Dia nodded gently before heading off back towards Benjamins' room, moving to sit down on Benjamins' bed quietly.
She looked towards the door in fear, would Marc react angrily to seeing her again? Would he call for back up?

Ari moved around again, getting out of that office as soon as she could. She couldn't deal with the energy that she could feel within that room, and she swore that the woman inside could feel her presence anyway.
She continued along, stopping in the common room as she looked towards Benjamin as Marc headed over to him. "Good. They're safe." She spoke out loud with a small smile, moving to give Benjamin a wave in case he saw her before she continued off to find where Ray had gone.

Benjamin chatted with Marc to ensure he wouldn't start asking questions on the way to his room and once he got there he went in first. When Marc stepped inside his eyes settled on Dia and he frowned at her. He turned to Benjamin when the door was closed behind him.
"There are no side-effects, are there?"
"Sorry. We need your help. Ray will die if we don't find her, like Simon. He did not go home."
"Neither did Carol..." Marc muttered. While he hadn't figured out what had happened to her, he knew that her going home was impossible. That would have been communicated with a condition like hers, and prepared. "Alright, I will listen. What do you know?" He turned to Dia. "And what is your role in this? Are you an undercover investigator or something?"

Dia waited for Benjamin to come back, she was hoping that he had gotten Marc to come with him. She straightened up as he heard them talk before Benjamin led Marc into his room and closed the door behind him. She stayed quiet, watching Marc carefully as she listened to them, before his attention was brought to her.

"No." She said calmly, "I am actually one of the spirits that once inhibited Ray's body with her own." Dia said calmly and clearly, expecting Marc not to believe her at all, but if he wanted to think she was an investigator, maybe it would help them better. "My friend, Ari, is another spirit, she had a solid body for a bit before Ray disappeared and she became ghostly again." She looked towards the door softly, her eyes darkening slightly.
"I worry that they may be sacrificing them for something, or even just malpractice towards their medical tendencies." She said softly.

Marc squinted at the mention Dia was one of the spirits in Ray's body. He had read in the file that Ray believed she had multiple spirits with her, but to have someone claim she was one of those... Or was it code language for something?
Either way, her last comment made him think. Malpractice, it wouldn't be the first time in history outcasts who wouldn't be believed anyway were used for questionable experiments. He didn't want it to be true, but it did sound it like a possibility, and it would explain the patients suddenly going home.
"I haven't seen or heard anyone talk about dead bodies being transported, so I assume the patients were still alive when they were last seen. Staff walking around with patients is a common sight. I don't know where they are kept though, I've been in every room on this floor."

"The kitchen area is below, right?" Benjamin said, pacing back and forth. "I once saw the cart with the meal remains being brought to the elevator. It would be easy to get rid of bodies through the loading area of the kitchen I assume."

"I've never been down there," Marc added. "I heard it's where deliveries are made for food, medicin, supplies, the laundry. I don't have the keycard for that area."

Dia listened to the men quietly, frowning at the idea of a below area.
"If deliveries can go in the lower level, there's a chance they take the bodies out down there too." She said softly, crossing her arms as she sighed and closed her eyes, deep in thought.
After a moment of silence she opened her eyes again.

"It could be that those with the keycards are specifically unable to talk about it." She said with a furrowed brow, "And mention of it in the 'top floors' is highly discouraged with a big punishment."
