Niah relaxed a little when nothing came up. It seemed that Phalanx was gone. But she still didn't trust it. She spent the rest of the ride as far away from where Celestine's body had been as she could, but still at a conversational distance. Sparky needed some time to get her feelings sorted out. Niah couldn't blame her. And wondered why the heck Novi hadn't told her. It seemed like the sort of conversation the two should have had ages ago.

Upon landing, she disembarked next to Oliver. She was ready to protect him if needed, but from what her modified memories had told her it was unlikely to be an issue here. Though keeping all of that in line was getting difficult. Niah had seen too many alternate worlds. And keeping track of it wasn't easy anymore. Was her sister dead here or was that a different one? She thought for a moment and settled that here her sister was dead. There was no Dalisy in this reality, both a blessing and a curse. Now that Niah understood Dalisy's issue better, she was even more fractured than Niah was.

Niah stayed in stride with Oliver as they were led inside. She was curious about what they would learn here, and if they could get help with their mission.

Matt was not excited about being in a Mutant area. Back home the relations between Inhuman and Mutant were...tense. And while he understood that here the situation that had caused that issue hadn't happened it didn't make him any less uncomfortable at the idea. Also, if people like Mystique were running around here and in charge that made him even more uncomfortable with it. At home, these were the bad people. Were they actually going to help catch their fugitives?

He wasn't sure what to think about the woman with Mystique. But it was Cass's job to lead the team. If Raynor got killed in his own universe for his crimes it wouldn't surprise Matt. Would it be justice though? If Raynor survived all of this Matt figured he and Sparky would need some serious couples counseling.

Well, everything seemed to be quieting down, at least somewhat, after Sparky more or less snapped at everyone else again. That left them with just sort of hanging around, doing nothing, until Folly more or less announced that they were there. Wherever there seemed to be, he wasn't too sure about that sort of thing still. Since no one had ever really said where they were going. Aside from some place in the Blue, which even then wasn't exactly anything super specific for them and all.

When they landed, he followed the others off of the ship, where they were greeted by two people, one who seemed to know a lot about them or something like that. Of course, he wasn't surprised that someone instantly asked about potentially killing Raynor. That seemed like a bit of a common theme around here. Flynn remained quiet for the most part, just following along with everyone else, seeing the building or whatever that they were heading into. This was definitely not what he really had expected, but oh well.

She hadn't really meant to snap at everyone else again, but she had been getting sick and tired of the entire conversation just gravitating towards talking about Raynor, and this world or whatever really. Personally, she wished that she could literally go back in time and stop herself from touching the rift that had more or less dragged them into this reality. That would be nice, then she could forget about this place entirely, like it never happened. Then again, it would be back to Raynor lying and keeping secrets from her.

Sparky stayed back a little ways from everyone else, as she just sort of trailed behind. Her mind was wandering, as she heard what was being said by Destiny and Mystique. They were invited inside the building, but Sparky didn't really want to go inside yet, she really wanted (and needed) the fresh air, and didn't want to go back to being cooped up, but in a house this time as opposed to a ship. "Um... If you don't mind, can I stay out here for a little bit longer, I kind of just need some air..." she ended up saying, somewhat quietly, but people still could hear her.

EARTH 257 - 7:40 AM Nov. 14th, 2021 - the Blue

Angel's Aerie

"I'm fine, just thought I heard something," Bonnie told Cass, smiling ever so slightly. She appreciated that her friend was checking in on her. This definitely wasn't the ideal circumstances for a pregnancy - as a doctor herself, Bonnie would officially recommend against interdimensional travel. And prison breaks. And encounters with the Phalanx. All of it was not at all good for her or her unborn child. Plus, now she was randomly craving waffles all of the sudden and Bonnie doubted she'd be able to get her hands on any - not that she also wanted to excuse me, I need waffles.

"Well, you lot are going to get ported off to Genosha, and I'm going to collect my check and go on a vacation," Folly said bluntly. "Dunno about the extra flatscan though, I guess you can bring her along," she added with a shrug, nodding at Darcy.

Something then suddenly changed in Bonnie's mind, as Folly informed them their next stop would be going to Genosha - she was afraid. She knew that it didn't make any sense, that her parents couldn't both be alive and murdered by the X-Men, but it felt true. And if they were going to Genosha, that would mean going to the home of the people who had killed her parents, the home of people who had (and yet had not?) ruined her life. A mixture of anger and fear came over Bonnie, but she kept her composure. They might have been in the Blue, but this was definitely mutant territory - the Aerie.

Steady your mind, the mysterious woman's voice whispered into Bonnie's head.

Folly shrugged at Sparky's request to stay outside, before heading inside the cabin. As far as Folly was concerned, her job was pretty much done now. She had been hired to break Raynor out of prison and see him to the Blue. It would be up to the residents of the Aerie to get them back to Genosha the rest of the way, which shouldn't be too hard - there were no anti-teleportation fields in the Blue like there were in the Iron.

"If you stay outside, you won't bear witness to a murder attempt. Perhaps that is for the best," Destiny told Sparky cryptically, before heading inside, along with Mystique.

"Uhh... What the fuck?" Darcy said. "Am I the only one that's freaking out? But also, like... damn, she has legs..." Darcy rambled a little bit. She stuck close to Bonnie, the other normal human from what she could tell. She was a little bit nervous to be in such strong mutant territory as well, but it wasn't like she had anywhere else to go. She could never return to the Iron.

Raynor frowned, seeing that Sparky wanted to stay outside - and he hated hearing what Destiny said even more. Oracles were the worst. The Norns had driven him away from his home, only for fate to bring him back here. They probably had known that this would happen. And now, their warning that he would never see Valhalla came back to him. He would die a disgraced death, a black spot upon the House of Odin. "..." He opened his mouth to say something to her, but then decided against it. She was better off without him.

Raynor headed inside, as did Amelia, Bonnie, and Darcy. Inside, it looked pretty much like a rich person's cozy cabin getaway. Over a roaring fireplace was a portrait of a beautiful, well off couple, with the inscription: Warren Worthington III and Candy Southern - Gone, but never forgotten. On the couch, Gambit (only with white hair in this reality and demonic icy blue eyes) was sprawled out, with Rogue hitting him with a pillow.

"But chère, ah think if ah kiss ya just one more time, it won't hurt as much! Gambit has to build up his tolerance, ya hear?"

Destiny, even though she was wearing that scary mask, looked like she was plotting exactly how to kill Gambit and make it look like an accident. Mystique was pouring herself a glass of wine.

Amelia then startled all of the sudden, looking around with wide eyes. "Woah, who are you people? What the bloody hell am I doing here?" she exclaimed.

Oliver Sullivan

The Aerie
Skills: N/A

Oli was happy to be near Niah, and stayed in step with her as much as possible. As his brain would normally try to process the new variables of the situation, and come up with plans for the different possible avenues everything could go in, he was instead preoccupied with a different thing. He eyes bored into Raynor for a few moments, and his brain couldn't quite realize exactly what his head was now stuck on. Tried as he might, he just couldn't escape trying to come up with a way to kill Raynor, and the various potential fallouts of different methods.

His fingers drummed steadily against his leg, and he opened his mouth for a moment, disoriented, but ended up leaning into the new thoughts. He was convinced he wouldn't act on it, but he entertained it all as a thought experiment. Raynor was a more experienced fighter than he was, so he'd need a surprise attack, if he came at him from behind, he could phase his hand through his heart and rip it out, he thought. That seemed like the most direct method that would be the least likely to result in his own death. The bigger problem with that was, even if he could get Raynor alone, it's a shortlist of people who the team could reasonably suspect to have committed that act. Of course, he could maybe blame it on Luminous, and kill her before she could be interrogated, ultimately being seen as a hero who avenged the death of one of his closet friends. He liked the idea of that, still being seen as a "good guy", after an incredibly evil act. He tried to keep as much of a poker face as he could, but if anybody looked at him, they'd see total revulsion.

"What did you hear exactly?" Cassandra asked Bonnie as she looked over towards her friend with a concerned look, maybe it was the whole pregnancy thing, or maybe it was the whole reality hopping thing. Cass took a moment and turned to look at Sparky asking if she could stay behind to collect her thoughts. Which was understandable to her as she listened to everyone around her as they entered the rather nice looking building. "You can, just don't take to long and at the first sign of trouble you get inside alright?" Cassandra said to Sparky, she turned to walk along side Matt and looked over towards him and reached over to gently hold onto his hand. "How are you doing?" Cass asked him, as they entered the building. She started to think for a moment as Darcy walked alongside Bonnie and what they should do with her, she wasnt sure if they had another Darcy from their home reality or not.

Cassandra noticed Rogue and Gambit both on the couch together, before turning her attention over towards Amelia what she said was a bit worrying. "You are apart of our team Amelia, is everything alright?" Cassandra asked her, as she took a moment and paused as she started think about going to Genosha, and Cass did not like the idea of going there at all in the least bit. She wanted to see the nation burn and destroyed as she thought of various things to try and destroy all of it and burn it to the ground.

Maria Novikova

Location: The Aerie - Earth 257

Maria started to follow the others towards the building itself as she turned her attention over towards Amelia seeing the confused look asking who they were. Cass was able to answer the question, that was a little bit worrying since Amelia had been with them for a few months now at this point. Maria asked Amelia with a concerned look as they entered the building, she noticed the nice fireplace as well as a picture of a couple that she didnt recognize, and noticed Rogue and Gambit were on the couch together.

Maria then suddenly stopped where she was, as her memories were changed from seeing her sister Kristina getting killed right before her eyes when she was taken to Genosha by Max. But now she remembered that Kristina was now alive and well living out her life in Genosha which made her happy. She was actually genuinely excited to see her sister again when they got to Genosha.

Niah wanted to be concerned about the others in the group. She wanted to stay out with Sparky and listen to her friend complain. Wanted to let her friend vent. Even if she knew some of that would be directed at her. But the feeling of wanting to protect Oliver grew. She needed to be near him. Needed to be at his side. Needed to be there if he needed her. She appreciated how he kept in step with her too as they entered the building.

She wanted to reach out and touch him to reassure herself he was there and wasn't going anywhere. But she didn't trust the people around them. Didn't know what was happening. So she put her hands on her hips instead.

She frowned when Amelia seemed to slip. Something happened and she was different now. "I think Amelia is the Amelia from here now. Not sure if that is a switch, or if she just was overwhelmed by it." She did not like saying that out loud. Not around people, she didn't trust. But this could be a big problem very quickly. Not knowing what Amelia from this world was like was very dangerous for the group.

Matt was confused by his sudden desire to solve murders. He wasn't Sherlock Holmes. He was even more confused by the idea that Oliver was behind it. But it was the only thought he had about it. Somehow he had to prove that Oliver was guilty of it. He knew it down to his bones that Oliver was guilty. It was just a matter of finding the proof that he knew existed. All of that didn't make much sense though.

He couldn't shake it though, and he looked at Oliver. Seeing his face he was confused. Oliver looked disgusted. Oliver is his friend. Sure he had done some dumb shit, not thinking his actions through and that led to issues, but he was a good guy at heart. Right? He wouldn't be guilty of killing people?

Matt didn't even consider it might be something his counterpart was dealing with. Something that this world had to deal with. He watched as Niah stood protectively near Oliver. Like she was ready to fight anyone who meant him harm. Did she know? He shook his head, there was nothing to know. Oliver wasn't a killer.

He entered the building and saw Rogue and Gambit. He hadn't met the pair of them yet. Unlike the rest of the group, this was his first alternate reality. But something was wrong Amelia. He would deal with the Oliver thing later. "Amelia? What do you mean? We're your team. Your friends." This was his bestie. Other than Cass he didn't have as close a relationship with anyone else on the team.

Flynn thought nothing about Sparky deciding to stay outside for a few minutes, honestly from what he could tell, she probably just needed to be away from everyone else for a little while. Nothing wrong with stepping back and collecting your thoughts right? Well, he just sort of followed along after the others into the mansion of sorts, and they eventually reached and saw who it was that was also in the main area that they all ended up in. This was definitely an interesting place, and also a little surprising as to who they ran into.

A thought randomly crossed his mind, and it was just a random thought, and definitely not one that he had ever thought about before. That thought, was that he had gotten a human pregnant, of all people. The thought actually disgusted him, and whenever he looked at any of the other non-mutant people in the group, he kind of felt disgusted by them. That, and angered, so for the moment, he was looking at the floor, trying to ignore the rage and anger that was starting to build up in general right now.

"Well, I think I need a break from any sort of insanity or drama right now, so I think I'll be fine with being out here for a little while. Just a few minutes, I'll head in soon like the rest of you..." Sparky reassured people. Personally, she just wanted to get away and catch her breath and think for a few moments, before everyone headed inside. She glanced up, and saw a place she could fly up to and perch on, and so she took off into the air and sat down on a ledge away from everyone else, and it was nice and quiet, a great place to be able to just sit and think.

Now she was alone, and able to breathe and think about everything, and she just sort of sat there, thinking about the insanity that was going on with being in this reality. Of course, there was the whole situation involving Raynor, and the fact that he had lied to her. But then again, did that really surprise her? Not really, and now that she had a chance to clear her head and thoughts, she sort of could understand where he was coming from with everything, since the most obvious thing was he never meant to come back here. He had meant to stay in the reality everyone else was from. The other thing that stood out to her was that no one really explained how come she had gotten sent to the other reality, and that was a question that she had.

The people in SWORD (who she was convinced weren't the best people entirely) kept saying she had ended up getting kidnapped or something, but was that even true? Personally, she was thinking that it had likely been a lie, or some propaganda thing, but even taking that into account, why had she ended up in the other reality to begin with? She still had more questions, but her mind kept going back to Raynor, and what he had more or less said to her when she confronted him to begin with. His words still stung, but once again, she was starting to wonder if he had been lying again with them. Now that she was a bit calmer, she figured that she probably should go back to the others, and maybe get a few more answers from Raynor, now that she wasn't exactly going to be yelling at him anymore.

EARTH 257 - 7:50 AM Nov. 14th, 2021 - the Blue

Angel's Aerie

Destiny shifted her gaze (if a blind woman wearing a creepy golden mask could really have a gaze) towards Oliver. She didn't say a single word, holding her head there for what felt like minutes but could have only been seconds, before shifting her "gaze" to look at Raynor. And then finally, back to Oliver once again.

"I'm not really sure - I don't think it's anything to worry about," Bonnie lied to Cass. She hadn't found a good time to really process the subtle changes that had been happening to her ever since they faced the Black Order. There was no denying that by the laws of physics, she should have died in that encounter - and yet, here she was, alive and pregnant in an alternate reality. She found it difficult to really worry and fret over all of that stuff though when she could feel something messing with her mind, her memories not making sense, fracturing and fragmenting almost as if two lives were fighting inside of her for dominance.

Her heart was pounding, the emotional feeling of fear and anxiety waging war against her rational thoughts. She didn't have a logical motivation to kill the Genoshan leaders. But her mind couldn't help but mentally consider the best way to do it - poison, perhaps, while cliché was effective against most mutants not of the Wolverine variety. Metal knives were definitely out. Attacking both at once would be a suicide run - she'd have to isolate them, do it one at a time and...

Bonnie shook her head, drawing on some power she couldn't name, and things gradually began to clear. The feeling faded.

"What do you mean I'm the Amelia from here? I'm the only damn Amelia there is - except for my friend, Amy, but she clearly isn't here right now!" Amelia exclaimed. Wind began to blow around them - everyone with long hair would suddenly have their hair swirling around them. Destiny's robes began to blow slightly and Rogue's hair was a complete mess in the breeze. "Now, you all are going to explain what's going on here, mates, or we're going to have a problem. I don't want to give you a Sydney Send-off but I will do it!"

"Thank you, dear," Destiny said as Mystique handed her a glass of wine, not at all concerned with the angry and confused airbender in the room. Folly rolled her eyes, leaning back slightly on one foot as she got into a defensive posture.

"You think she's being, like, overwritten? Like conflicting versions of a file?" Darcy asked, looking at Niah. Her eyes then widened. "Oh shit oh shit oh shit, if she's being overwritten, then..." Darcy gulped, looking at Flynn and Maria - people she knew in this world would kill humans. "Please try your best to, like, not give into any urges to kill me!"

"Okay, I'm sorry, but that's complete bullshit. If your mind could be overwritten by traveling to another reality, then I would be acting like a prissy little goth girl all the time, crying about how my boyfriend turns green and no one likes my photos on Instagram or whatever," Raynor pointed out. "And Sparky would think she was Lance Banner. But clearly neither of those things are happening, sooo it can't be that. Maybe the Iron left some sort of telepathic Trojan horse in Amelia's head."

"Chère... Gambit don't understand nutin' that's happening right now," Gambit admitted, looking at Rogue who had stopped hitting him with a pillow for a moment.

"That is hardly unusual," Destiny said dryly. She really hated her son-in-law.

"Mama!" Rogue exclaimed. "Ah don't know what's goin' on either, and I ain't an idiot, so neither is Remy!"

"You aren't exactly the brightest mutant out there, dear," Mystique said.

"Seriously? None of you are going to tell me what the bloody hell is happening?!" Amelia exclaimed - the wind was becoming more furious now. Darcy had to squint from the slight pain in her eyes it was causing and Folly had to grip onto a table, as it was becoming enough to begin to slide people backwards.

"... I think Niah is right. I think... I think it might be happening to me, too," Bonnie admitted. "I remember the X-Men killing my parents... I remember some vague details of living in the Iron... Things that should be impossible. I'm French Canadian, not... Iron-ian or whatever the term is."

"The file corruption will become permanent if you stay in our world too long," Destiny then said. "I see that one of you will be overwritten and lost forever. More, if you aren't careful and quick. You will need the aid of a powerful sorcerer - a scarred man with a metal mask - in order to return home."

"...Doom? We need to go to Doom for help? Gee, isn't that convenient," Raynor muttered. "Love how you just happen to know everything, Irene."

Irene took a sip of wine under her mask. "It is my curse."

Upon making eye contact with Amelia, a part of Oliver realized what she had actually just said. He swallowed hard for a moment, shocked that'd he'd been so absorbed in the murder of his best friend, that he failed to realize his other best friend has seemingly forgotten about him. He felt slimy, like he'd done something awful, even if he was only distracted for but a moment in the grand scheme of things. He blew air through his teeth, lightly whistling as he thought of something, anything he could do to help. The best he could think to do was try to remind her.

Oliver shook his head, saying, "I refuse to believe this is permanent." He looked over at Amelia, with a bit of a frown, "You're one of my best friends, and quite frankly I've lost too much to lose you too." He said, hoping his honesty and directness would help her in some way, "I... if you've been affected, I'm sure we can find somebody who can help; Maybe if Doom caused this, Doom can fix it, but I've never met a problem that didn't have a solution." Oliver was clearly upset, not the least because hew as getting very worried at the prospect of whatever it was in him that wanted to kill Raynor taking over.

Cassandra turned her attention over towards Amelia as she could feel the wind picking up trying to keep her hair from covering her eyes and approached Amelia as best as she could. "Amelia you are our friend, and a member of our team we are from a completely different reality. Whatever is going on here is messing with all of us." Cassandra said, looking at Amelia hoping that she'd calm down and would try and listen to them.

"You are our pilot the best one that i've ever known you've shown me a few things as well to and helped me learn how to pilot, try and remember." She said as she listened to Niah, she wasnt sure how long it would actually take but it happened to her first since coming here and it was going to be a major problem. She was thinking of giving the Iron a call maybe even requesting an attack on Genosha, but she wasnt going to say that out loud. She needed to get her team out of here as soon as possible and finding Doom was probably the best thing that they could do right now. "We just need to find either our Doom or this realities' version of Doom and hopefully we can get him to send us back."

Maria looked over at Raynor, she wasnt sure what exactly was happening with him, while the rest of the group was experiencing these changes before speaking. "Maybe because you are Asgardian so maybe it takes longer in our reality or something. Sparky doesnt even have memories of here so thats maybe why she hasnt experienced any of this?" Maria suggested she really had no idea with whatsoever she wasnt even a scientist either really. Maria looked at Darcy she could understand her concern and she didnt want to hurt anyone that she considered a friend.

Maria could feel the wind getting more and more intense thanks to Amelia she tried to keep her hair out of her face as much as possible, while trying to keep her footing. "We are all family here and we have been working together as a team Amelia you have to remember something at least." Maria said she didnt want to hurt Amelia if she couldn't calm down, she hoped that everyone else could convince her to calm down.

"I know it is happening to me." She looked at Bonnie. "I've already had conflicting memories of my childhood, and now I have another." Four different memories all tied up in her. Her original life, the reset she did, and the House of M. Now this place. It was getting hard to keep them straight.

Raynor was right. This was not normal. She thought of her reality hoping sister. Dalisy didn't complain about having extra memories, well more than was reasonable from having reality re-written causing her death to not have happened. She chewed on her lip a bit thinking. "Amelia, what is the last thing you remember before suddenly being here?" She looked at Oliver hearing him say that Doom might have been behind it.

She nodded. That made sense. He might have set a booby trap essentially for them. It could have been the Iron's fault, but she felt it more likely that it was Doom's. Now that they were out of the Iron they lost the resource of their cameras and wouldn't be able to track them around the city. But maybe there were reports of strange activity.

"We need to find Doom. It has gotten more immediate of an issue." She sighed. This mission had gone much too sideways.

"Amelia, we are from another universe." Matt started to explain. "The memories you're experiencing right now are the ones from this universe. Please, fight it. Try to remember who we are." He didn't want to lose his friend. If he could get her to focus on who they were. She was clearly getting overwhelmed though. He wanted to step back. But he didn't trust Oliver near her. And for the same reason he wanted to help Amelia he knew that mistrust wasn't really his. It was his counterpart.

He glanced at Niah. She had the most experience out of any of them of having conflicting memories. "Niah, in the past how have you dealt with it?"

"In the past it wasn't a re-writing. It was just different copies. To use Darcy's metaphor. The previous files are gone. And have been replaced with the local ones." Niah responded. "My previous experiences don't apply here."

"Well I'm not sure what the hell is going on, and frankly, doesn't sound like it really matters what's going on or what's happening or not at this point," Flynn commented, rolling his eyes a bit. He was a bit annoyed with everyone sort of talking and not very much coming up with any sort of solutions. Sure, finding Doom was a great start with regards to an idea, but the major problem was the fact that they were in a giant world, and Doom could be just about anywhere at this point. There was no easy solution to this problem.

Of course, there was the other thing, that being that he wasn't going to really admit that anything was currently messing with him. After all, that wasn't really anything he didn't want to deal with. Right now anyway, since they weren't very good things in general. "So we go to find Doom, and see about getting back home before those sort of rewrites potentially become permanent right? Simple, totally, even though we still have no idea where the hell Doom even is or how to find him at this rate, he could literally be anywhere right now."

Location: The Aerie

She felt so calm up in the air by herself, and right now, she finally had the ability to calm down and relax. Though Sparky wanted to go down there and speak to Raynor, at least a little bit to get a few things straightened out, she took a few more deep breaths, just to ensure that she was completely calm. Once she was sure about it, she jumped down from her ledge, flying down to the ground and landing safely. Sparky took one more deep breath, before she walked into the Aerie and found her way to where everyone else was, and found a very interesting conversation taking place around her.

There seemed to be something going on with regards to memories overwriting or something like that. It didn't make too much sense to her, especially with unfortunately the comparison of sorts that Raynor was making about it that was true. Any theory that went into her head made not too much sense or not entirely believable. Actually, from what she could figure, Niah's idea did seem the most likely explanation, but that didn't really explain the points that Raynor had made. "I'm not sure what to think or what's going on since I'm not effected by it it seems... But if finding Doom is our best chance, then we probably should do our best to find him quickly..."

Cass would be unable to calm Amelia down, but she would be able to fortify her mind; the desire to plot the downfall of Genosha has disappeared, for now at least. Meanwhile, Darcy was thinking more on the problem. "Maybe it has to do with the rate of the file transfer - like how you can sync locally or over a network. Maybe the local sync is faster, since we're now in the Blue where her counterpart is from... But that would mean.... Oh shit... Oh shit oh shit oh shit!" Darcy exclaimed.

"... Amelia's counterpart has to be here," Bonnie finished Darcy's thought. The same country wasn't a good enough of an explanation. She didn't have a good reason as to why Cass hadn't been completely impacted earlier, when facing her own double, besides the notion that maybe they just hadn't been in this reality long enough. But the only thing that made sense to Bonnie was that Amelia's variant had to be there, at the Aerie, somewhere they just couldn't see.

BOOM!

The front entrance's door was kicked down. Bonnie recognized some of the people in the group - she saw Amelia, wearing a smart white and black costume with swirling wind motifs. With her was Captain America, equipped with a jetpack, and a man Bonnie didn't recognize in a white formal suit with a moon symbol on the mask. Next to the Moon-Suit-Man was a woman with gigantic curly hair and golden wings, her costume evocative of Egyptian pharaohs. There was a man next to her, clad in what looked like Greek armor, with gigantic muscles - the jetpack strapped to his back looked almost tiny in comparison.

And lastly, someone who Bonnie had no trouble recognizing at all; someone who they had been sent here to look for - Luminous. She wore a blue and silver version of the classic Scarlet Witch costume, swirling blue orbs of energy in each of her hands. Bonnie couldn't tell if that was their world's Luminous or this world's - it was too hard to say. Physically, the two of them looked identical. And with Luminous' reality warping powers, a costume change was hardly out of the question. She could have stolen her double's place and joined... the Avengers, for some reason. Probably to hide, to trick them, Bonnie decided.

"Just like I said - abnormal energies," Luminous said, gesturing at the assembled group. "I've never seen such a singularly perfect golem replicate - much less a small army of them."

"My hair does look great, doesn't it?" Aero, the Amelia doppleganger, said, staring at her counterpart.

"Oi, mates, I have no bloody idea what's going on here, but I found myself with this lot and they started nattering on about alternate worlds and some asswipe named Doom. Think they're Genoshan spies," Amelia said, walking confidently over towards the newcomers - the Avengers, Guardians of the Blue.

"The clone talks like me, too - this is fucking nuts," Aero complained, sweeping her hand and creating a temporary wind barrier that prevented Amelia from getting much closer.

"Who the bloody hell are you calling the clone, clone?!"

"Any of your gods have insights?" Captain America asked, looking at the Egyptian woman (Scarlet Scarab), the man in the white suit (Mr Knight), and the beefcake (Hercules).

Darcy was about to turn to talk to Destiny, only to notice that Destiny and Mystique were nowhere to be seen. Folly had vanished as well. "Fucking great, cowards!" she whisper-hissed. At least Gambit and Rogue hadn't abandoned them all.

"Those two," Mr. Knight answered Captain America, gesturing at Raynor and Flynn, "are right rotten bastards and could be taught a lesson or two."

"One of them is Pallas' avatar," Hercules said.

"Look, we aren't here to fight you fucking Avengers, we're from another world, our friend is clearly losing her mind, no one is a clone, well, except you, Luminous - you are a clone," Raynor said, annoyed and stressed out of his mind. He knew that nothing was happening to him. But he couldn't deny that it seemed to be happening to everyone around them. And he was beginning to wonder about the Luminous they were facing too - was that the Luminous they had been sent to retrieve? Or just the double from this world?

"We know all about you, son. Those lies aren't going to work on us," Captain America warned, picking up his shield. "I'll ask you all to get on the ground with your hands behind your head just once."

"Ah hell nah, we ain't gonna go down without a fight!" Rogue shouted, before flying straight at Captain America and punching him in the head, knocking him backwards.

Then all hell broke loose.

Cassandra Reed

Location: The Aerie - Earth 257
Skills: Enhanced Condition, Hand to Hand Combat

Cassandra closed her eyes for a moment and forced out the thoughts of taking out Genosha, feeling a lot better now getting those thoughts out of her head felt better. "Try and not think of the changes going on whatever thoughts you have try and force them out if you all can." Cassandra told them hopefully they would listen and it would work for them all in some way. She then started to think for a moment Doom very much loved his home country Latveria, he could possibly be there to. "Maybe Doom is somewhere in Latveria assuming it's still a country here that is anyway we could find him there?" Cassandra suggested as she looked between everyone else in the room listening to Darcy as she started to come up with a theory as to why Amelia was the way she was right now. When the door was suddenly kicked down, she instantly recognized Captain America, Amelia as well as Luminous who was there with them.

Either this was their Luminous or it was this realities' counterpart for this reality, though Cass wouldn't put it past Luminous to possibly kill off this one and take her place in order to blend in. "Listen we are not from here and Raynor is actually speaking the truth." Cassandra told Captain America she tried to look for Mystique, Destiny and Folly but none of them were here right now, and Rogue instantly jumped into the fray taking on Captain America. "We need to take and question Luminous and find out what she knows and see if she knows about Doom." Cassandra told the others, their Amelia still thought that she was with them, she didn't want to hurt her at all she didn't want to loose another member of their team.

Cassandra didn't really recognize the others in the group, she decided to go after the guy in the fancy looking suit and charged after him directly, she was about to punch him only for Moon Knight to grab her by the arm and flip her over into a nearby wall. Cass groaned slightly as she started to get up again and tried to go in for another punch only for him to kick her in the stomach causing her to stumble backwards slightly.

Maria Novikova

Location: The Aerie - Earth 257
Skills: Archery

Maria stared at Amelia as the door was knocked down she saw this realities' verson of Amelia, Captain America and Luminous, the others Maria didn't have a clue who they were. Captain America asking the suit guy and the woman in Egyptian garb for any insights to them, she looked over her shoulder at Flynn and Raynor. "At least i'm not lobbed in the same group this time around." Maria said sarcastically, Folly, Mystique and Destiny all had disappeared and turned to look at Darcy. "Go and find somewhere safe to hide." Maria suggested to her as she quickly drew out her bow, and looked at the group.

The biggest threat to her in Maria's opinion was the huge meathead in Greek like armor, she quickly drew out five arrows picking the explosive tipped ones. She fired off five shots four of them ended up hitting some of the walls in the building, she felt the building shaking slightly as they went off which probably wasn't a good thing as Maria managed to fire the fifth shot that hit causing Hercules to be knocked backwards.

Oliver Sullivan

Oliver's head was swimming; caught between his obsessive thoughts on killing Raynor and worry about his recently rewritten friend, and that was before people who wanted to kill them showed up. He gritted his teeth, he had thought that they were supposed to be safe here, but it was danger and death once again. Maybe the reason he was so fixed on killing Raynor, not some evil magician forcing world's together, but just because he was so on edge from the amount of wanton murder he has committed over the past year. Oliver probably, in any case, needed a therapist.

Without even thinking much about it, he targeted the person who recognized as an Avenger, Captain America. Normally he'd be worried about trying to take out a Super Soldier, but he was sure he could at least snatch the shield and get the rest of his team a a significant advantage in the fight. It was a surprise then, as he tried to phase it out of Cap's hands, that the shield exploded. In the endless contingencies he'd come up with during the skrull invasion, he had no idea that the shield would respond like that. He made a mental note, and in the chaos, slashed Captain America across the stomach with his handy dandy laser sword, before zipping off to safety.

UGH! They would have to explain this all over again. It was getting real annoying real quick. Each time they encountered a new person the automatic response was to attack them. Their group's counterparts had pissed off someone at one point or another and it was endless. And of course one of the new people to show up was Luminous. For a split second, all she could see was the death of someone who had never existed. Good to know those memories weren't being overwritten. It was like the two worlds that she had lived in that were gone were more real than the life she had legally lived.

Oli moved away. Something about that set her teeth on edge. She didn't like that he wasn't by her side and wanted to complain about that, but she bit it back. Bit back a lot of comments she wanted to say. What she needed to establish was if this was their universe's Luminous. There was an easy way to do that. She pulled off her gloves and stashed them in her pocket. Before darting forward to touch Luminous. That's all she needed was a brief contact.

The first attempt was dodged. The second was not. "She belongs here. Not the one we are looking for." She backed up away from Luminous. "We are from another universe." She said seriously. "I'm getting real tired of people thinking I'm a clone. I sort of wish I was. It'd make things easier." She touched her leg, prepping it. Arming it for defense. She didn't want to hurt these people. Not even Luminous. She was one of the best Warriors for the Blue.

A whole lot started to happen. Amelia was still at a complete loss of herself. She was the local Amelia, which got really confusing when the local one showed up. Something Matt hoped wouldn't happen to anyone else.

At least Matt's desire to solve murders didn't stop him from caring about Cass. Who was trying to fight someone he had no hope of getting a touch on. This was going to have to be dealt with quickly. He aimed for the man's shoulder hoping to remove him from the fight without killing him. This place surely had good enough medical care that it shouldn't kill him. He hoped anyway.

In the end, it didn't matter. The bullets were stopped. Whatever the man's clothes were made of stopped the bullets. Great. Just great.

The conversation was entertaining for the most part, as far as he could tell really. Though the idea of running into more of their counterparts was definitely not something he thought was a good thing, considering from what was being said, that might not be a good idea. Everything was interrupted though, by Captain America coming in with a group of people that he didn't really recognize (save for like, two of them). Then all hell broke loose and the chaos that proceeded to occur. Then again, all hell breaking loose was essentially their specialty for the most part, that was fairly apparent at this point.

The others started going on with attacking the group, leaving the guy with all of the muscles more or less alone, and considering the fact that to him, he seemed like he'd likely be a big threat, Flynn decided to send fire at him. "Look, don't believe us or whatever, but since you all decided to show up here and if I had to guess, were going to attack us, might as well fight back," he commented, before sending out a blast of fire at Hercules. The first attack, the guy dodged out of the way, the second wall of flame was a lot more successful, as he managed to set the guy on fire.

"...Guessing the idea of Amelia's counterpart being here is not a good thing right?" she ended up commenting, with regards to what it was that Bonnie and Darcy seemed to be talking about. Of course, she didn't have any issues, considering this technically was where she was from, and so she didn't really have to worry about running into any sort of counterpart. Though that led to the problem still of her not knowing anything about this world or anything, she was from here, and knew nothing but what had been said which was just sort of secondhand information. Such a fun experience this mission has turned out to be.

The chaos that erupted when that other group arrived. Sparky wasn't too sure this was a good idea to be fighting them, it was one thing if it was in self defense or something, but this was not really the case. Personally, she didn't want to do any sort of fighting, right now, she just wanted things to calm down and everyone to just sort of talk about everything. "Look, not sure who all of you are, but can we just, not fight? This isn't going to make anything better... And maybe we can actually talk about things? What is with some people in instantly deciding to go straight to violence... Or in some cases deciding to light someone on fire," Sparky ended up saying, rolling her eyes after having seen Flynn light Hercules on fire.

EARTH 257 - 8:10 AM Nov. 14th, 2021 - the Blue

Angel's Aerie

"I don't want to hurt you, dear, but I can't allow you to do whatever it is you're all up to here. It's right shady stuff," Mr. Knight said. He had a rather posh British accent - but it strangely sounded like the British actors in old soaps, rather than someone you would actually meet going down the street in London today. "And oi, mate, wait your turn will ya?" he asked Matt, turning his head to look at him for a moment. Unlike the others present, who continued to attack and attack, Mr. Knight was holding back, waiting for Cass to either surrender or catch her breath before doing more. It was chivalrous of him - but also perhaps stupid, giving Cass an opening to try to attack.

"Hey, I'm not a damsel in distress!" Darcy complained, as Maria told her to go somewhere safe to hide. Her eyes then widened as Maria let a volley of explosive arrows fly, one of them colliding into the chunky demigod. Hercules was hit but still standing, like some sort of mythical colossus. "Uh... On the second thought, I'm going to go hide now!" Darcy said, before running off towards the back of the Aerie.

Captain America's eyes widened, looking almost morose as Oliver (accidentally) exploded his shield. Any pensive sorrow vanished though, as Oliver slashed him across the chest. He was a super soldier, but a few good hits like that could still take him down - he wasn't bulletproof or anything like that. "Son, you're going to regret that you did that," Captain America warned. Captain America shifted into a boxing stance and ran at Oliver, and threw a punch - despite Oliver's speed, Oliver wouldn't be able to dodge it (maybe he was distracted?), getting decked across the jaw. The punch must have stunned Oliver's senses, as Cap then threw an uppercut, hitting Oliver in the stomach. And then finally, Cap swung a mean cross punch, hitting Oliver in the face and actually knocking out one of Oliver's teeth.

Niah's leg seemed to understand that she was a rather vulnerable squishy nerd at the moment, and the Kree technology adapted to protect her. Niah would find herself wearing Kree battle armor, which looked suspiciously like Carol Danvers' hero suit, just in a different color scheme.

Hercules had already been bombed by Maria and then set on fire by Flynn, so he wasn't having a fantastic day. It would have been worse for others though, as Hercules had supped from Hera's magical breasts as a baby, granting him godlike strength and invulnerability. The flames wouldn't kill him like they would kill someone else. But that didn't stop the pain. Hercules choked back a scream, transforming it into merely a super loud grunt, before dropping to the ground. Even for a demigod, the best way to put out a fire was to stop, drop, and roll. He managed to put the flames on himself out (GM note - this took up his entire action for his turn, so Herc wasn't able to attack).

"You attacked us first," Luminous said, appearing right next to Sparky in a flash. Luminous put her hands around Sparky's head and her eyes glowed silver - a moment later, Sparky's eyes glowed silver as well. "Attack your friends," Luminous whispered in Sparky's mind. Sparky would feel compelled to follow this command (GM note - each round, you can roll to break free from control. DC is a 16).

"Get away from her, witch!" Raynor shouted, throwing his dagger at Luminous. Luminous' image became a blur and the next moment, she was standing behind Raynor. She grabbed his head by the hair, her eyes glowing silver again. "It'll take more than just your magic to get inside of my--" Raynor said, before his eyes turned silver and he fell still.

Inside his mind, Raynor was trapped inside of his worst memory. He stood on the burning hills of Asgard, looking up towards the sky as what looked like falling stars were on a collision course with the planet. The fields were littered with the dead, with no Valkyries to attend to them. Tears welled up in Raynor's eyes as he fell down to his knees. And he screamed in pain - he screamed for his father and his mother. He screamed for his home, for his planet, for his people.

In the real world, meanwhile, Gambit and Rogue were locked in a 2-on-1 match with the Scarlet Scarab. Rogue and the Scarab were flying around, as the Scarab managed to evade Rogue's touch and dodge Gambit's cards, all while using some fierce blades of her own. They seemed evenly matched.

Aero and Amelia were in a fight of the doppelgangers. Amelia had no idea what was going on, but Aero had attacked her first, attempting to create an air vacuum around Amelia's head to suffocate her. And Amelia wasn't going to let someone with her face take her out without a fight. The two of them were giving Avatar the Last Airbender a run for its money, fighting with creative airbending techniques, using the air to slice and cut and blow away. Of all the fights, at least theirs didn't do as much structural damage.

"I'm the real Amelia! You're not me!" Amelia insisted, charging towards Aero on an air scooter.

Aero kicked herself up into the air, gliding effortlessly right above Amelia, and then kicking her double in the back. "Liar!" Aero shouted. "I don't know what the bloody hell you think you'll accomplish here, but you aren't fooling no one, mate!"

"I could say the same to you!"

Lastly, Bonnie had used her magical transformation necklace and transformed into Greek battle armor. In her hand, she held a shield embossed with the face of the gorgon Medusa. In the back of her mind, she could hear a woman's voice. It was distant, out of focus, and Bonnie didn't know if she wanted to strain to listen to it - if that was just another effect of whatever had happened to them here. But she had heard what Hercules had called her - Pallas' avatar.

"Pallas is one of my names, yes," the voice whispered. "I took it to honor a friend."

"... Athena?" Bonnie murmured. But now wasn't the time for a lengthy conversation. She set her mind to the task of beating Luminous. She seemed to be doing classic Scarlet Witch style attacks - a difference from their world, where she preferred to lean on her speedster skill set. So, Bonnie asked herself - how would one go about beating the Scarlet Witch?

"Flynn, how did you deal with witches?" Bonnie whisper-hissed, rushing over to her husband. Are there wards we can use? Or runes?"

Cassandra looked over towards Matt after she heard some shots going off, and them hitting Mr. Knight but that didnt even do anything to him. But she was glad that her boyfriend was able to assist her, she turned her attention back towards Mr. Knight who more or less was waiting for her to make the next move. "Listen, if you have encountered me before why would I be in league with the others in the group, also why am I not in an Iron Suit?" Cassandra asked him mainly referring to this reality's version of her, Raynor, and Maria and Flynn's counterparts as well to. She was really more annoyed with him trying to be a gentleman at this point as she cracked her neck slightly and stared him down.

"We are trying to get back home, we are looking for our own Dr. Doom and our Luminous and we will be on our way. However i'm not going to allow you all to take members of my team." Cassandra told him as she closed her eyes and started to manipulate the area around her to simulate a massive blizzard. She wanted to make sure that he wouldn't be able to see her, once she was satisfied with the effect she created Cass quickly charged forward and started to get up close and personal, managing to get a few good punches in forcing Mr. Knight on the defensive.

Maria looked towards Flynn who sent a wall of fire towards Hercules and nodded towards him slightly. "Keep the heat on him I have an idea." Maria said as she pressed a button on the wrist of her suit and activated it's stealth function, she was silently cursing herself as she could even hear her own footsteps. The huge hulking Demigod was busy trying to put out the fire Flynn had forced him to do the whole stop drop and roll tactic.

As Maria got close enough Maria moved behind Hercules and started to take off one of her gloves, hoping that she wouldn't end up getting another psyche in her head again Maria quickly deactivated her stealth suit. Maria laid her ungloved hand on Hercules' bare skin and instantly started to feel the surge of strength going through her. She had taken out Cull Obsidian from the Black Order months ago when they were searching for Oliver to try and kill him, hopefully she'd be able to take him on with his own powers.

Oliver Sullivan

The Aerie
Skills: Molecular Oscillation, super speed

Oli was really really hoping that he'd never have to actually be hit ever again in his life, and up until a second ago, it seemed almost reasonable. The man was fast, and even if he couldn't keep distance between himself and aggressors, he figured dodging normal speed attacks would be easy. He now saw how foolish that thought had been, as one of his teeth flew out of his mouth. As blood pooled in his lower jaw, he reached for his sword, and there was a rage in his eyes. He wouldn't stoop to murder, not yet, but there was a bloodlust in him now that had to be sated

"And you," Oliver said, a piercing look in his eyes, "Are going to regret thatm" Without thinking, Oliver took his sword, and almost casually swing it towards the back of The Captain's ankle, severing the tendon that kept his calf connected to his lower foot. If Oliver knew his biology, and granted, he didn't, that should keep Cap from the rest of this battle, and even future ones. With the blood that had accumulated in his mouth, Oli spit on Captain America, before turning his attention to the rest of the fight, unsure of how best to help.
