Valor Teardrop of the Clandestine

Description: Valor Teardrop operates out of Hathforth, running the Clandestine, a mysterious group of sword and magic-wielders. She's been in the area for twelve years, picking up scraps of secrets drifting down from the Hathforth castle through illicit means - bribery, eavesdropping, and sometimes forceful interrogation.

It appears Valor and her group have an outside sponsor - they are never hurt for cash despite never taking on typical mercenary work in the city. It’s this unknown sponsor that allows them the freedom to dedicate the whole of their time to unraveling the secrets of Hathforth Castle.

They make note of everything. Who comes, who goes. Who's in favour with the Wizard Queen, who isn't. Everything is carefully recorded, not a detail is misplaced. What their end goal could be, however, remains a mystery.

Savant “Savy” Fullmoon

Description: Through a cruel twist of fate, Savant was captured by the Clandestine when he was a wee child. Fabeled as a child with a superior gift, it was quickly confirmed he was, in fact, the child of the rumours, and to which those rumors were true.  

So he's followed the Clandesine as a bound prisoner, allowed his wrists free when they saw he wouldn't run. There is, however, always a guard assigned to him to assure he won't run off. Savant has forgotten his home and his homeland, following the Clandestine across borders to achieve their goal.

He often points them in the right direction, though he can never say more than a vague word through his gift. These cryptic messages have taken getting used to, but the Clandestine endeavor to care for him, as one would for a special tool. He is hopeful that his cooperation will one day lead to his release, and he'll finally be able to return home.

Magic/Seed:
x Vis Circumdabit - A special ability where he can think or envision someone he's seen, and he can determine their desire at any given moment. This isn't restricted to distance - it doesn't matter how near or far the person envisioned is. However, this magic is a bit vague. He could, for example, envision someone and determine that they're desiring food, but would be unable to tell which type of food.
