Because the draining was presumably only a few seconds, I would say the long term impact comes in the form of Iraleth's prime essence degrading from 100% to roughly 95%. To those around her, it wouldn't seem like much, but with how much Iraleth would've trained in her life and how much she focuses on her martial prowess, it wouldn't be long before she'd be able to feel that difference upon training or further battle. Small, but she would tire slightly quicker in drawn out battles, her Ethos would exhaust her perhaps a few seconds quicker and hit the faintest bit less hard and move just a few paces slower, and though not something known to her exactly, her natural lifespan would have lost two or three years give or take. In the future, she may be more susceptible to illness than normal, and may develop some conditions like minor asthma or chronic pain that she wouldn't have otherwise. She'd also reach essence rebound slightly quicker than normal in a drawn out fight, but only by a handful of seconds.

In the short term as she's waking up, she'd just have the feeling of rising from near death, so... I mean, for that, just write accordingly. :P

Update: Pharmacy fucked up w/ my medication so I am physically going to be unable to sleep tonight. Meaning my post tomorrow is unlikely given that as of right now my brain is mush. Also my house almost burnt down today which is not helping (everyone is okay though and nothing of large value was lost, we are going to need to call in an electrician though to make sure whatever caused it is dealt wih).
