Sorry if it takes me awhile to respond. I'm watching Elfen Lied for the first time. I will say this I came accross it in a top 10 video (top 10 scariest anime characters) and recognized said character as someone can't remember who used her in an RP long ago. I will be honest I am scared shitless right now if you'll pardon my language.

Yeah she was scary in the one RP I remember but I had Hiei under my command so I wasn't as afraid then but after a bone chilling scene along with backstory I was literally shaking out of fear (scene) and sadness (backstory) but shes also the person i'd try be friends with.

I think we should add in a rule of waiting 2-3 posts before you can post again. I saw examples of this showing up in the IC, and it can lead to speed posting. :Y

Yeah Ripper's right it would be a good idea. wow this coming from a former speed poster as well. As much as I hate suspense in having to wait in order to continue the story your character involved I am all for the 'wait 2 to 3 characters' rule.

Abilities: Normal: Telepathy and Flying. Demon: Ability to grow giant(imagine a skyscraper, that's how tall he gets) after overfeeding on human blood.

Other: There are three ways to trigger his demon form. 1. A humans stands or sits too close to him. 2. He is surrounded by humans. 3. Simply by the smell of human blood(most bad guys choose this option). Price does his best to keep from going demon, but it's not always easy as he can't control it. This is why he prefers to drink off animal blood rather than human. He also tends to stay away from humans in fear of hurting them.
