Important Note about traversing the Everdark: No one in or outside the Everdark, has a one-hundred percent complete and accurate map. For there’s too many secret entrances, shortcuts, passageways and tunnels that go into both the higher and lower levels. But it remains true that some ‘long-lived’ inhabitants know far more than others do.
What’s Happening Now?
In The Upper Levels
Hecate and Vinashy cross paths for the first time, in a long abandoned goblin territory. With the female wraith not seeming to get along with the vampire. Though Mortimer greets them soon after, and manages to convince the pair to get along, and travel with him to rebuild the Everdark.
However, their search in the upper level had yet find anything more than rats. Or at least, until the sound of fleeing footsteps would prompt the awakened undead to suggest proceeding with caution.
In The Lower Levels
Zarroy was carrying a young goblin into the Slumbering Lantern. Since both were given a task from someone named Isatar, to find more survivors. Ending up finding Scri'erk's web, and where she lived within a large gash inside the building’s wall. Currently settling tensions about the onyx golem accidentally breaking some of the giant spider’s web. Leading to Scri'erk hungrily offering her assistance.

Yvain had left her barracks somewhere, and started finding the dead strung up in Scri’erk’s webs. Wandering into a graveyard campsite of her fellow dark elves, and ending up going into a nearby tunnel, where a living sword lays on the ground, next to two freshly-fallen bodies. However, things didn't start off well between wielder and weapon. As Yvain was struggling to forge a bond with the sentient steel.

Inside one of the larger caverns, now filled with many colorful mushrooms and flora. The Spore That Speaks is gardening there, and creating a forest from the numerous dead bodies. Until Dylirius had rushed in to quell his own self-inflicted hunger, and started interacting with him. Asking if the Spore needed anything, before the lesser demon moved on. But not before a rat-breathed Bullywug had approached them and asked Dylirius for some mind-altering substances.
Though unbeknowst to Phaid and his clan, they were all alive and well, in spite of the massacre.
Places In The Everdark (Pages Introduced.)
Slumbering Lantern (Page 1, Post 2): A small gathering of buildings in the lower levels. Where its main light sources seemed to invoke drowsiness. But the buildings were all ruined, and for the most part demolished, save for its namesake.
Notable Things (That Have Already Happened.)
- Our story begins where the unnamed massacre happened exactly six weeks prior. Leaving the countless bodies of adventurers and the dungeon’s occupants scattered about every level. With many living in the Everdark, still trying to pick up the pieces and locate other survivors within the wreckage.
