Cool name pending. This contest is a new idea so let's see how it goes.
For this contest you will receive your starting sentence and you have to write a story or a poem based on that. There is a short version and a long version and you can enter a submission for both. You will also receive the beginning letters for your sentences/lines for the short version or your paragraphs/stanzas for the long version. There will be no limits to wordcount, but your sentences/paragraphs/lines/stanzas may not be less or more than the letters you received plus the starting sentence. For this round, this means you have the starting sentence and you will have to write 13 additional sentences/paragraphs/lines/stanzas.
There will be no voting round for this trial run, I mainly want to see how interested people are in this format.

- The story or poem you submit must be written by you and specifically for this contest. This also means no AI generated entries.
- Don't exceed PEGI 16 with your writing; no 18+ themes and fade to black if applicable.
- Don’t forget to subscribe to this thread. You will receive updates on the contest and on the number of entries, and reminders about the deadline here. I will not PM them.
Contest rules:

- You can submit both a short version and a long version.

- Your entry can be anonymous or carry your name. Let me know what you want in the PM. If you don't specify, your entry will be posted anonymously, but you may always claim your story during or after the voting round.
Even for anonymous entries, the name of the writer will be added to the entry in the Hall of Fame unless specifically requested to leave the name out. - The deadline is July 25th, 9:00 CET, which is 8:00 server time (both times are in a.m.)
