So I've learned that decaffeinated coffee does NOT keep me awake.

And today might be the first time in a while that alcohol has improved the amount that I've written. Still don't recommend though.

I drank decaf coffee for years because the caffeine exacerbated my acid reflux; made me vomit. But since I've lost 65 Lbs. in the past seven months, I am back to drinking regular.

A small quantity of alcohol will lower your inhibitions and induce creativity in your writing. This is a bonus! If you have a small amount, maybe one drink? you become better. If you have too much, you just start falling down and can't write too well. ;)

Direction is relative to the current location: Massachusetts.

The furthest north I have been is Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Gagetown, New Brunswick. The furthest west I have been is Waialua, Oahu, Hawaii. The furthest east I have been is Budapest, Hungary. The furthest south I have been is Diamond Head Beach Park, Oahu, Hawaii, even though I have been to Orlando, Florida in CONUS.

I’ve recently been hired on at a Country Club to be a server at one of their restaurants. I’m going to be making $15.50 per hour, and every check has auto-gratuity added. I also already have a guaranteed bar position, which I have been begging my current job for for the last six months.

I've watched things on Amazon. (and with a friend, so I was more likely to finish them.)

Reacher is pretty entertaining throughout. If not a bit predictable. With the lame bad guys, and their final showdown being it's only two major failings. (Though I could imagine someone else getting more affected by that.) 7/10 (If you don't think too hard about it.)

Wheel Of Time and cliches feels like a 4 out of 10 for its first season. Watchable, I suppose. Despite some of its incredibly petty, bitchy and unlikable cast. But not a whole lot of substance/development happens in this prologue story. Aside from me questioning a lot of plot/character decisions that don't make any sense.

Note, I haven't read the books. But I know that these have very little to do with the actual source material. And the "twist/change" it has on the very premise of the book, doesn't make a whole lot of sense in this show's story either.

But it's been nice to have something brainless to do.

I started watching a show called, "Endgame" with Morena Baccarin and Ryan Michelle. So far it seems OK. I need to give it more time. Morena Baccarin played Inara on Serenity / Firefly.

lately i havent been able to go to bed at a decent hour lately it has been two am or so until i go to sleep that is after taking medicine. i wish my sleep was normal again
