@Lurking Krog So, i appreciate that you have had your teeth out and that is absolutely never a fun time for anyone involved. But at the same time, the RP kinda needs to get moving.

So, i'm gonna put a timeframe for posts up in order to keep things moving at a steady pace:

- Post in the IC at least once a week

Doesn't need to be a big post, just needs to explain what your character is doing at that point in the RP. Can be as simple as "Vanovar looks around and loots the room *Link to your roll*" More detailed posts are appreciated, but this is a fun RP, not a 30 page essay demanded as homework.

- You get 3 strikes in a row. first twice your character will just be left behind and essentially forfeit their turn with the third time in a row i will take as your resignation from the game

Of course, like all things there are extensions allowed on these. Again, this is a game, not homework and i'm not going to demand that you get out of bed when you are dying or take time out of your holiday or anything like that. Just so long as you let me know, i'm happy putting your character into hibernation for a bit. But if the RP stagnates, people lose interest so we gotta keep things moving.

So, i'm gonna say that your week starts now, so if i don't get an IC post by Midday on Sunday (GMT) I'm going to give you a strike and move things along.

1. As a human, I can take a bonus feat. So would I have 3 feats in total including the starting feat from soldier Class? Or just 2?
2. I am interested in a Riot trooper or a Purge trooper. As of writing this, I'm going for Heavy or Range Trooper, would you be open to me taking Riot Trooper or Purge Trooper lvl 1 or for my character to take that class in the future?

*1 Feat for being Human
*Your Starting Class Feats
*1 Feat based on your Stormtrooper Type
*1 Feat for being Level 1
2) Hmmm... Riot Troopers didn't occur to me, to be honest, but i'm happy to make some rules for them, will have to wait for me to get home as i'm about to go out.

Mm. I imagine we have access to the combat reports from the survivors of the rebel attacks. Anything especially pertinent that Klara can suss out without a roll, and anything she would be able to roll Know:Tactics for? Or are the reports just too vague?

@Varshanka Depends on what you want to know about him. Pick a skill, make a roll. There is no magical "Know everything" skill.

@MacabreMoth Same as above, depends on the kind of information you are looking to get from the reports. Knowledge Tactics would be good for analyzing the attacks and looking for skill levels and patterns.

In that case...

I suppose in descending order of "information I think would be pertinent":

1. Typical operation and raid patterns. Typical hunting grounds, wait intervals, preferred targets, etc. Basically all the strategic stuff stuff that'll let us predict/bait out their next moves with some level of accuracy.
2. Starship composition
3. Ground unit/equipment composition
4. Notable raiders with identifiers
5. Similarities with any historical Hasiki combat doctrine

(I 'unno I probably missed something useful but that's what I thought of.)

@MacabreMoth Ok, so, how games like this work is that information gathering is based on how well you do in the roll as opposed to order of what information you'd rather get.



So, with a 24, you study the combat reports and learn the following:

*The ships involved with the attacks are only talked about in eye witness reports from the survivors with no sensor data or pictures available. They are described as "Illegally modified Cargo Freighters of unknown make and model" But studying the basic descriptions, there seems to be reports of 4 different ships:
-2 Tri-Wings you would guess are Clone Wars Era military shuttles. Possibly Rho or Theta class.
-1 has 2 large dorsal fins, potentially Sheathipede or Maxipede class.
-1 older Corellian ship, probably YT type, maybe 1250 or 2400.
Illegal modifications include them having Concussion Missile Launchers and Medium Laser Cannons. Not the most heavily armed, but more than a match for the average unarmed freighter that is their general targets.
*The pirates are wearing matching uniforms of White Duraplast plating over Navy-Blue space suits with helmets and voice filters that obscure their faces and voices, making telling race and gender impossible. Although one of the Corellian ships crew only talks in Non-Basic (Potentially Huttese) They were mostly armed with E-5 blaster rifles and SE-14 Blaster Pistols.
*Very professional about the attacks. Shoots to disable, boards, grabs what cargo they want and then leaves quickly, only killing anyone who tries to stop them and bundling the survivors into escape pods, making sure the survivors are evacuated before they destroy the ships.

@Varshanka Crasse is a professional. He treated you all as unknowns without any particular differences. Frankly, from the looks of him, you'd guess he's just glad to be a Near-Human that has been given any semblence of true power in the Empire.

Considering the ships get toasted, we probably don't have intel on what exactly they're taking, huh?

@MacabreMoth There's no specific type of cargo they are taking. Everything from food, to weapons, to medical supplies, to replacement parts for anything from starships to aggricultural vehicles.
