I sleep for a couple of hours and suddenly supernatural characters appear.

Still thinking things over. I don't work as well with these sorts of established properties, not sure if I'll actually be able to come up with something up to par with everyone else.

Ted Kord (Blue Beetle): Honestly... Insect themed superheroes known for quips and a penchant for science? I think it could work for a very, very specific audience.

Hello! I skimmed through the OOC so far to get a general idea of what's going on up to this point but will go back over in some detail. Was wondering if anyone had any plans or thoughts for any mutants so far? Or like what current state the X-Men are in if they even exist.

Basically what Hound said. Right now we're leaving it clean, people know Mutants exist and we're having Mutants and Metahumans be different but nothing beyond that has been established. We've not even touched on Magneto

Hmmm I am quite interested in the X-Men, if anyone else is also interested pls let me know and maybe we could work on it together? I don't feel very confident taking on such a prominent group alone but if there is someone else or even several people I think I would be much more comfortable.

Depending on the story I'd be happy to write the odd mutant character. I was initially considering something X-men related myself and also found have full reign of the group a bit daunting

Doesn't help that my favourite mutants tend to be more of the secondary/student characters

@Natty I was thinking the same. Jumping in now and then as Colossus when needed.

Likewise, I lean a little more New Mutants/Gen X/Excalibur than the original team, myself.

Hawkeye, baby! Anything and everything you'd call the world's premier team for!

I think Ragwoman is pretty flexible in terms of a CRISES she cares about.

Anything major Evil with a capital E would probably grab the attention of her raggedy suit of justice. I think similarly to the justice oriented version of Raven that @Hillan proposed, Ragwoman is pretty easy to involve in almost any plot since a part of her focus is "punishing true evil".

Related, any CRISES that involves the supernatural or touches on the supernatural would have an obvious and easy connection with Ragwoman (personally at some point I think that it would be wonderful to form a supernatural superhero team with other players for something major, basically the Shadowpact in the RP).

I'm adding some stuff to my character sheet, but I was wondering if anyone had plans for Constantine?

I don't really feel a need to write him as a main character, but he'd be pretty great as a "visiting" character for an Ragwoman issue.

Similarly, if no one else shows interest, I'd love to write Zatanna as a roaming or supporting character (or have her appear if someone else wants to write her).

The dream is probably Hellboy though (sorry not sorry).

Either way if anyone has any level of supernatural character interest, pop by my character sheet later today and I'll have some updates in the character note section on characters I think would be fun to involve at some point (but more than happy to talk things through if someone else has their heart set on one of those characters, everything I have in mind is mostly ideas at this point and I just want to offer some chances for collaboration).

As an example for more of a major event type of scenario, if someone wanted to write Dr. Strange for a bit, I bet we could figure out a fun crossover issue.

If you're looking for another player to 'guest write' Constantine anytime, I happen to know both @Roman and @John Table have great versions of Constantine.
