(You live in South Town, a town nearby Albuquerque, New Mexico. it is a weird town, with the supposed threat of demons)

You've been summited to a call in your town hall, the mayor of your town has selected a group of people to investigate strange activity on a nearby cave, you accept it despite the fact the mayor is a madman, you enter the room where you'll meet your partners on this mission, the room is small with some chairs rounded like one you would find on a alcoholics anonymous group.

In the center of the room stands proud, the mayor, a man with roots from mexico, he beared a AK-47, he seemed a bit puzzled and dazzled, he twitched really slowly, almost unoticeable for any casual viewer, yet you could see it, there was something really wrong with this man.

"Well, i need you all to... get in that cave... there are... creatures, lurking there, menacingly... almost like a shadow." The Mayor said, looking down at the oddballs he had summited here, they looked weird but nowhere near as weird as him.

He pulled out some weaponry from a closet in the room, it had all sorts of guns and meele weapons such as hammers, bats, knifes and even aN european sword, "You'll need this, just in case you get attacked."

Billy Bob Jr. tilts his head, looking at the Mayor and the closet. He says, his voice somewhat slurred, a little goofy sounding: "Why us?"
He reaches over and picks up a wicked-looking hunting dagger, and slips it in his pocket.
Clearly, he did not get the message not to question the madness of the Mayor, mainly because he might be a bit special himself.

The mayor mumbled a bit as he turned to see Billy, he approached a bit beyond the average personal space, "It... may sound cliche, but... i've seen how a group of... individuals, dance over the rotten corpse of the demon king Lucifer himself, ever happy, ever joyful... i may thought you were one of the... chosen few of my dream..."

He got far from Billy before he pulled a small box of pills and swallowed some of them, his twitching intensifying ever so slightly, he pulled a Ak-47 from the closet, his personal baby "Timothy Thornberry..." he called it, rubbing the metalic and wooden parts of the rifle with an uncanny love.

Billy considers, before shrugging. He didn't understand what the mayor wanted, but he was a red-blooded American(or so his father told him), so he was going to do his best to serve his town. Maybe he'd find something he would enjoy doing.

Plus, he got a cool knife.

The muscular woman huffed air out of her nose in annoyance. "That description does not help at all. Neither is jinxing the future. Tch."
She rose up from the bench and stretched her neck. Joint-popping sounds. "Let us simply kill whatever looks strange, then. We should go quickly."

Heads for the door, possibly to fetch the tall urbanist axe lying on the ground. Too heavy for any common thief to pilfer, in fact she sees but one else who could possibly use it. She glances at the armoured man with the rabbit for a moment as she passes by.

Toni Dantes looked at the weaponry before choosing the bat. She was filled to the brim with excitement; Letting out a wide, enthusiastic, grin.

'I think I'm dreaming... Me? Of all people, me? to be recruited in a task such as this? I need someone to pinch me. This can't be for real!' Toni thought to herself.

The Mayor looked at her, nodding in approval, he liked her spirit, yet he was also a bit worried for what she was going to face down.

"Oh... the honor is mine... Dear." The Mayor tried to keep his words dry, he was the oposite of excited, scared, confused. all of those thoughts plagued his mind daily, almost too often, with his rifle in hand and his group of freaks (himself included), he stood on front of the people of South Town, they seemed scared and almost disturbed by something.

"Dear people of South Town, as the proud mayor of this town, i want to show the group of individuals who will unveil the mistery that lies beyond that cave." The Mayor waved his hand to the group of people.
