you weren’t so stressed out, my lovely wife. Balance is better when you are properly in the mood to help guide our new soon-to-be heroes.” Suzuki said. He says things that make his wife not so stressed since she can be outright stressed at most times. It is only because running an Agency, being a mother, and a pillar is hard work.

Rei gives out a small giggle at what her husband said, and the goofy aloof husband is an optimist as he is. She sighs deeply with regret in feeling so stressed it doesn’t help that her youngest is so far away from her right now. Shinon is on her own path and needs to get out of underneath her mother’s shadow, or she won’t grow into the beautiful woman that she will be.
” I am grateful to be your wife, Suzuki. You always know how to get the best out of me. I should probably get to work than about what I should do.” Rei said with a smile. She does know her older daughter probably wants to say something.

Chihiro has a worry streak about her little sister Shinon, the sweetest and kindest girl that is shy and unable to say her peace. She looks over to her mother while sitting on the couch in her mother’s office since the Guiding Waters Agency is where she wants to stay.
” Mother, I am worried deeply. Shinon is living at Eirei Academy, but I hope she’s alright.” Chihiro said with a tone of incredible worry. Shinon and her are close even though Chihiro is much more outgoing, and Shinon is a bit of a person who would rather deal with homework and stay inside.

Rei smiles gently towards her daughter Chihiro and knows how close the two are. It is cute to think the older sister is terrified for her little sister, but Shinon is compared to Chihiro. They are not opposites since they are both beautiful, and Rei loves them so much as daughters and would never pick them until they are absolutely ready to be the new head of the family. Rei isn’t ready to retire from being the head of the Yukimura Family since she has to see her daughter grow up into a beautiful woman and finally get out of her shell of shyness.
” Chihiro, you shouldn’t worry that much. It is a good thing that Shinon is at Eirei Academy instead of dealing with what had happened. They have great security, and I do believe Shinon will be safer there than anywhere else. But she’ll need to pick an internship. I have a feeling I do know who I would want to watch my daughter.” Rei said with a smile.

Suzuki looked at his eldest daughter and need her to get out of the office so Rei can send her messages to the people she wants to send to. All because Chihiro still needs to practice one of her newest hero moves that heals like a healing beam of light. Suzuki has been helping her in this sense. He is much of a person who enjoys giving useful criticism to hero moves.

Rei watches her husband and Chihiro leave the office to go somewhere else, which would be the training room on the 1st floor on the left side of the building. She decides to send no other than communication to Nikushimi Shinsetsuna, the fourth pillar. Obviously, she wants to write on it since even though Snake-Eyes is one of those who are brutal, get the job done.
It feels like it was yesterday we last talked, but you were busy with your hero work, and I was guiding heroes to their future. I am happy that you finally decided to take on more internships because of these dark times. I have respected what you have done to rid our world of villains since heroes need to do what they must and others to do what they must. What I am getting at is, can you please help my youngest, Yukimura Shinon the Tidal Priestess, survive this darkness?

I wouldn’t want to bury my children before I die since I love them so much. As Glaser, I send my serenity to you. It would be what my husband would say, so I am copying him somewhat. Hehe, sorry for that.
Rei felt like that should be enough for Nikushimi Shinsetsuna to deal with since anymore. It would more feel like a worried mother over another Pillar sending a letter to help their daughter stay alive in these dark times.

Therefore, Rei would accept an internship as normal since her usual number when Zeal was still alive was around 18 internships. However, since the Heroes lost much in Zeal’s Death, it will be better to increase her internships. Rei is ever much one that has some deep-seated issues, and those issues usually come up whenever remembering how her parents put her on a pedestal, and it sucks. She gets up from her desk since she needs to get some water before starting crying since it would be better not to. It hurt Shinon the most seeing her cry since she couldn’t handle the overloading pressure her parents gave her.

Amaya sighed standing up after the broadcast. She never liked such things as they were to shine hope and brighten lives even when the veil of how screwed up society. She has seen it first-hand many times and refuses to believe in being bright shiny and happy all the time. She looked around at the gathering "First of all, Sasuke, Shut up and leave them alone. They lost a dear friend to the corruption of villain society, they don't need you kicking them more. Secondly, we all know the heroes will be recruiting and we got our license to immediately start our internships, Anything else the annoying record player wants to repeat, or are we done here? I got things to prepare for." Spoke the snow-white-haired female adjusting her glasses as her bright ice blue eyes had an unnatural glow about them, a lot more than usual. Amaya Himura was considered the strongest in the class when it comes to the raw force and will to make her opponents fall to their knees in front of her. she was ruthless but that was why she was known as the Ice Princess.

Aurora took a deep breath adjusting her glasses calming her mind down. It was unnerving to know what their once well know friend to have become a villain that went on a murder spree. She shook her thoughts out of her head looking around the room "L-Lets not be mean t-t-to each other...We need to...be friends and work together through this. We got the exams to be focusing on and getting our internships...We work so hard for this"She spoke trying to defuse the tension in the room between the two classes as she really wanted to run and hide so Doing anything else was odd for the small girl to do as she looked everywhere else than her classmates.

A small figure slowly moved from within a black unmarked car watching the school in front of her as she looked back towards the blackened car "I know..."She said gently turning as the car door shut behind her once her suitcase sat next to her. She watched the car drive off before she turned back to the school slowly lifting up the handle on her suitcase "So this is where Big brother goes during the school year.."She whispered to herself watching the school with her big blood-red eyes. The academy was massive so hoping to find her new class or even her brother was going to be hard as she never been anywhere outside of her home and the permitted family gatherings she was allowed to Attend. She had never been to an actual school or made any friends other than her stuffed animals at home. Now anyone can ask why a child was dropped off at a school for heroes and honestly even she didn't know the full reason. She was doing as her family wished and that was to be of as much support as she could be with her brother even gaining special permission to attend the academy as just some exchange student. Hopefully, she would be smart enough to understand and handle the adventures to await her but the real challenge was to start. Taking the first step on to school grounds and find her brother and the headmaster. Now if only she knew where to go.

Chinatsu took a deep breath gathering her courage slowly moving on to the academy grounds trying her best to remember to move her left foot in front of her right and vise versa. thought after walking while she froze in place realizing that she was now in the middle of a moving crowd and everyone was much taller than her, barely seeming to notice her "oh no..."She whispered forgetting the directions she was told of where she needed to go.

Keiji's interlaced knuckles turned white as the broadcast ended. It seems that his suspicions were confirmed. Even his family's been in a stir, try as they might to keep it under wraps. The general atmosphere of the firm just felt warped. Sasuke's idea to bring both classes into the know seemed a tad reckless. Still, it was better to know than be left in the dark.

Keiji listened to Sasuke's words before letting a smile seep onto his face. Sasuke seemed to be atleast be driven by a desire to help the classes than himself... probably. His smile faltered as the boy began to speak about their ex-class representative- Īda Enka. Īda was a reliable, if a bit flamboyant, and diligent representative. One could always count on him to come through, so his betrayal stung all the more. It was sort of a whiplash to Keiji and he wasn't as close to him as others, so he couldn't imagine how the others felt.

What was more surprising was that Keiji was to replace Īda as the male class representative rather than Dietrich... or even Hatsumi. The fact that he was named class representative was something that gave him pause- he's never had such stringent responsibilities set on him. Nevertheless, Keiji accepted the position and has been trying his best to fulfill his role. He's pretty much has had to rely on Oda to take care of his many short-comings, which made him remember to get her a thank-you gift sometimes int he future.

Keiji listened to his Shinon then Amaya's words and internally thanked them. He wasn't exactly one for disagreements but it seems like there's a certain expectation from his classmates that he should defend their class. Their death stares directed at Sasuke seemed to indicate as such.

Keiji got up his seat and sauntered over to Sasuke's location and approached his side. "Now, now, Sasuke," He said, slinging his arm over the irritable boy smiling all the while, "Aurora's right, It's not the time for us to be divided, Classes A and B should be united to strengthen each other."

"Riling up rivalries between our classes isn't exactly Student Council President material," Keiji unslung his arm and gripped Sasuke's shoulder, "... is it?"

Truth be told, Keiji was undecided if he would even shoot for that kind of a position. It seemed like an indoctrinate amount of work and other people seemed more deserving.

"But... it's as class rep Sasuke has said," Keiji turned to his colleagues, "Be sure to attend the recruitment, please. I don't want to hear that someone's skipped a mandatory event... again."

"That said, I'll excuse myself early as I have to meet my brother," He continued, walking to the exit, "If any of you need anything, just call me."

Keiji stepped out of the Miyako Common Room and made his way outside. The wave of students and people made it hard to do so, but he could mostly move around or power through the wave. This was before he saw a small, helpless girl seemingly frozen in the current of people. Being who he is, Keiji dropped his current task to help. His brother could wait, probably. He made his way to the girl and squatted at the girl (@BlackMaiden). Luckily the crowd seemed to notice this and gave both of them some space.

"Hello there," Keiji said, "I don't mean to pry but, are you lost by chance?"

Hideaki Matsushima arrived at the entrance of Eirei Academy. His black limousine was dismissed with a wave of the hand as he stared at the building. It had been a few years since his graduation from it but he still feels like home in the institution. Hideaki adjusted his cuffs and crushed his cigarette before throwing it into a bin. With an icy look he scanned the premises, trying to find his brother whom promised to meet him before the internship recruitment drive.

His parents had given him this task to be the representative of the Matsushima firm. He's been told that this internship drive is important and he should perform his best to gain the most performers. Keiji had complained that he was too cold and "pretty intimidating", to be able to do the recruitment 'properly'. As such his younger brother had put him through drills on how to smile with your eyes.

A small smile cracked on his frosty exterior. ... Runt has the audacity to say I am not charismatic? Hideaki thought, glad that his brother was being proactive as he is. This smile also seemed to scare a random passerby who glimpsed his expression.

Now... where was his precocious brother?

Hasaki has sat at the back of the classroom that they had all gathered in with the hopes of zoning out during the conference that Sasuke had insisted they all listen to. The conference would have probably been something of interest had Hasaki not already had the same kind of talk from the clan elders. Of course for that meeting, he had to travel back to the Todoroki palace to meet in person. Though that meeting had been more family-centric, it still touched on mostly the same subjects, who was the new number one hero, what the students were expected to do, and what the elders expected of Hasaki. Not only that but the students had already been briefed by their instructors making everything about this pointless in his eyes.

Seeing as the other students had looks of worry and concern on their faces Hasaki rolled his eyes as he stood from his seated position placing his hands in his jacket. “I agree with the Ice Princess here, Sasuke. if you're gonna drone on and on making it something we don't already know would you? And don't worry about those scary villains, we A-list heroes will protect you.” he stated with a cocky smirk leaving the other students in the small classroom.

As Hasaki began to walk through the hallway he looked over the mass of people that began to flood into the small corridor. Luckily though most gave him a wide berth to walk considering his reputation and his family name. Not long into walking, however, he noticed another small bubble had been made in the hallway around Haze which seemed odd to him but was more confusing at first was the small white-haired girl next to him. “Chinatsu? What are you doing here?”

Chinatsu looked around even jumping a tiny bit to see if she could find any sort of direction of where she was needing to head, while manga ing to move out of the way of some students that paid no mind to the small girl. Not noticing someone actually talking to her she nearly jumped out of her skin quickly turning around to see Keiji squat down to her height to better accommodate her during their talk. She was silent trying to debate whether to talk to a complete stranger or not. he was a student by uniform so maybe he knew where she was to go "Y-yes...I am Looking for Hasaki Todoriki."She said in her usual soft tone looking towards him before looking away quickly.

Soon it seemed like a prayer was the answer as Chinatsu immediately heard a very familiar and welcoming voice to her ears looking around before spotting who it belongs to "Hasaki!"She said happily "Thanks, mister!" she said quickly to Keiji bowing before moving herself to Hasaki hugging his waist before quickly pulling herself away "The clan sent me to come to live here with you. They said it is beneficial for you. Father said safest for me...what does that mean? Oh, I got a note from father too to give you and the paperwork from the...The principal or was it, headmistress?" she said trying to think of the wording the others use as she reached into her that before pulling out a folded letter for him before reaching into her suitcase bring out the paperwork "It has apparently already been approved to..."She added really excited and happy to be talking with Hasaki again as she moved to her usual spot to his right holding on to the edge of his shirt.

Emerald Miasma Agency

Agency of Nikushimi Shinsetsuna

Approximately 2.4km or 1.36 miles from Eirei

A beautiful penthouse on the outskirts of the city easy on the eyes in quaint, yet lovely colors. Iron gates guarded exterior, and curtains prevented looking in from a distance. This was the agency of the Fourth Pillar Hero, Nikushimi Shinsetsuna: The Malicious Hero. Behind the walls, one could tell this was the home of one who greatly appreciated herself: a living room space large enough to house an entire showroom of cars, a pantry stocked with delicious sweets and alcohols you seldom ever knew the name of, and warm lights that make the room feel fuzzy and quaint in your heart. You wouldn’t think that this was an agency for a Hero, but the truth is beneath the layer of finery and hedonism. This house held secrets.

The day was growing long, and as the school of Eirei Academy was prepared to release its students for the dorms, a black car rolled up to the perimeter, the driver presented an identification with the name ”Emerald Miasma.” This was the transport for the students who had been approved for Snake-Eyes’ internship training, which would only be undeniably thorough. Officially. a number of students were chosen over the rest to train under her: Keiji Matsushima, Shinon Yukimura, Konig Dietrich, Kato Emiho, Heidi Thomas, and Phoebe Carmichael. This was the start of their internship with Snake-Eyes. Prior to this, Nikushimi had received a message from Glaser herself, asking to take Yukimura Shinon in as one of the interns. That, of course was her decision, not her mother’s.

The common room was buzzing with concerned and fear. Nikushimi stood outside in the hallway waiting for them, they would be unable to miss, or confuse the presence of someone such as her. She didn’t care about rounding children up, besides, they were no doubt rattled from the news, so it would be best to let them take things in while they could, before they had to train. The Malicious Hero wore a dark green overcoat, with her jet black hair braided behind her hair. Her piercing jade eyes and jagged razor teeth made her stand out among most. Snake-Eyes had an air of domination about her, like she could stomp anyone into the ground at any second, hence her reputation. After Zeal’s demise, along with virtually all of the modern day heroes, the survivors have been put in a position where overtime is the new normal. No one can grow complacent. In that sense, Zeal was one of the very few real heroes society every had. She could overhear their conversations, they were al gathered in class A to discuss what happened. Communication was vital. This much they all understood, with everything that’s happened, they had to.

Yozoru Hoshi
The Cosmic Hero

Needless to say, Yozoru was distraught.

Between the absolute massacre of so many heroes, the number one hero Zeal’s death, and Enka’s abandonment, nothing was okay. Everyone was in distress, Keiji was now the new rep for class 1a, and Sasuke was drilling everyone about this situation. ”This really isn’t the time to be nagging each other.” Said the girl with neon bioluminescent hair, and glowing blue eyes. Yozoru stood up and marched over to Sasuke, Keiji, and Amaya. She wore a crop top, and a skirt with thin leggings. A little underdressed by comparison, but no one bothered her over it, given her quirk. ”We’re all in need of someone to help us. Zeal’s gone. That means we gotta help ourselves right now. I...I don’t know what happened with Enka, I miss him. His family misses him, but missing him isn’t gonna bring him back. It won’t bring Zeal back!” There was a tone of intensity backed by genuine sympathy for her classmates. Sasuke always gave them this kind of talk. He definitely felt right at home in the position of class B’s rep. While Amaya was easily one of the more powerful in her students in her class, Yozoru filled that role in her own. However, Snake-Eyes was right.

”It’s like they said in the conference, we can’t just fill in seats in a hierarchy or whatever, everyone needs to make Zeal’s legacy the bare minimum. Heroes are crippled right now, we can’t sit here and lecture each other all day, we need to train! We need to get out there and handle villains, the league, and everyone who threatens society!” There was no denying the fact that Ryukazuki was waging war with the world, even if no one wanted to say it. ”Whenever the pros arrive, we all need to be there and get a spot. Japan needs every hero it can get right now. The death toll was over 140,000. I don’t like it either, but someone has to step up, and it’s gonna be us.”

Wherever Enka ran off to, he left a hole in his wake. He was a symbol of dignity and respect at Eirei. The students looked to him for guidance, he was like a leader to them. Yozoru felt the impact of his betrayal just as much as the rest, but she couldn’t let it get to her. That’s what the League of Villains wanted them to do: get complacent. They will inevitably take advantage of this vulnerability that has been exposed in hero society. Everyone has to step up, there is no room for waiting.

”Everybody needs to become greater than Zeal.”

In the corner of her eye, she spotted the presence of someone intimidating...Yozoru turned around to see the fourth there behind them. ”Snake-Eyes? Are you here for the recruitment?”

”Yes, I am.” she replied with a smooth, devilish voice.

Tanegashima Kaguya
Liftoff

"Now, now," Kaguya said, trying to calm the classroom down. She stood up from her desk, exuding an air of authoritativeness mixed with her usual bombastic nature. "What Sasuke's saying might be a bit abrasive, but he's got a point. If Enka could turn, so could any of us. Our powers are not what makes us heroes. On the other hand, no matter how much power one hero can have, even Zeal can be taken down. So to answer Sasuke's first question, what are we willing to sacrifice? The easy answer is 'everything', or 'my life'. But only villains are willing to sacrifice 'everything', and sacrificing your own life will only give us another tragedy. We can only sacrifice that which is ours to sacrifice. A villain will sacrifice the live of others for his own gain, but those lives are not his to give. So we should consider the fine line between being a villain and a hero, even if it forces us to face a tragedy near and dear to our hearts. And there are things more worthy to sacrifice than your own life. Your time, your effort, your resources, even your relationships. Very soon, some pro-heroes are going to come in that door. They didn't have to be here, but they've chosen to sacrifice their time and resources to raise us up to be future heroes. So we should ponder on those who have invested in us, be grateful, and pay it forward. We'll get through this." Kaguya gave Sasuke a knowing wink, hoping that she was able to convey what he had wanted despite his choice of words, and that she had softened the tension between the classes. Sitting back down, she now had to look forward to the pros that were about to arrive, and wondering whose agency she was going to join.

Anna

Anna had more or less been minding her own business up until the point that Sasuke and insisted on gathering the 2A and 2B reps. She was used to his behavior at this point but knew he had a tendency to put others off. Where most saw a smug superiority complex Anna saw a person just trying to get stuff done. She admired this to an extent. She was now seated in the room watching the broadcast just like the rest of them and also watching in slight disgust as Sasuke consumed an unholy amount of watermelon. Not to mention the way he spoke, she got that he was blunt but damn he could come off as outright mean sometimes.

"Just because we are at war doesn't mean you need to suck down watermelon like you will never eat it again." This was more muttered under her breath but she was sure her class's male rep had heard it. She tried to interject on behalf of class 2A's rep but she seemed to say exactly what Anna was thinking. It’s true, what a person does is their own. She doubted if their classmates had any idea of what was happening they wouldn't have sat by idly. They would have told someone or tried to stop it themselves. Nobody would have just let that happen.

"Sasuke what happened with their classmate was not their fault, whereas yes it is the jobs of the reps to keep their classes in line in most cases there is only so much we can do. It's not like any of them are mind-readers, and if their former friend closed himself off to them there really isn't much to be done." She casually swept a watermelon seed away from her seat. "I agree, it will most likely be you that makes it to Student Council President, but I doubt anyone will blame them for what happened. Besides, we have more important things to think about right now. Like the others said." She was of course referring to the internships.

As she started thinking about it, she panicked. She had no clue who she was going to pick or even if anyone wanted her. She always felt her quirk was mediocre at best, not to mention she was behind in its development. In this sense she was kind of jealous of everyone else. Sure she had her dad to help her out but he had never tried to develop his quirk for hero work. She knew what she could do but how far could she push herself? Anna heard the others speaking about who they were going to pick and she groaned. "I have no clue what I am going to do." While this was out loud it was more to herself than to anyone in particular. "You have to have about a million agencies wanting you to intern for them?" This question was directed at Sasuke, mostly to get him talking about anything other than the recent events. She didn’t want him driving an even bigger line between the two classes, after all they were all ultimately working to become heroes. It was highly likely many of them would work together in the future.

______________________________________________________________

Kaito

Kaito was seated with the rest of the students watching the broadcast yet none of this was a surprise to him. His father had told him about it the night before. He shifted in his seat uncomfortable when the 2B male rep started talking about their former classmate. He hated the fact that someone in their class had done such an awful thing and there was and there was nothing he could do to stop it from happening. And thus the bird boy sat and listened quietly. There was nothing he had to add to what the others had already said.

The topic quickly changed to who each was going to intern for and it was here Kaito smiled. He had known who he was going to intern with his entire life. Who better to teach him how to take over the Harpy mantle than the current holder of the name. Though his father was getting up in years he was still just as effective at his job. Kaito wasn’t really here to be the center of attention. He was here to train to take over his father’s title, a title that had been passed down through several generations already. His father worked in the Tamaki agency and though the Tamura name wasn’t nearly as famous as that of the Tamaki clan it had pretty much become synonymous over the years. The two families had worked together for as long as anyone could remember. Kaito was more than proud of this.

When the others began to file out he stood up waiting for it to be a little more clear and stretched. Overhearing the female 2B rep complain about not knowing what she was going to do. He was sure she wasn’t the only one with that sentiment however he had no desire to voice this and instead walked out his talons clicking on the floor as he did so.

The universe had it rigged against optimistic outlooks, when she was finally making terms with her life as a hero, the world turned around and decided it was time to go mad. How did even find the will to mess up other people's lives? She understood the egoist who didn't care if inaction caused evil, but villains and politicians had this very bothersome habit of spending their time and energy in causing trouble. A civil war? Who the hell had time for that!?

Nevertheless, here she was, stuck in this meeting, having to have left with her most basic clothing and hairdo to avoid being late. Sasuke was taking the lead, and, of course, he had to go and make the situation tense with 2A. "Ah, always the diplomat" she said to herself upon seeing the mess that ensued, at least it seemed it was one that was quickly defused, or so she thought, soon they were talking about politics, presidents, who would get what position. "Geez, can you believe these nerds?" Shiroko stretched her paper limbs and sighed.

Thinking of it, this could easily be her chance to leave the school, right? Mass murder ought to make her parents change their mind, surely, plus she was not looking forward to having to pick an internship at all, not only it was work, but most of the options were terrible to her, water and fire were the bane of her body, even though she didn't have to interact with that, she didn't want to risk the pranks, that left what? Matsushima, the overly stoic? Emerald, led by the overly murdery Snake-Eyes? Ah, it was terrible, she should just go home already...

But she also knew if she left and heard bad news later, she would feel guilty with thoughts such as "what if I was there to hold a villain back" "what if I could snatch them away from danger with my power". Her classmates could be a bunch of tryhard nerds, but they were her tryhard nerds.

Honoka

While the content of the broadcast was hardly good news, Honoka couldn't really deny that it was important enough to watch. In times like these, it payed to be informed, and the occasional break in instruction to keep up with the world weren't going to hurt, even if it would be nice to see a little good news for a change.

Fortunately for her, plenty of others had already given Sasuke crap for his usual gift with words, so she didn't need to bother. But there were other things to bring up. Mostly, in trying to smooth everything over, because there was no need to fan the flames of rivalry further. "I'm just going to side with everyone saying we should be sticking together. I know nobody's here to pick a fight, but now isn't the time for that sort of thing. We've got internships to worry about, and everything going on in the rest of the world. I'd hope Eirei, at least, can continue to be something of our refuge, as its students, away from that 'real world' stuff."

"As for what you're willing to sacrifice, just remember that you've still got to sleep at night." What else was there to even address? Student council? Not like she really wanted further responsibility. Though maybe that made her the right person for the job again? Nobody who wants more power should really have it given to them anyway.

"Not like I've got a clue what I'll end up doing either," Honoka replied to Anna's question, whether it was directed to her or not. "I'm not even sure who-all's showing up. But it's more important to think about the kind of agency overall, I think. Doesn't matter if you're going with compatible powers or not, so much as a place where you feel like you can learn something important. So, like, think of the sort of hero you want to be, or the sort of skills you want to focus on."

The near-constant light which usually sparkled around Emiho had the occasional ugly splotches of darkness that couldn't be seen through. All of the emotions flowing around within the room and the few she could feel through the walls did not mix well with her own thoughts. Nearly everyone had some level of fear no matter how minuscule as the status quo was now torn to shreds with the death of Zeal and thousands of other heroes. The emotions she expected to feel from Hasaki weren't there. The level of anger she thought would be permeating from her class didn't exist either. Everyone was either just hurt or sad or just apathetic to the whole thing. Emiho could feel all the emotions rushing in and she wanted to be angry. That's what she wanted but just couldn't. Not even when she had been all alone to burn off all of the excess emotions could she feel angry. Emiho couldn't do it. Her mind was cluttered with questions that had no answers. What had gone wrong? Why did Enka betray them? Why did he turn to villainy? Could she have done anything to stop it?

But on the train of education continued. Thousands of people had died, and supposedly a civil war was brewing but what did their studies care about that? Even though they were gathered among their fellow classmates this school day was not typical by any means. The students had seemingly been left to their own devices and despite the school likely not wanting them to, Sasuke had convinced the students of classes 2A and 2B to gather together and watch the Hero Billboard Conference. She really had no idea why she even agreed to join. Maybe she had wanted to no longer be hiding away in her room. Maybe she just wanted everyone else's emotions to override her own faulty and failing feelings. The young hero half-heartedly watched the live stream for the most part. But for some reason, the words from the fourth pillar, Snake-Eyes, grabbed her attention. Speaking of how the next generation needed to be better. How they should all seek to be stronger than the late number one, Zeal. It caused a bud of desire and inspiration to plant itself in her being.

For so long she had been meandering and stagnating in her growth while her classmates continued to grow and become stronger. Then her mind went to Enka. He was supposed to be among that next generation. He was a villain now, and this society had no qualms about killing villains with no recompense. For some reason, the idea of him dying before answering her questions was worse than the fact that he had betrayed them in the first place. No, she needed to grow stronger. Just like Snake-Eyes had said it would be a new generation that the world needed, and as Emiho felt the levels of determination waft in from her classmates, she used it to fuel her own determination and the pieces of darkness faded from around her.

This is when Sasuke spoke up and made things worse. The way he spoke about Class A and Enka didn't sit right with her at all. But based on the emotions from him it didn't fully line up but that was typical with Sasuke. Thankfully, before she could speak her peace, Shinon spoke up putting everything Emiho had swirling in her head into much better words than she could have. Except for the detail about Keiji. She had nothing against him but it felt just wrong to her for someone else to be in Enka's place. Emiho took in a slow breath and exhaled a sad sigh visible with a slight shift of darkness around her mouth but as her other- well only best friend now, approached her she quickly shifted gears to the positive emotions. Emiho took a moment to think before looking at her friend, "I think I do know, Yuki-Chan. I'd love it if you joined."

As the rest of the second years either made their stance known based on what Sasuke said or merely brushing his comments off as casual banter, Emiho felt her own confidence grow. That was one of the many good things that came from being a student here. Some may be more like her but many had confidence in spades and that certainly tended to have an interesting effect on her. With the exuding confidence emitting from her, Emiho stood and walked towards the door before turning to Sasuke, "Kishimoto-Kun, I agree with what you said. Class A is troublesome. En-*cough* Uhm, someone from our class betrayed society as a whole. We know that better than anyone. A hero should be able to know when someone is in turmoil. I refuse to believe he was always like that. As a class, we failed as heroes. We failed this school. And we failed him whatever happened. I usually agree with what you say, but there's a major part of your decree I disagree with. If anything, what you just said would make you not fit to be a leader. A leader doesn't put down or degrade their allies. A leader doesn't blame others when they themselves could do no better. A leader has humility and the drive to make everyone around them better. Not through sharp and cutting words. But highlights their weaknesses and guides them towards being better. But nonetheless, I agree. Unless something unordinary happens you will be Student Council President. But don't expect putting people down will cause them to rise higher. Give them some charcoal and kindling to help stoke the flame in their hearts."

As soon as she finished speaking though, Emiho felt her head spin slightly as throughout her own soliloquy she had happened to use up every last bit of stored confidence in her system. She felt a rush of emotion flooding into the empty space from just beyond the door. Something outside was causing many passing students to shirk away or scurry past in fear. Emiho felt that and was very intimidated. Both by that and the fact she had just said all of that out loud in front of everyone. You know what? Screw the benefit of feeling uber-confident at this school, she had to get away. With the sparkling light fading to a crisp small shadow Emiho raced towards opening the door hoping her choice to speak didn't make anyone mad or upset. Hopefully, Shinon would still follow her. She'd explain better what she meant to her and beg for her help in apologizing. She was always much better at interacting with all these big personalities. "S-s-sorry!" And out the open door, she fled. Unfortunately, that led her right to the source of the encroaching fear from the hallway. The number four-pillar was right in front of her. Emiho felt her eyes bug out as they slowly went towards a darker shade. Opening her mouth she found no words.

Lady Miyako Common Room.

To say the least, things are a bit... rough.

Heidi had her arms crossed, as she watched the broadcast with an entirely straight face. Zeal, who was the number one got killed by Godfather, and Ida who was in her class snapped and killed a bunch of first years.

What a great way to start the new year, isn't it?

Many of Heidi's fellow classmates and friends were very perturbed by the events. Heidi on the other hand was outright enraged by it. How dare Ida, someone she looked up to, do this? What’s more, Zeal was defeated but... but to Heidi that just meant that they needed a better #1 Hero. Not Heidi, but maybe someone in the room.

Of course Sasuke had to come on in and stir the pot and blame her class for Ida freaking out like that. Like it was their fault that he flipped out. Now that struck a nerve in the firey girl, to say the least. While everyone was admonishing him, she thought they were being a bit too soft. She balled her fist as it heated up. Heatwaves radiated off of her before her hands burst into flames.

Fire radiated from her hair as she pointed at Sasuke and shouted,

“Sasuke, shut the hell up!” Heidi started, the fire in her hair flared up that accentuated each word. “Like you have something to say if Ida was in your class.”

Lady Miyako Common Room.

Phoebe was on her gaming system in the back of the room. Silently playing her game while the headmistress prattled on about what happened. Honestly Phoebe knew exactly what she was gonna say, some speech about pulling together and holding hands and sing songs. Bah! Who cares. While what Ida did was all kinds of wrong, Phoebe knew that the League of villains just wanted to sew hysteria! And that’s what they did! Cause hysteria among Japan and the rest of the hero community.

Of course Sasuke had to open his trap and piss off Class-A. While what happened to Ida could have happened to anyone in any class, a storm was coming.... and honestly Phoebe didn’t think highly of the current hero community.

Then Todoroki had to go and strike Phoebe’s nerve. She turned off her system as she said to him,

“... Like how the A-list heroes protected the people Ida killed?” She said and craned her neck at her as she went back to her system. Speaking to everyone as if they aren’t even worth eye contact, “Look if you guys wanna cover her ears and ignore the obvious, then that’s you. But if you all want protection you better learn how to do it yourself. Because you all seen what happened to Zeal, right?”

Then she played her game like nothing was important.

Tatsudoku Kouseki

Lady Miyako Common Room

The long haired boy sat in the back row, off to the far side as if to distance himself from others much as he could. He leant on his arm as the other rested on the desk, watching the conversation unfold. So it seems Sasuke's put them and everyone else up to something that was sort of a pain, as he usually does. Well not that he can fault him, there was a kind of hunger he could respect in his pursuit, perhaps rooted in being quirkless, feeling that need to prove himself. Regardless, the direction of the conversation seemed to go into some more philosophical terms.

His own answer was easy, sacrifice nothing. It's what separates a hero from a day job in his opinion. Still, he had no desire to voice this opinion. There was already a tizzy of that he had no desire to add to it. He turned his gaze away from the conversation, choosing to think about what he might do about the Hero Recruitment. In contrast to those who were from normal families, who by default felt they had to work for preferences and a high ranking agency to hire them, he knew full well how easy it was to get a prestigious agency if you were born in the right family. Though he no longer has that preferential luxury. He much preferred it this way, whether it was it felt more real, or that he felt more free.

As for the events that had befallen A Class, it was truly an unfortunate outcome. A traitor of all things was pretty bad, but a member of the Iida clan also... Such an event was abnormal to say the least, were it any average student in these classes then it would not shake things up so much, but a member of a major clan... It cast a shadow of doubt on how trustworthy those in power might be. Still, this was but a tiny chip in a gigantic vase. It would simply be the beginning, so he felt.

Dietrich Konig - Aegis

Pathetic

That was the only thing he could call all of… this. The rep for class B had brought them all into this room so they could watch the announcement from the Pillars, just so he could rake them over the coals afterwards? Dietrich leaned back in his seat until it creaked, eyes pointed at the ceiling as he heard yet another person add their pointless opinion to this mess; another worry, another argument, another rallying cry, another optimistic sentiment.

Pathetic.

Bickering and fighting and whining and bickering some more. The old witch was right; they had been coddled for too long if this was how they reacted to Zeal’s death, to Enka’s betrayal. Too soft, despite the power they all had and he had to admit that some of them had a lot of power; even stronger than him, in some cases. It took more than just strength to make a hero however, he heard someone say and agreed with them; strength was needed, but it also took willpower and courage, it took arrogance and vanity, it took madness and selfishness. You had to be more than everyone else. That was the only way you were going to change anything.

He closed his eyes, the ceiling replaced by darkness as he blocked out the light. Unfortunately he couldn’t close his ears as easily.

What was he willing to sacrifice? The answer was easy.

Nothing.

He wasn’t willing to sacrifice a damn thing; not one thing, not one person, not even a speck. All would be safe under his aegis and if any villain dared to try and challenge that, he’d be standing in their way and they would not move him, would not break him no matter how hard they tried. When the dust fell they would the ones crushed beneath him and they wouldn’t get a single iota away from him. Heroes didn’t lose, they couldn’t afford to, so he wouldn’t.

Anyone willing to accept any other outcome wasn’t fit to be a hero.

Most of the people in this room probably weren’t fit; so few were in the end. Enka sure as hell wasn’t, damn traitor.

People were still talking, but it was one voice in particular that caught his interest. He opened his eyes ad turned his head to see the Fourth Pillar, Snake-Eyes herself standing in the corner of the room. A pro-hero, a real one, but more than that the person who wouldn’t training him and a few others for the foreseeable future; he’d earned that spot more through his connection to Keiji than anything else, so this was the first time they were meeting in person.

“How the hell’d you get here so quickly? I thought that broadcast was live.”

Shinon had a look on her face that, in slight shock and slightly mind blown, that Himura Amaya and Todoroki Hasaki agreed on anything. She pinched herself to see if she was dreaming like half the world froze over and the other half was burning in the fires of hell. It didn’t take long that she wasn’t dreaming and how the hell does she respond to them agreeing on something for once. She just shook her head slightly to get her mind off of the craziest thing in the universe to happen once in a blue moon. ’ Oh good lord, what’s next? They are going to get married or something.’ Shinon thought to herself. She felt like whiplash had hit her so hard that it was impossible to understand.

Shinon takes a deep breath to calm herself back down from the boulder of her mind being blown by the Fire King and Ice Princess agreeing for once. She was slightly distracted with wanting to know what Katō-chan’s answer is. Therefore, Shinon smiles happily when she hears her response and nods happily. Shinon wants to support her friend and classmates and wants, but she’s a bit awkward around the other girls. She looks around and notices Hoshi-chan being her usual self, and it causes her to be flustered.
’ S-Stop it Shinon… P-Please focus on something else. B-But all these girls are so beautiful.’ Shinon thought to herself while being red as a tomato.

Shinon notices the classroom was getting emptier by which meaning everyone was shuffling out of it. It included her friend Katō-chan who got to the door and decided to follow her friend to the door. However, her best friend decided to speak her two little cents to Sasuke, and it shocked her, and it was endearing to hear. It makes her honestly happy that she is Katō-chan’s friend because she’s absolutely adorable with how Emiho uses her words. Shinon does notice her friend being a bit dizzy from the experience of showing confidence since Emiho has a problem with that. It is why she’s so comforting and helps Emiho with everything. However, there was something up with Emiho, like she sensed a deep dark presence that scared her deeply.

Shinon saw Emiho open the door, say sorry cutely with a stutter, and run down the hallway as if she was running from something she sensed. It was probably that dark presence in question, but Shinon did the best thing she did, and that followed Emiho. She followed Emiho, and then she was in utter shock to see the fourth pillar, snake-eyes, in the hallway. It caused her to wonder if the fourth pillar’s agency is what her friend meant. Shinon took a few breaths to get up enough courage to speak to the fourth pillar. Also, she did bow generously to Snake-Eyes to show respect for her being here.
”M-My name is Yukimura Shinon. I-It’s a pleasure to meet you, Snake-Eyes. I heard your speech during the Hero Billboard Conference. W-What brings you here, Fourth Pillar?” Shinon asked towards Snake-Eyes.

It didn’t take too long to remember why Snake-Eyes is here, and that is the internship recruitment. Shinon was shaking a bit nervously right next to Emiho, who felt as if she was speechless. She looks over to her friend Emiho and puts her hand on Emiho’s shoulder to shake her out of her speechlessness.
” Katō-chan, are you alright, snap out of it please? I-I know it is shocking to see a pillar of our hero society standing in front of us.” Shinon said with a calming tone in her voice. She wanted to help Emiho out of her shock, and so they can get a move on with the reason why Snake-Eyes is here.

Esuha City, Guiding Waters Agency

Inside the Guiding Waters Agency, Glaser entered the training room on the first floor to watch how her daughter was doing. Her husband is doing a good job keeping the heroes who go to this agency in tip-top shape not to fall off. She smiles since she knows how much her daughter misses her fiance, but Maki Tomoko volunteered to go in Glaser’s stead. It wasn’t every day that everyone who is usually disappointed in everyone goes volunteers herself for others.
” My beautiful angel of a daughter, you are doing your training wonderfully.” Rei said with a smile towards Chihiro. She always likes to encourage her daughter, the Angelic Hero: Tennin.

Chihiro smiles when she sees her mother in the training hall, watching her train to be the best support hero for her mother. She did sigh since her fiance wasn’t here, though, but it seems like her mother saw right through her about that. It did shock her a bit to honorably volunteer herself when her fiance only wanted to be with her. All the disappointment in Tomoko’s life probably didn’t help with the decision.
” I’m happy that you are here to see me train. I-I wonder where my fiance is. I-I miss Maki-chan so much.” Chihiro said to her mother. She was wearing her hero uniform that had angel wings to keep with what her name is.

Rei slowly walks over to her daughter Chihiro and gives her a gentle hug like she always does when she feels down and not properly safe. It is like her sweet Chihiro has a side of her that she never let Shinon see, the vulnerable side. She kept hugging her daughter for a while until she stops the hug. It was all because she had to look into her daughter’s eyes and knows how much she loves Tomoko. As such, Rei moves some of her daughter’s bangs out of her hair and giggles at how cute Chihiro is.
” Chihiro, my daughter, please don’t be depressed without your fiance here. Maki Tomoko shocked me with her volunteering for me to go to Eirei Academy. She has only ever shown negative emotions, but you have been helping her to realize her quirk is beautiful and shouldn’t be disgusted at it or hating herself. Shinon wouldn’t like you being so vulnerable. Your sister looks up to you, and I look up to you too.” Rei said.

Chihiro was crying in her mother’s arms when she came in for a hug because she misses her fiance. All of the problems Maki-chan has been having are depressing, but she saw a change in Maki-chan for the better. Chihiro hears her mother’s words and sighs deeply since she has never seen Maki-chan volunteer in any capacity while at this agency. However, Maki-chan is one of the few people that help Chihiro during her missions in Esuha, and everyone sees how they are. However, her mother said at the last point made her blush that her mother looks up to her.
” I-It’s a bit shocking to know you look up to me. When it’s supposed to be the daughter’s looking up to their mother.” Chihiro said with a smile. It was like everything her mother does was to help her daughters to pick the right choice. Her choice was to become friends, date, and propose to Maki-chan.

Suzuki smiles at the mother-daughter bonding moment since they don’t usually get that time anymore since his wife is incredibly busy dealing with crime and whatnot. He coughs a bit and looks at Chihiro and Rei only because he enjoys being part of the conversation.
” Rei and Chihiro, it is so nice you are having a moment together. I would actually want to have a bonding moment as a family. I know it’s a bit cheesy. I know why Tomoko volunteered to go to Eirei Academy. She told me the reason and asked me to relay the message.” Suzuki said with a smile. He didn’t have much criticism against Tomoko’s style of using her quirk or anything, and she outright had talent from the get-go.

The two of them were a bit shocked to hear that there was a reason for her to volunteer and that the only person in this agency that knew was Suzuki. Suzuki was one of those types of people to know many things but keep it to himself unless necessary. It was only because many people confide in Suzuki since he’s a good listener and critic of many people’s fighting styles. If he was going to tell them, they had to pay attention fully to the conversation. Therefore, it would be an interesting rest of the day to understand what’s going on with Tomoko’s reasoning.
” I am intrigued, husband, don’t you agree, daughter?” Rei asked towards Chihiro. She saw her daughter nod her head since it was intriguing nonetheless.

Maki Tomoko is like in the inner-agency rankings as the sixth-best hero that works for the 8th Pillar, Glaser. Many people are her fans in Esuha City, and Tomoko even went to Eirei Academy. Rei keeps track of everyone in her agency, and even interns who come here get their inner-agency rankings after they leave to join their family’s agencies or create their own. All heroes that come through here are much more than heroes who are part of a family.

Hasaki couldn't help but smile as Chinatsu took her place right by his side just like when they were back home. As he looked at the envelope that was still sealed his mind was racing trying to explain what the real reason was for sending her here, and what they meant by beneficial for him. It was probably part of some elaborate plan from the elders we were sure, old geezers sure liked to plan and pull the strings a lot. Turning his attention back to his sister however Hasaki allowed an uncharismatically large smile to appear as he spoke in a tone that was just as odd for him “Well no need to worry, you big brother is here now, and I'll protect you from all those nasty villains.” As he finished Hasaki carefully slid the envelope into the inside of his jacket before noticing the stares he and his sister were receiving from the other students who were still walking past them. The stares most likely came from seeing Hasaki who had already had a reputation in the school next to and acting so nice towards this little girl that was hanging onto him. Whatever was going through their minds however was quickly stopped when Hasaki gave a glare towards the patrons of the halls who quickly averted their gaze hoping to avoid the flame users' anger.

“Thanks for helping my sister out, I appreciate it,” Hasaki said as he turned his gaze from the other students towards Kenji was still staring at the bizarre sight before him. Hasaki paid no mind however as he looked down towards Chinatsu once again, “For the time being I guess you can stay with me until we figure out what the headmistress intends to do about your dorm. Hold on ok, don't want you getting lost in this place.” As he did, Hasaki began walking forward hands in his pockets once again as his little shadow hung tightly onto his jacket.

The cute little girl almost looked confused to be addressed, like someone taught the her to not speak to strangers. It seemed that she was looking for Hasaki Todoroki. "I can lead you to hi-" He was interrupted by Hasaki himself. Keiji shook his head as both conversed and thanked them, they seemed to know each other well enough so it'd likely be fine to leave both alone. "Don't mention it," Keiji patted his legs as he got up from the squatting position, "I really didn't do anything."

Mister? Keiji thought, The hair makes me look old, damned genes.

Both were Todoroki. One of the most illustrious families in Japan. Eyes were drawn to the two when they conversed further. Especially one being a possible successor of the Todoroki dynasty and his apparent younger sister. Though Keiji had little dealing with Hasaki as they were from different classes, he was never this tame. Hasaki reminded him of Dietrich, so seeing him like this was surreal.

Keiji glanced at his watch and became a little wide-eyed. "I really gotta go," He mumbled before calling out to the Todoroki sibilings who were leaving, "Hold her tight so she doesn't get lost, Hasaki... Oh and I know I'm not your representative but be there at the internship recruitment thing."

"Hey Big Bro, didn't keep you waiting too long right?" Keiji asked, a goofy grin on his face. His brother, Hideaki, was not as amused, his red eyes were cold as he looked down on his brother. Keiji definitely made him wait too long.

"Well, you can glare at me later," Keiji said, "Come-on, let's go."

"It's over Enka, I have the high ground!"

Dipped within a revitalization tank, Enka lamented the loss of his legs after a fierce battle with Hakune. He groaned in pain as the Detnerat CEO, Yotsubashi Mariya promised to restore his lost limbs and disfigured self from multiple frostbites. Enka lost some ribs, his legs leaving him unable to run, frostbitten as he lost his right arm, his left hand only having three fingers and he's bald.

Mariya stressed the fact that the surgery will also empower him past beyond his prime. "You've proven your allegiance to the Godfather, as a reward you will be reborn a bioengineered human Nomu, you may live forever!"

Upon Code 444, Enka killed over 50 innocent people, 44 Government Officials, 4 Eirei Professors and 4 First Year Students.

A sudden turn of events left Sasuke unable to reply to his classmates but like he would even bother, only a few Pro-Heroes showed up.

To his surprise, his father, Yusuke the Paragon was among the Heroes who turned up, it didn't take along until the 3rd Year Princess showed up to recruit those that interned. Another recognizable Pro-Hero was the Heroine, Hotwheels — Īda Enka's sister.

Out of impulse, Sasuke stood up.

"Now I don't wanna be here." Emphasis on the fact that his father is present, he hides behind Aoi.

Of all the students, only Anna knows of the Public Safety Commission, Hitman, Sasuke's father. To the public, Sasuke's father's reputation is feared as a Quirkless Hero who hunt down villains and being ranked the 11th Pro Hero and the pinnacle of all Paragons.

The Villain Killer — Hitman.

The 3rd year student finally caught up to Chinatsu who was seemingly lost along the hallway to the Miyako Common Room.

Todoroki Shakuko is the firstborn of the late and honorable first ranked hero, Zeal and also among the Big Three of Eirei. A handful of clan members from both the Todoroki, Himura and to an extent, the Yukimura were upon her frostfire presence. She erected a smile most especially to Hasaki, Chinatsu, Amaya and Shinon as she took a peak on them. Surely, a family reunion won't hurt yet she knows the situation at hand that they may choose where they should intern.

Half & Half Princess was also glad yet perplexed to be in the presence of her cousins. The foreseeable family drama between the Himura and Todoroki elders were inevitable, she didn't want Amaya to be experiencing disapprovals from the Himura elders and dispute regarding successorship. The same applied to Hasaki and Chinatsu, she never ever wants to be at odds against them because of the elders' preferential treatment to her.

It's been a week since she's tending to the Akatsuki Agency in Shakuganshima. Just based from rumors alone, it's expected that she's the heiress to Zeal's agency.

"Great Grandfather sent his regards to both of you, it's been a long time since you were home, Hasaki but too bad he's dead this morning in his battle with cancer. Isn't that little Natsu, you've grown quote a bit since then, the Pro-Heroes have already arrived and they'll be bugging you with offers but I'm sure you won't head out on family now do you? We got so much to talk about, today is Uncle...no...Lord Enami's coronation ceremony and I'm sure you wouldn't wanna miss your father's big day, Great Grandfather's last wishes held Uncle the temporary wielder for Godflame and I'm pretty sure he will choose his successor today."

She left them an offer that they couldn't refuse.

"Heidi...Heidi...Heidi, if it isn't Father's last intern, care to join Akatsuki once more, I sure miss sparring with you although the talk of the town has recently been Snake Eyes, your move, Heidi.." Shakuko then looked at Amaya and Shinon.

"My lovely cousins." She put her finger in Shinon's mouth and pretended that she could have kissed her.

"Ara Ara, just kidding. I assume you're going to Esuha with aunty, send her regards to me unless you're with Snake Eyes. Speaking of Ama-chan! How we doing...you better not make the elders question your credibility, speaking of which, how's the arm doing, does it still hurt? Does the Quirk Dynasty Transfer still hurts after all this past week? Where exactly do you plan on interning, Amaya."

Lastly she approached Snake Eyes.

"Lord Enami has invited Emerald for a Joint Internship, whether or not you wanna refuse. That's all up to you, but what can I say, Pillar 4. I'm a big fan of your work, ever heard of bioengineered experiments, the Nomu perhaps?"

(Note: A few more Pro-Heroes will show up in BlackMaiden post. That way everyone can decide where to go)
