Does the Adapa work like a telepathic link? As far as I'm aware, it works similarly to a phone. Since Dayin, Chunji's Adapa, isn't with him, he isn't receiving Otis's text messages.

Yeah, you'd get mental pings when new notifications pop up like a new text or a request for a voice or video call, but they still need to be attended to like a phone. Chunji being away from his Adapa would unfortunately mean that, at the moment, Chunji wouldn't be able to know anything other than that his Adapa was messaged.

Something he would notice as he moves through is that the darkness seems to be thinner when looking towards the center of the 3rd floor, though it'd be unable to be seen what's behind it until moving through, which would still take a bit of time. In the meantime, his movements would feel somewhat weighted, as if wading through ankle-deep water.

Though I would also like to give people who haven't posted the opportunity to make a reply first! You'd be good to post again after @Psyker Landshark and @Sifr can get a reply out, though.

Sorry I am going to try my best tomorrow but I'm not going to lie I am kind of a mess mentally right now so I'm not gonna make promises. If you guys need to put Hildegunde out of commission for the foreseeable future that's fine by me. I don't want to drag anyone down.

As of IC, Hildegunde got sucked by Ciara. Like, prime essence sucked, I believe. So you can probably have her get gassed during that, and then deal with the reactions and melodrama afterwards.

Yeah, if there were a place for you to take a break while you figure stuff out, this would probably be the most convenient place to take a step back on. Definitely don't push yourself if you're not feeling up for it, that's all good!
