Powers: Surgeon is a mutant and possess what he describes as a "self-evolved intellect".

His power is strictly intellectual, but has allowed him to master many scientific and medical domains, and permitted him to create several inventions and granting him the following abilities:
He is an accomplished scientist is several fields including genetics, robotics, chemistry, physics. mathematics, etc. thanks to his "mutation"
Cybernetic/rebuilt replacement eyes: Having rebuilt his own eyes,he possess numerous abilities, who can be active all together.
Genetic Anomalies Detection: Able to detect mutations or genetic abnormalities in living beings (i.e. clones, mutants, etc).
X-Ray vision: Can see muscles and organs below the skin level.
Hyper optics: Able to see clearly over a distance of 200 meters and also possesing a reaction time of under 0,2 seconds (0,5 is "normal" human maximum)
He was also able to see some invisible beings using those.

Advanced Longevity and Enhanced Immune System: Using regular injections of various chemical, he granted himself advanced longevity and resistance to tiredness and diseases.

He posses "advanced human strength, speed and duration making him top notch in every league but not super human, while his implants and several chemical compounds could be used to give him period "super" abilities, he´s still a human. Sure he´s like the peak of human evolution but his normal abilities are more than of a all around trained athlete. If he would use those one of his several chemicals on him he also would have to suffer the backlashes. Fragmentation of muscles, bones or even later on coma or death.

To mention is that Surgeon has enchanted his left arm with a cybernetic one with an integrated plasma rifle, it can fire up to five shots but then needs to be recharged.

Strength: His intellect and his ability to quickly adapt to every situation...call him the brain of the operation
Weaknesses: He´s pretty human and maybe be advanced but a single good placed bullet will still kill him and arrogant. He´s too stubborn and rarely will admit any failures and so makes him hard to cooperate with.

Backstory/Personality: Friedhelm grew up in germany, Hamburg to be exact and quickly raised through all ranks of medicine one could imagine. With the hilarious age of 16 he already got his degree as a doctor and continued to research on the fields of genetic engineering. He was a genius and so gathered many envious views on him.
He couldn't´t care less.
Friedhelm quickly went on to the base of aging itself and tried various experiments on animals and finally found his experiments to be ready to be used on humans. Sadly...those envious people gathered around him were sabotaing his experiment and the subject died.
Friedhelm lost his medical license and was shunned by now many. Rumors were spreading that he was going insane and that such a young person could have never been come so far by all his own.
He was raging. Angry...and in a moment where did not even thought about it, Friedhelm completed a plan to revenge his lost glamor and position. He geneticly combined various toxic insects and caused contact with those who were sabotaging his experiment now years later. They all died and Friedhelm then realized what he has done. In an attempt to redeem himself, he looked himself up for years, drowning himself in studies and work to "help" humankind. He sended various of his experiments to the government just to find out that they were abused for the war later. He was crushed...on the edge on killing himself, his passion, his life only ended in killing human he originally wanted to help. As Japan then offered the Omega program he saw a new chance to redeem and accepted directly.

He can also make one of these orbs enter a person tagging them, and detonate the orb at any point in time, however this does have a time limit of five days time. As it uses Grimm's power to maintain that tag.

Grimm can open private "windows" in space which allow him to see into unprotected areas, assuming he knows exactly where he should be looking. Once he has familiarized himself with an area, he can open a portal there which he may physically enter to transport himself. His windows are invisible to anyone but himself, or those who have entered his mind. The portals are visible on his side, but invisible on the other end, this allows him to enter locations stealthily. The maximum range he can create a portal is a half mile radius.

~Multiuse nanites that he can regenerate not only himself, but others that he counts as a friend. The other use is for repairing his armor, and weapon, along with small cosmetic changes like skin, and hair color.

So you can insta kill someone by touching him whenever you want.....you can teleport and get where ever you want just like Night Crawler....aaaand you can heal yourself by all having alien like strength and so on...on your only weakness is some freaking stone nobody knows about and which is pretty are i guess.....

Yes, but due to my characters nature, someone exploding that isn't an NPC is never going to happen. Even then it wont, because like I said that isn't in his nature, he's an observer. It also takes an incredible amount of energy to almost all of it to make someone completely explode. The most he'd do is break a few bones. Also you're not counting his other weaknesses, he cannot heal himself if for whatever reason he cannot eat those souls. Also he's not bullet proof, stab proof, or really damage proof. He can sustain serious damage, if he was immune I would have put it in his powers that he was immune to all damage.

Shin is one of the more fortunate survivors of war, with his mangled and destroyed body mostly replaced by metal and synthetics. He often wears shaggy clothes to cover up anything inhuman, considering how people like him are frowned upon in society. His right leg is mostly mechanical and his left knee is as well. The rest of his torso is flesh, but sphraplnel wounds have made his breathing harsh and heavy, and his health deteriorating if his biosuit were to go offline. Covering his naked body is a newly-acquired carbon-fibre jumpsuit, moulded to his skin and keeps his body from anymore harm. Upon that is clothes, where he will use to disguise his appearance. While his face is mostly destroyed, a helmet designed to look like a gas mask transmits data to his optical nerve and controls an artificial heart and lungs which keeps him alive. It also allows him to access an almost infinite bank of information with an easy-to-use HUD displayed on his retina, allowing his spying and detective skills unmatched in his clan. While the helmet keeps him alive, his mechanical biosuit which is strapped onto his skin and prosthetics can augment his strength, dexterity and stamina. Multiple different mechanics allow Shin to jump 20 metres up in the air, lift a lorry when stable and be able to run 5 miles before stopping for rest.

The sword, Gladius, forged in an Italian crucible is incredibly fine and was requested by Shinobi during his infamous days.


His double-minigun, Arma, is his favourite weapon for mass destructions.

Weaknesses: Poisonous gases, cold temperatures and explosives. The gases can clog up his helmets' system and cause him to have an uncontrollable coughing fit, the cold temperatures can freeze up his metal limbs and cause him to become very clumsy, and explosive scan damage his already-punctured chest, destroying his artificial heart or lungs and thereby killing him
Backstory/Personality:

Shinobi was born in Japan to a fishmonger working in the docks of Tokyo and a simple work-at-home mother. Forced into a pressured life during a time of disgruntled leaders and tense forces, Shinobi's father was sent to join the war effort and never returned. His mother took the task of caring him, and she did a good job. His motives and values were just, while his strength and cunning were growing. His brother, Kurimani Karagin went to the nearest highschool and was quite a trouble maker, often getting into fights and brawls with fellow students. Shinobi one day witnessed the worst of this, seeing his brother beaten to a pulp outside the school gates. His instincts kicking in, the teenager boy struggled and attacked the brute, before getting knocked out as well. Both of them were expelled from the school. While Kurimani went his way, Shinobi took a different path, and their mother was getting too old and sick to look after both of them. Instead Shinobi was sent to a school to live the rest of his years, but that all changed when his group of friends decided to go out for quiet walk in New Tokyo, and instead found an armed nuke which had obviously been dropped by an army many years ago, but it had not detonated. Not knowing what to do, the four boys examined it and stood back awe-struck. They had all heard of the terrible war, but none had really seen any consequence of it, until now. Shinobi, eager to identify the bomb, touched it and the heat signature awoke the A.I. inhabiting the bomb. All of them dashed away, but it was too late. The bomb had detonated.
Luckily, the impact area had only affected the western farmlands of Japan, not any dense and urban areas. However, for the 4 boys, their lives had been changed, or rather taken away from them. Three of the four were killed from explosive debris, but Shinobi was lucky. Barely surviving, his lung was punctured and instead was replaced with a make-shift artificial lung and heart to keep him alive. The young man was told he wouldn't live another year thanks to the radiation, and it was true. He wasn't. For the next few months he lay in that hospital ward, unable to speak or do much, trapped inside his own body. One night however, the window he always looked out of to see the New Tokyo skyline was opened, and 5 black-clad men swept him away over their shoulder. He had been kidnapped and recruited to a gang clan, a guinea pig for future scientific and military weapons. They equipped him with the Biosuit Mk III, which enabled him to grow stronger and contained his radiation. The motives of the clan were not clear to Shinoba, but he was glad to be alive and ready to repay the favour to his fellow men. In many police raids violence and death occurred, with blood on Shinobi's hands. Multiple uses of the biosuit broke Karagin's back, paralysing him in the waist below. Fortunately, the Biosuit Mk IV allowed him to move his legs again, as it was created with special stimuli and needles into his spine. The clan he was working for not only saved his life, but improved it.
Living in an underground den, Shinobi was marooned from his brothers in a full-on SWAT raid, making him have to hide in the suburbs and ghettos of New Tokyo, sticking out like a sore thumb. Alone and stranded, the man must now try and find his clan, and continue the motto he stood by for his entire life; I am my window, it cannot be shut, no matter how beautiful it is outside. An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind, but a death for another gets rid of the equation.

If we end up needing more heroes I'm not totally opposed to switching, the powerset and personality I had in mind just seemed a better fit for a profit minded villain.

So you're saying that this gang has stolen your technology and took a man that was at the bottom of his game, with nothing to lose and tested him with it, creating the weapon they needed to wreck havoc? Sounds like a brilliant story. I'm in.
