The day was normal... the world spun around as if nothing wrong could ever happen. But...we all know the world can change, with the flap of a butterfly's wings. In a secret lab, one mishap is something that could radically change the world if not handled correctly...and this was not. The crazy mad men in the lab wanted to try and combine very deadly diseases to see what the possible outcome could be. If only they knew it would cause...the apocalypse. It became airborne and before they could seal off the lab, it spread... and began to bring back the cadavers from the dead. One crazy event in one lab led the the entire world of chaos.

It is now 3 months later. Everyone left is a true survivor. Are you with one of the many factions of people who have banned together for survival? Or are you on your own...looking for the next place to call home.

@AntiRpRPIt would be about humans working together to rebuild society along with a lot of zombie killing. In Post 0 I will go into more detail of the story

Why not, like I said, I'd have preferred the super hero school, but apocalypse can be kinda fun too. I'll work on a character sheet here soon.

So what state or area is this in? It'll give me a better idea for my character that way. I assume since it's the apocalypse, most people don't try to go cross country or anything, or if they do, perhaps they're coming to this place because of an abundance of good soil, water, or other types of resources one would need to truly rebuild a society.

I personally left it open for anyone to work in certain factions in any place they wanted and it would basically come down to how they would get along if close to each other. My faction is based out of Florida so we can keep it there for now and then move states to seak a better climate or if we hear of safe zones.

Okay. I just figure it'd work better from an RP angle to stay in roughly the same area, especially if we have fewer players. We want our characters to interact, after all. So I'll just go with Florida for my character as well. Then like you said, we can move along if we hear of new safezones and stuff. I plan on my character starting as a wanderer of sorts, kind of drifting from settlement to settlement, but for some reason she'll end up sticking around here for a while

Oh, I overlooked giving her fishing gear too, and the obvious saddle and stuff on her horse. Is it okay if I add that stuff on her sheet?
