When she does so, looking into the skull's interior through the foramen magnum* reveals that a fresh brain has appeared within the cranium. Plasm's investigative instincts then suggest her knowledge in magical matters would shed further light on the situation, and after a moment of thought he realizes that something mistook the skull in her head for a part of her body. And now a very confused and very concerned intellect devourer is sitting in Plasm's hands, wondering how the hells it got itself into this mess.
